MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

The undersigned public attorney from the Public Attorney’s Office,

unto the Honorable Court, most respectfully files this motion and avers as
follows:

1. The above-named accused and private complainant Christopher

Sunga signed a “Kasunduan” in the Public Attorney’s Office. The said
“Kasunduan”, which is hereto attached for the reference of the
Honorable Court, embodies the terms and conditions of their
compromise agreement on the civil aspect of the case; and

2. In view of the foregoing, the undersigned public attorney

respectfully moves that the above-adverted compromise agreement
be approved by the Honorable Court.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court

to GRANT this motion.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
