1. IMPORTANCE OF KNOWLEDGE.
FROM THE QUR’AAN.

1) Allah swt mentions Himself with the angels and those who have knowledge to say that they
witness ( ‫ ( ال إله إال هللا‬Surah 3 : verse 18
ْ ‫{ش ِه َد اللَّوُ أَنَّوُ ال إِلَوَ إِال ُى َو َوالْ َمالئِ َكةُ َوأُولُو الْعِْل ِم قَائِ ًما بِالْ ِق ْس ِط ال إِلَوَ إِال ُى َو الْ َع ِز ُيز‬
}‫اْلَ ِكيم‬ َ
2) Allah swt says: Allah raises the believers and those that have knowledge by ranks. (S 58 v 11)
ٍ ‫ي رفَ ِع اللَّو الَّ ِذين آمنُوا ِمْن ُكم والَّ ِذين أُوتُوا الْعِْلم درج‬
‫ات‬ َ ََ َ َ َْ َ َ ُ َْ
3) He also says : Only those who have knowledge understands it ( S 29 v 43 )
‫َوَما يَ ْع ِقلُ َها إِال الْ َعالِ ُمو َن‬

4) Allah swt also says regarding the Qur’aan : These are clear verses in the chest of those that
knowledge was given to them” ( S 29 v 49 )
‫ين أُوتُوا الْعِْل َم‬ ِ َّ ِ
ُ ‫ات ِِف‬
َ ‫ص ُدور الذ‬ ٌ َ‫ات بَيّْ ن‬
ٌ َ‫بَ ْل ُى َو آي‬
5) He swt also questions us in the Qur’aan by saying : Do those that know are like those who do
not know. ( S39 v 9 )
ِ َّ ِ َّ
‫ين ال يَ ْعلَ ُمو َن‬ َ ‫قُ ْل َى ْل يَ ْستَ ِوي الذ‬
َ ‫ين يَ ْعلَ ُمو َن َوالذ‬
6) Finally Allah swt impose and say that “ only those that have knowledge fear Allah swt “ ( S 35
v 28 )
ِ ِ ِ ِ َّ َِّ
ُ‫إَّنَا ََيْ َشى الل َو م ْن عبَاده الْعُلَ َماء‬
7) Allah said to his Prophet : Say O Allah increase my knowledge. ( S 20 v 114 )

‫ب ِزْدِِن ِع ْل ًما‬
ّْ ‫َوقُ ْل َر‬
FROM THE SUNNA.

1) The Prophet peace be upon him said: Anyone that Allah wants good for him, He makes him
understand religion.

) ‫( رواه البخاري ومسلم‬ ْ ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْيو َو َسلَّ َم َم ْن يُِرْد اللَّوُ بِو َخْي ًرا يُ َفق‬
‫ّْهوُ ِِف الدّْي ِن‬ ُّ ِ‫ال الن‬
َ ‫َِّب‬ َ َ‫ق‬
2) He also said: Anyone who went out to look for knowledge he is in fisabilillah. ( in the way of
Allah ) Tirmidhi.
‫ب الْعِْل ِم َكا َن ِِف َسبِ ِيل اللَّ ِو َح ََّّت يَ ْرِج َع‬
ِ َ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو و َسلَّم َم ْن َخرج ِِف طَل‬
ََ َ َ
ِ ُ ‫ال رس‬
َ ‫ول اللَّو‬ ُ َ َ َ‫ق‬

