Almost 50 families are now homeless after a huge fire razed the
residents of R5 Cityhomes Resortville Dasmarinas Cavite this Thursday morning.
According to Senior Police Officer 3 Jennifer Toralba, the
incident started at 4:30 in the morning after Jonathan Tabayoyong, owner of the food
eatery found out that there was a gas leak when he was about to boil water.
SPO 3 Toralba also explained that the fire easily spread
because the houses were built on light materials.
However, Tabayoyong clarified that it was all an accident and he
did not expect it to happen in his 30 years of working.

Thanks Denniel
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) quickly stopped the possible
spread out of the fire that strikes houses in R5 Cityhomes Resortville.
In an interview, BFP immediately dealt with suppression of large
fire in front of a public school coming from a gas leak.
As a result, 40 houses made of light materials were destroyed.
They extinguished the fire for 4 hours for there was a bit of a problem due to lack of
water supply because the Water District was under maintenance that time.
BFP declared the fire out at 7:00 in the morning.

the Local Government.

According to the victims, they are glad for the assistance that
