The proposed compliance statement to project specification is commented as
below:

a. Contractor compliance to particular project specification Section19 Clause II

part-2 "Product" item-2 "General Requirement", point-2 for control panel is not
accepted since contractor compliance is not supported by data sheet for the
controller describe the specified requirement of panel's enclosure, load control
& protection.
b. Contractor compliance to particular project specification Section19 Clause II
part-2 "Product" item-3 "Scroll Air Compressor", point-e for receiver tank as "Not
applicable for Laundry Eq." is totally not accepted. Contractor is to comply strictly
with project specification and provide Air Receiver tank accordingly.
c. Contractor compliance to particular project specification Section19 Clause II
part-2 "Product" item-5 "Compressed air Dryer", for Desiccant type is not
accepted since contractor propose refrigerant air dryer instead which can't
control the dew point compare to the specified desiccant type. Contractor is to
1 comply strictly with project specification and provide adsorption dryer
accordingly.
d. In addition to above point 1-b, Contractor compliance to particular project
specification Section19
Part-07 Clause 7.2.2 replacement for air dryer unit construction is not accepted
since the air dryer type is not accepted. Contractor is to comply strictly with the
specified air dryer construction.

The proposed material list for compressor packages are noted. However, full
described bill of material showing item numbers, description, quantities,
2 manufacturer & COO including controller, receiver tank
& air dryer is yet to be submitted.

Proposed material for scroll compressor Models S08-10A & S08-8A are noted.
3 However, contractor is to provide capacity calculation for system pressure
drop and flow verification along with the material submittal.
System providers shall highlight the maximum intake air condition since the
offered capacity measured at Standard Temperature and Pressure "STP" in order
4 to coordinate with the supplied air condition to the room.

Proposed material for pre-filter Model CF0012G %" B is not adequate since the
5 contractor did not support the selection with the data sheet for the same.

Contractor is to provide scale drawings for compressor room furniture showing

all compressed air system component as exact dimension, maintenance space &
6 space for stage-2 future equipment for review and check prior to approve the
compressor size.

Proposed manufacturer standard warranty is not accepted. Warranty shall follow

7 the unified warranty certificate part of the IFT document and deemed to be
finalize during the project close out document.

Clear spare parts list for 2-years is required as per QCS and the same is to be
8 enclosed with the submittal.
