Executive Summary

A. Introduction

The Go Green Company is a newly opened business that offers a product of a stainless straw
which is located in 1938 Recto Avenue, Quiapo, Manila, 1002 Metro Manila. The company's aim
is to benefit customers in using the stainless straw to which it makes it Eco Friendly. The Go
Green company form's the best assurance to the importance of the product that can maintain
the value recognition.

The Go Green company is to direct the aspect of the price from a middle to higher range in
order to improve the consistency and its variety.

B. Business/Product or service

Go Green offers different types of stainless eco-friendly straws that are designed in a good
quality. Go Green provides the essential outcome in an extravagant process of dwelling to the
product.

The company delivers the benefits of the stainless straw on what can be the changes when it
comes to the process of dealing with the right standard. This also provides the safety measures
on how it should be used.

The material will receive from the supplier and inspect the material if there are problems in the
product and if it’s good i will be accepted and return the credits in to the supplier. After receiving
the product it will be sent in to the designing team and execute the product.

The product had recently innovated due to the fact that is is modernized by the system. Due to
the mostly hot climate in the Philippines, it is advantage to dwell with the product in order to also
maintain the cleanliness.

Go Green desires to create a huge group of customer base in which the objective is to focus on
the production and selling it on universities especially in metro manila which will be a great
aspect for the target market to deal with. This will remain in a positive level due to its awareness
to the environment, and an ongoing profits that can secure the business. To the extent of the
buyers, it is expected that most of the profit will be included.

The Go Green is at a small degree when it comes to the competition in most of the university
belt areas and as well in metro manila.

Establishing good reputation

According to the importance of our business, our product and our operations will be a wide
range to the customers. It will be a great instance to the people that can relate to the importance
of the product on how it can gain the impact in a good way.

Product development

As to the extent of the business, there can possibly be a severe changes to the customers that
might lost interest on the product. But due to the positive perception, the product will be
upgraded by manufacturing the greater level of satisfaction that customers will be eager to buy.
There will also be be a different outcome regarding the business that everyone can cope up
with, and to ensure that it will be appealing to the customers.

Business expansion

For the next few years, we plan to expand the notion of our business to gain revenues in order
to keep the business going for the Go Green Company. This will be the advantage on obtaining
the reputation for the business to be stable. The probability of Go Green is going to be well
handled especially when it comes to the target market. The customers will seemingly approve
for the better quality of the product especially the business. The business will render the great
outcome in the future.

currently, the competitors are average since not everyone is keen to the stainless straw around
the country. It is rare to have a perception on each businesses that are competing against the
stainless straw. Nevertheless, the product is still a balanced thing to handle.

the amount of the materials for the product is a hassle due to the fact that it is uncontrollable.
The disadvantage of the product is the price it will be the negative impact. The greater point of
view is to be mindful of the pricing according to the product so that it conduct a better stability
for the product.

Modifying the demands of the market

The Go Green is expectant when it comes to changes. Furthermore, it is highly given that
customers will be looking for something new in the future. Regarding that point, it is best to
enhance the greater point of the product with an affordable price.

Operation is the most important and efficient in a corporation because they are responsible from
raw materials to finish product. The operation is of the Go Green is to the ensure the quality of
the product in which the customers can find it memorable and unique.

The goal of Go Green company is to present the product to the industry in which it can also be a
big factor to other universities in promoting the product to the customers in which the
universities is one of the aim for the target market. This will be a big help to students and the
company in promoting an eco-friendly product.

The Operations of Go Green will take actions and be accountable for the essence of the
business and the product, manufacturers and retailers will dwell to its standard. There will be a
marketing department for the product that will be segmented services to the awareness of the
customers. The aspect of advertisement and the notion will be a great strategy to the retailers.
The security department is also important for the business to be secured.

