1:00PM – Ingress Set-up the following for stage design:
8:00PM - Black Curtains and back drop
- Altar of the Blessed Mother (must set up on September 7, 2018) –
c/o Joshua
- Center flower –
- Crown with flowers
- Confetti flowers
- Lights and Sounds – c/o Bro. George

Prepare the MP3s and CDs of the different organizations – c/o Ellaine, Pinky
Give instrumental Marian music to Ellaine and Pinky – c/o Kiel

Prepare all AVPs and powerpoints – c/o Kiel, Jessie, Giselle

8:00PM – Stage set-up Quickly set-up the stage
8:15PM
8:15 PM TARGET START OF THE PROGRAM
8:15 - 8:20 PM Opening Number There will be a tableau depicting the different Apparitions. Each apparition
scene will enter one by one. When all apparition scenes are now at the stage,
a spot light will be lit and the veil covering Mary will be uncovered.

LIGHTS: Dim light (if possible, spot light will focus on the active apparition
scene), after all the apparition scenes enter and at the stage open the spot
light at the foot of the altar. Slowly (if possible) lessen the intensity of the
light of the light. The spotlight must be focused on the image. When the light
at the foot of the altar turned off/extinguished, brighten the stage lights.

SOUNDS: Play the specified background music for the opening number

LOGISTICS: Position beneath the veil that covers the Blessed Mary. When
the light at the foot of the altar is turned on, quickly unveil the image.

AVP: Flash the Image of the Apparition through a Powerpoint, everytime the
scene of that Apparition enters the stage.