3. He also said: Any one who undertake a way to seek knowledge Allah makes easy for him with
that way to Jannah ( Paradise )
ِ ‫اْلن‬ ِ ِِ ِ ِِ ِ
) ‫َّة (رواه مسلم‬َْ ‫ك طَ ِري ًقا يَْلتَمس فيو ع ْل ًما َس َّه َل اللَّوُ لَوُ بو طَ ِري ًقا إ ََل‬
َ َ‫َوَم ْن َسل‬
ُ
3) Our beloved Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him also said: If the son of Adam is dead all
his actions are cut (stopped) except from three, ( and he mentions one of them ) a knowledge
that people benefits from it.
‫صالِ ٌح‬ ِِ ِ ٍ ِ
َ ‫اْلنْ َسا ُن انْ َقطَ َع َع َملُوُ إَِّال م ْن ثََالث‬
َ ‫ص َدقَةٌ َجا ِريَةٌ َوع ْل ٌم يُْنتَ َف ُع بو َوَولَ ٌد‬ َ َ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو َو َسلَّ َم ق‬
َ ‫ال إِ َذا َم‬
ِْ ‫ات‬ ِ َ ‫َن رس‬
َ ‫ول اللَّو‬ ُ َ َّ ‫أ‬
) ‫يَ ْدعُو لَوُ ( رواه الرتمذي‬

4) The Prophet also said: “ transmit from me even one ayah “


َ َ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو َو َسلَّ َم ق‬
) ‫ال بَلّْغُوا َع ِّّْن َولَ ْو آيًَة ( رواه البخاري‬ َّ ‫أ‬
َّ ِ‫َن الن‬
َ ‫َِّب‬
2. CREATION
In Qur’aan: ( 7:172-173-174 )
‫ت بَِربّْ ُك ْم ۖ قَالُوا بَلَ ٰى ۖ َش ِه ْدنَا ۖ أَن تَ ُقولُوا‬ ِ ِ ِ ‫ك ِمن ب ِِّن‬
ُ ‫آد َم من ظُ ُهوِرى ْم ذُّْريَّتَ ُه ْم َوأَ ْش َه َد ُى ْم َعلَ ٰى أَن ُفس ِه ْم أَلَ ْس‬َ َ َ ُّ‫َخ َذ َرب‬ َ ‫َوإِ ْذ أ‬
‫﴾أ َْو تَ ُقولُوا إََِّّنَا أَ ْشَرَك آبَ ُاؤنَا ِمن قَ ْب ُل َوُكنَّا ذُّْريَّةً ّْمن بَ ْع ِد ِى ْم ۖ أَفَتُ ْهلِ ُكنَا ِِبَا فَ َع َل‬٢٧١﴿ ‫ي‬ ِِ ِ ِ
َ ‫يَ ْوَم الْقيَ َامة إِنَّا ُكنَّا َع ْن َىٰ َذا َغافل‬
﴾٢٧١﴿ ‫ات َولَ َعلَّ ُه ْم يَْرِج ُعو َن‬ ِ ‫صل ْاْلي‬
َ ُ ّْ ‫ك نُ َف‬
ِ
َ ‫﴾ َوَك َٰذل‬٢٧١﴿ ‫الْ ُمْب ِطلُو َن‬
And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants and
made them testify of themselves, [saying to them], "Am I not your Lord?" They said, "Yes, we have
testified." [This] - lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, "Indeed, we were of this unaware."
Or [lest] you say, "It was only that our fathers associated [others in worship] with Allah before, and we
were but descendants after them. Then would You destroy us for what the falsifiers have done?"
And thus do We [explain in] detail the verses, and perhaps they will return.

‫ّْين الْ َقيّْ ُم َولَٰ ِك َّن أَ ْكثََر‬ ِ ِ ‫فَأَقِم وجهك لِلدّْي ِن حنِي ًفا ۖ فِطْرت اللَّ ِو الَِِّت فَطَر النَّاس علَي ها ۖ َال تَب ِد‬
َ ‫يل ِلَْل ِق اللَّ ِو ۖ ٰذَل‬
ُ ‫ك الد‬ َ ْ َْ َ َ َ ََ َ َ َْ َ ْ
ِ ‫الن‬
﴾١٣﴿ ‫َّاس َال يَ ْعلَ ُمو َن‬
So set thy purpose (O Muhammad) for religion as a man by nature upright - the nature (framed) of Allah,
in which He hath created man. There is no altering (the laws of) Allah's creation. That is the right religion,
but most men know not –

