SIMPLE LOAN AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Simple Loan Agreement made and executed into this

___________________________ by and between:

MARIVIC BERNARTE, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of

Poblacion 1, Batangas, hereinafter referred to as the LENDER;

- in favor of -

ROBERTO L. REGODON, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of

B9 L5 PH2 Ext., Mabuhay city, Mamatid, Cabuyao, Laguna, and DOLORES R.
FRIAS, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Tabion del Gallego,
Camarines Sur, hereinafter referred to as the BORROWERS;

WITNESSETH: That - -

WHEREAS, the BORROWERS are desirous to borrow money from

the LENDER in the amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P280,000.00);

WHEREAS, the LENDER agrees to lend the amount of P280,000.00

to BORROWER under the following terms and conditions;

1. The term of the loan is for THREE (3) MONTHS which shall
commence on ________________;

2. After three (3) months, the BORROWERS shall return the

amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P500,000.00) inclusive of interest;

3. In case of failure of the BORROWERS to pay the amount of

P500,000.00, the LENDER shall have no other recourse but to
institute appropriate legal actions against the BORROWERS in
court which shall entail payment of twenty (20%) percent
attorney’s fees and other consequential damages.
