A person’s success in assuming the responsibilities of an executive is often determined by his/her ability
to handle problems quickly and effectively. An executive’s reputation will improve if he/she makes quality
decisions.

Executives often face difficult situations that call for important decisions. They need to consider current
opportunities and analyze possible threats that could emerge in the future, so the decisions they make
can solve problems without creating potential problems in the future.
The ability to anticipate situations is essential for any decision maker. This program is specially designed
to help participants master each step in the problem-solving and decision-making process.
This three-day training includes a variety of exercises, starting from analyzing less difficult problems and
then working toward more difficult ones.