In Hadith:
ِِ ِ ِ ِ ُ ‫وإِ ِّْن َخلَ ْق‬
‫ت ََلُ ْم َوأ ََمَرتْ ُه ْم أَ ْن‬ ْ ‫ت َعلَْي ِه ْم َما أ‬
ُ ‫َحلَْل‬ ْ ‫اجتَالَْت ُه ْم َع ْن دين ِه ْم َو َحَّرَم‬ ُ ‫اء ُكلَّ ُه ْم َوإِن َُّه ْم أَتَْت ُه ُم الشَّيَاط‬
ْ َ‫ي ف‬ َ ‫ت عبَادي ُحنَ َف‬ َ
‫يُ ْش ِرُكوا ِِب َما ََلْ أُنْ ِزْل بِِو ُس ْلطَانًا‬

I have created My servants as one having a natural inclination to the worship of Allah but it is Satan
who turns them away from the right religion and he makes unlawful what has been declared lawful for
them and he commands them to ascribe partnership with Re, although he has no justification for that.
( Sahih Muslim )
ّْ َ‫ فَأَبَ َواهُ يُ َه ّْوَدانِِو أ َْو يُن‬،ِ‫ود إِالَّ يُولَ ُد َعلَى الْ ِفطَْرة‬
،‫صَرانِِو أ َْو ُُيَ ّْج َسانِِو‬ ٍ ُ‫ما ِمن مول‬
َْ ْ َ
"Every child is born with a true faith (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) but his parents convert him
to Judaism or to Christianity or to Magainism ( Bukhari )

3. TYPES OF CREATION
A. Without FREE WILL- they are created with full submission to the will of the creator such as angels,
sun, moon, trees, animals, wind which only follows the command of the creator and created as
MUSLIMS.
﴾٣١﴿ ‫ض طَْو ًعا َوَكْرًىا َوإِلَْي ِو يُْر َج ُعو َن‬ ِ ‫السماو‬ ِ ِ
ِ ‫ات َو ْاْل َْر‬ َ َ َّ ‫َسلَ َم َمن ِِف‬
ْ ‫أَفَغَْي َر دي ِن اللَّو يَْب غُو َن َولَوُ أ‬
Seek they other than the religion of Allah, when unto Him submitteth whosoever is in the heavens and
the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and unto Him they will be returned.
‫﴾ َولِلَّ ِو يَ ْس ُج ُد َما ِِف‬١٣﴿ ‫اخُرو َن‬ ِ ‫ي والشَّمائِ ِل س َّج ًدا لّْلَّ ِو وىم د‬
َ ْ َُ
ِ ِ ٍ ِ ِ
ُ َ َ ِ ‫أ ََوََلْ يََرْوا إ َ َٰل َما َخلَ َق اللَّوُ من َش ْيء يَتَ َفيَّأُ ظ َاللُوُ َع ِن الْيَم‬
۩ ‫ن‬ َ ‫﴾ ََيَافُو َن َربَّ ُهم ّْمن فَ ْوقِ ِه ْم َويَ ْف َعلُو َن َما يُ ْؤَمُرو‬١٤﴿ ‫ض ِمن َدابٍَّة َوالْ َم َالئِ َكةُ َوُى ْم َال يَ ْستَكِِْبُو َن‬ ِ ‫السماو‬
ِ ‫ات َوَما ِِف ْاْل َْر‬ َ َ َّ
﴾٠٣﴿
Have they not considered what things Allah has created? Their shadows incline to the right and to the
left, prostrating to Allah, while they are humble.
And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the
angels [as well], and they are not arrogant.
They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded.
‫اب َوَكثِ ٌٌ ّْم َن‬ ُ َ‫اْلِب‬ ِ ‫ات َوَمن ِِف ْاْل َْر‬ ِ ‫السماو‬
ُّ ‫َّو‬
َ ‫َّجُر َوالد‬
َ ‫ال َوالش‬ ْ ‫وم َو‬ُ ‫ُّج‬
ُ ‫س َوالْ َق َمُر َوالن‬ ُ ‫َّم‬
ْ ‫ض َوالش‬ َ َ َّ ‫َن اللَّوَ يَ ْس ُج ُد لَوُ َمن ِِف‬َّ ‫أَ ََلْ تََر أ‬
ٍ
﴾٢٣﴿ ۩ ُ‫شاء‬ َ َ‫اب ۖ َوَمن يُِه ِن اللَّوُ فَ َما لَوُ ِمن ُّم ْك ِرم ۖ إِ َّن اللَّوَ يَ ْف َع ُل َما ي‬ ِ ِ
ُ ‫َّاس ۖ َوَكث ٌٌ َح َّق َعلَْيو الْ َع َذ‬ِ ‫الن‬
Do you not see that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth and
the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the moving creatures and many of the people?
But upon many the punishment has been justified. And he whom Allah humiliates - for him there is no
bestower of honor. Indeed, Allah does what He wills.
‫يح ُه ْم ۖ إِنَّوُ َكا َن‬ ِ ِِ ِ ٍ ِ
َ ِ‫ض َوَمن في ِه َّن ۖ َوإِن ّْمن َش ْيء إَِّال يُ َسبّْ ُح ِبَ ْمده َولَٰكن َّال تَ ْف َق ُهو َن تَ ْسب‬
ُ ‫السْب ُع َو ْاْل َْر‬
َّ ‫ات‬ُ ‫الس َم َاو‬
َّ ُ‫تُ َسبّْ ُح لَو‬
﴾١١﴿ ‫ورا‬ ِ
ً ‫يما َغ ُف‬
ً ‫َحل‬
The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except
that it exalts [Allah] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is
ever Forbearing and Forgiving.