H. Capital Requirements

The capital requirements relies on the store that will be the capability of the product to the
people, it is a turning point to deal on opening a different branch in order to sustain the
acceptance of the product as well as the business to keep it going. The Go Green is also

It is must to have another branch to the business that can be operated easily in most areas

for the upcoming agenda's for accordance to the elevation of the product. It is most like to be
evenly when it comes to the location in which it can be a cost according to those fees.

It is a must to fill up an application form for having an authorization to put up the business in
which there will be a payment for the fee. This relies on the licensing according to the location
which is the basis of the license.

straw and to avoid global warming in using of these kind of produce products. The company

drinking straw is a long lasting, can be use it for smoothies, milkshakes, ice tea, and fruit juices,
perfect for everyday use. Reusable, these straws are washable, after you used it you can clean
it just in a seconds. The company offer you a soft and bending wire brush that fits completely
inside just wash with warm soapy water to make the straw cleanse and we advise you washed
them quickly after use.

they will do the packaging. Sixth, the printing of the name and symbol or it can be the tagline of
the university in the product. And the last step is the shipping of the product.

● Supplier- The supplier helps the company to transfer a product form the manufacturers
and suppliers right to retail door, This vital role makes sure that the shops remain fully
stocked and business.

● Raw Materials- Stainless steel is an iron-containing alloy—a substance made up of two


or more chemical elements—used in a wide range of applications. It has excellent
resistance to stain or rust due to its chromium content, usually from 12 to 20 percent of
the alloy. We used paper printings to design the stainless straw to represent the
university.

Reusable straws are in the trend today. They are the perfect first step in decreasing the number
of plastic you throw away each day. The continuous use of these straws will lessen the plastic
straws in the environment and that it is safe for everyone. Since our target market are the
students in the university, we are going to promote our product by posting it to social media
using Facebook, Instagram, even the popular shopping online which is the Shoppee and
Lazada. We have also sent gift set of stainless straws to some bloggers like Rei Germar a
filipina social media star who is famous for her self-titled Youtube channel. She has earned
massive popularity due to her makeup hauls, routines, tutorials, and as well as beauty tips and
personal lifestyle.

The conventional prime of the Go Green industry is to set up a standard wherein the people can
relate to its eco-friendly environment to make things modern since the stainless steel straw is
the solution to the risk of plastic straws which can cause severe conditions in which it can lead
to different types of diseases. Since the atmospheric conditions are adjusting regarding the
damaging result of plastic materials, it’s best to change it in a beneficial way in order to be safe.
This benefits the significance of the product in order to maintain the value of awareness.

The contemporary aim to the market will be around the average price since the target market
will be for the college students/Millennials, Bloggers/Vloggers, Employee/ Employers who are
most likely to deal with the product. The age of customers will range around 13 to 30 years old.

The main threat in our procedure different types or kinds of reusable straw. Since the product
are eco-friendly alternatives. The competitors of our products are glass straw, reed straw,
bamboo straw, compostable straw and plastic straw. But the stainless steel straw is more
advantage. These eco-friendly alternative straws have limited time and can easily destroy. The
glass straw can use years but it is sensitive, it is stretchable can be broken. The reed straw,
bamboo straw, compostable straw can use only thirty (30) days. The plastic straw is a
disposable and it is waste of plastic and can destroy to the environment while the stainless steel
straw is more effectively saving waste if plastic in other words “Eco friendly” The stainless straw
is Reusable. Stainless steel straws are reusable and can last for ages if you clean them
properly. In addition, stainless steel does not leach chemicals and does not interact with the
product you are consuming. On the other hand, plastic straws can only be used once and Lech
harmful chemicals.

Straw, 8.7% for Paper Straw, and 8% is for Glass straw. This result show that Stainless straw is
preferable than others. For durability a Stainless Straw and Glass straw can last longer a year
while Glass straw is sensitive it is breakable. However, the bamboo straw, paper straw, and reed
straw can use only for 30 days. The result show that there is a bigger percentage of people
