DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, SPS. EILEEN JOY FERNANDEZ MANUEL and FREDERIC LAURETA MANUEL, Filipino, Married, of legal ages, with residence and postal address at #12J
Renoir Legrand Tower 3, Bagumbayan, Libis 1110 Quezon City, Philippines, recite:

1. CENTURY CITY LIMITLESS CORPORATION (“Developer”) has executed in my/our favor a “Deed of Absolute Sale” dated________________,
acknowledged before Atty. ___________________________________________, a Notary Public for and in ____________________ City, and entered into
his Notarial Registered as Document No.______, Page No._______, Book No.________, Series of ________, affecting a condominium unit, more
particularly described as follows:

Unit No. : Unit 2511 The Livingstone Tower
CCT No. : ________________

The above-described condominium unit shall hereinafter be referred to as “Subject Property”.

2. Of the total contract price provided in the “Deed of Absolute Sale”, I/We have an outstanding obligation in the amount of
PESOS:__________________________________________________________________________________________ (PhP________________________ ),
which I/We intended to be paid out of the proceeds of the loan which I/We applied for with ______________________.

3. To secure my/our loan, a mortgage was constituted on the Subject Property in favor of _____________________________________.

4. The transfer of title to the Subject Property in my/our name was made by Developer relying on my/our undertaking that my/our aforesaid outstanding
obligation shall paid in full from the proceeds of my/our loan.

5. However, in the event I/We failed to fulfill my/our obligation for the abovementioned loan with _________________________________, the
condominium certificate of title shall be transferred back to the original registered owner of the said property.

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered I/We hereby RECONVEY absolutely and unconditionally unto the original registered owner (CLC) the Subject
Property, together with all the improvements thereon.

I/We hereby release and forever discharge the Developer from any and all claims and demands whatsoever, and I bind and obligate ourselves to
indemnify the Developer for any and all liabilities, arising wholly, partially or directly from the Deed of Absolute Sale and all other documents executed in
connection thereto.