B. With FREE WILL- they are created by which they can obey or disobey their creator such as mankind.
With this, the creator provided those messengers and the books as their guidance.
ِ ِ ِْ ‫ض و‬ ِ َّ ‫ضنَا ْاْلَمانَةَ علَى‬
ً ُ‫نسا ُن ۖ إِنَّوُ َكا َن ظَل‬
‫وما‬ ِ َ ْ َ‫اْلبَ ِال فَأَب‬
َ ‫ي أَن ََْيم ْلنَ َها َوأَ ْش َف ْق َن مْن َها َو ََحَلَ َها ْاْل‬ َ ِ ‫الس َم َاوات َو ْاْل َْر‬ َ َ ْ ‫إِنَّا َعَر‬
﴾٧١﴿ ‫َج ُه ًوال‬
Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to
bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant.

‫اْلَ ُّق ِمن َّربّْ ُك ْم ۖ فَ َمن َشاءَ فَ ْليُ ْؤِمن َوَمن َشاءَ فَ ْليَ ْك ُفْر‬
ْ ‫َوقُ ِل‬
And say, "The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills - let him believe; and whoever wills - let him
disbelieve."

﴾١﴿ ‫ورا‬ ِ ِ ِ ِ‫السب‬ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ٍ ‫اْلنسا َن ِمن نُّطْ َف ٍة أَم َش‬


ِ ِ
ً ‫يل إ َّما َشاكًرا َوإ َّما َك ُف‬
َ َّ ُ‫﴾إنَّا َى َديْنَاه‬١﴿ ‫اج ن َّْبتَليو فَ َج َعلْنَاهُ ََس ًيعا بَص ً ٌا‬ ْ َ ْ ‫إنَّا َخلَ ْقنَا‬
Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him hearing
and seeing.
Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful.

