Internship Training at KARVY ANALYTICS 
Description 
This project is done on human resource management topic in the area of "Study on employee retention
strategies in IT sector". The most challenging job for any present manager is to retain their employees.
Employee retention involves taking measures to encourage employees to remain in the organization
for the maximum period of time. 
This project entitled "Employee Retention", which is done for a period of two months, in "Karvy
Analytics" speaks about the retention strategies followed in this organization. 
Responsibilities 
• Studying impact of job satisfaction and organization culture on employee retention. 
• Selecting the candidates through HR phone interview and scheduling the interviews to selected
candidates 
• Conducting the survey to employees on employee Satisfaction. 
• The questionnaire was framed only to measure employee retention strategies that are present in
Karvy Analytics. 
• Selecting the profiles through Naukari and Scheduling the interview for selected profiles.
