The warm up is an essential introductory part of the entire training that
stimulates our both mental and physical for the training session. Students, diverse into various groups, came up with dissimilar coaching warm up game. In our group, we brought the warm-up game named Virus which helps the participants to enjoy the warm up before the session begins. Our group, consisting of four members, did partly well in our session. Every students enabled to interpret our explanation well and moved along with us and lack of confusion. Next, every members were assigned to complete his own tasks properly and equally. For example, my role was the stretching part that I demonstrated the stretching of the lower body, having the additional information how the stretch works on particular muscles. In the meantime, accidentally, before my stretching part was ended, I had made a crucial mistake on the last stretching postures. Instead of informing participants to do the toes touches, I could rather have announce to bend over and trying to touch their toe as much as possible. With mistaken understanding and minimal direction, the participant ought to instantly force themselves to touch their toes and this could result in muscle damage. Also, the area we used to perform the warm up session was not safe to run fast around. There are some areas of improvement that I could formulate my goal for future coaching session. Attempting to achieve my goal, in the future, we would modify the location of our warm up game for better safety and have more research on stretching in order to guide properly, without any possible occurring accident.