4. OBJECTIVE
2 TYPES OF OBJECTIVE
A. Individual Objective
ِ ‫اْلنس إَِّال لِي عب ُد‬ ِْ ‫وما خلَ ْقت‬
﴾٠٥﴿ ‫ون‬ ُ ْ َ َ ِْ ‫اْل َّن َو‬ ُ َ ََ
Quran 51:56 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.
B. Collective Objective
ِ ِ ِ ِ ِِ َّ ‫صى بِِو نُوحا والَّ ِذي أَوحي نا إِلَيك وما و‬
‫ّْين َوَال‬ ُ ‫يس ٰى ۖ أَ ْن أَق‬
َ ‫يموا الد‬ َ ‫وس ٰى َوع‬
َ ‫يم َوُم‬
َ ‫صْي نَا بو إبْ َراى‬ َ َ َ َ ْ ََْ ْ َ ً ٰ َّ ‫ع لَ ُكم ّْم َن الدّْي ِن َما َو‬ َ ‫َشَر‬
‫تَتَ َفَّرقُوا فِ ِيو‬
Quran 42:11 He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We
have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus -
to establish the religion and not be divided therein

5. SENDING OF A MODEL
ِ َّ ِ ِ ِ
﴾١٢﴿ ‫ ٌا‬ َّ ّْ ْ ‫لََّق ْد َكا َن لَ ُك ْم ِِف َر ُسول اللَّو أ‬
ً ‫ُس َوةٌ َح َسنَةٌ ل َمن َكا َن يَْر ُجو الل وَ َوالْيَ ْوَم ْاْلخَر َوذَ َكَر الل وَ َكث‬
Quran 33:21 There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for
anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.

As per the Mankind inborn charasteristics, love of the Prophet swalallaahu alyhi wa salam has been
made obligatory thus make it instinct to follow the Messenger as our Perfect Model.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Allah Almighty as being the creator knows better what is good for mankind and what is wrong for him
or what will prevent this mankind from realizing the goal set by Allah for his life thus created a code of
conduct base on the creation of mankind and its characteristics and its objectives in life.
Note: WE don’t have any place in this world or any country where we don’t have code of conducts. (
E.g. school, hospital and as well as the Mercedes example)
‫يد بِ ُك ُم الْ ُع ْسَر‬
ُ ‫يد اللَّوُ بِ ُك ُم الْيُ ْسَر َوَال يُِر‬
ُ ‫يُِر‬
Quran Ch 2 V 185 : Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship

﴾١٢٥﴿ ‫س ٰى أَن ُُِتبُّوا َشْيئًا َوُى َو َشّّر لَّ ُك ْم ۖ َواللَّوُ يَ ْعلَ ُم َوأَنتُ ْم َال تَ ْعلَ ُمو َن‬ َّ
َ ‫َو َع َس ٰى أَن تَكَْرُىوا َشْيئًا َوُى َو َخْي ٌر ل ُك ْم ۖ َو َع‬
Quran Ch 2 V 216 : But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing
and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.
‫ف اللَّوُ نَ ْف ًسا إَِّال ُو ْس َع َها‬
ُ ّْ‫َال يُ َكل‬
Quran Ch 2 V 286 : Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity
‫اْل ْس َال َم ِدينًا‬
ِْ ‫يت لَ ُك ُم‬ ِ ِ
ُ ‫ت َعلَْي ُك ْم ن ْع َم ِِت َوَرض‬
ِ
ُ ‫الْيَ ْوَم أَ ْك َم ْل‬
ُ ‫ت لَ ُك ْم دينَ ُك ْم َوأَّْتَ ْم‬
Quran Ch 5 V 3 This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and
have approved for you Islam as religion.
ِ ْ ‫اْلس َالِم ِدينًا فَلَن ي ْقبل ِمْنو وىو ِِف ْاْل ِخرِة ِمن‬
َ ‫اِلَاس ِر‬
﴾٣٠﴿ ‫ين‬ َ َ ََُ ُ َ َ ُ ْ ِْ ‫َوَمن يَْبتَ ِغ َغْي َر‬
Quran Ch 3 V 85: And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him,
and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.
ِْ ‫ّْين ِع َند اللَّ ِو‬
‫اْل ْس َال ُم‬ ِ
َ ‫إ َّن الد‬
Quran Ch 3 V 19 Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam
ِ ِ ِ َّ ِ ِ ِِ ِ ِ ِ
‫يم ۖ ُى َو ََسَّا ُك ُم‬ ْ ‫َو َجاى ُدوا ِِف اللَّو َح َّق ج َهاده ۖ ُى َو‬
َ ‫اجتَبَا ُك ْم َوَما َج َع َل َعلَْي ُك ْم ِف الدّْي ِن م ْن َحَرٍج ۖ ّْملةَ أَبي ُك ْم إبْ َراى‬
َّ ‫الص َال َة َوآتُوا‬
‫الزَكا َة‬ َّ ‫يموا‬ ِ ِ ‫ول َش ِه ًيدا َعلَْي ُك ْم َوتَ ُكونُوا ُش َه َداءَ َعلَى الن‬ َّ ‫ي ِمن قَ ْب ُل َوِِف َىٰ َذا لِيَ ُكو َن‬ ِِ
ُ ‫َّاس ۖ فَأَق‬ ُ ‫الر ُس‬ َ ‫الْ ُم ْسلم‬
﴾٧٣﴿ ٌُ ‫َّص‬ ِ ‫صموا بِاللَّ ِو ىو موَال ُكم ۖ فَنِعم الْموَ َٰل ونِعم الن‬ ِ
َ ْ َ َْ َ ْ ْ َْ َُ ُ َ‫َو ْاعت‬
Quran Ch 22 V 78 : And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not
placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah named you
"Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over
you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah.
He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper.

Note: Just ponder our situation without the Heavenly perfected code of conduct.
Note: Allah will not wait for an event as the religion has been perfected in order to send new codes of
conduct as the revelation has been cut off when the Prophet swalallaahu alyhi was alam left this
world.
ِ ‫الصالَةِ وىم أَب ناء سب ِع ِسنِي واض ِربوىم علَي ها وىم أَب ناء ع ْش ِر ِسنِي وفَ ّْرقُوا ب ي ن هم ِِف الْمض‬
‫اج ِع‬ َ َ ْ ُ َ َْ َ َ َ ُ َْ ْ ُ َ َ ْ َ ْ ُ ُ ْ َ َ ْ َ ُ َْ ْ ُ َ َّ ِ‫ُم ُروا أ َْوالَ َد ُك ْم ب‬
Command your children to pray when they become seven years old, and beat them for it (prayer)
when they become ten years old; and arrange their beds (to sleep) separately. (AD)
‫ال َيلون أحدكم بامرأة إال مع ذي حمرم‬
"No one of you should meet a woman in privacy unless she is accompanied by a Mahram (i.e., a
relative within the prohibited degrees)." ( Bukhari and Muslim Muttafaqoun alyhi )

NOTE: We have two types of Mandatory Actions:


1. Mandatory to do.
2. Mandatory not to do.
‫إيل بالنوافل حَّت أحبو‬
َّ ‫ وما يزال عبدي يتقرب‬،‫إيل مما افرتضت عليو‬
َّ ‫وما تقرب إيل عبدي بشيء أحب‬
And the most beloved thing with which My slave comes nearer to Me, is what I have enjoined upon
him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil (voluntary prayers or
doing extra deeds besides what is obligatory) until I love him, ( Bukhari )

7. THE GREATEST MIRACLE OF THE LAST MESSENGER.


The Prophet peace be upon him was given many miracles like splitting of the Moon, the ascension to
the heaven and many others but the greatest miracle given to Him was the Quran and Qureish who
were masters in Arabic Language could not challenge the Qur’aan then how it could be challenged
nowadays.
a. Preserved by Allah Almighty from any alteration:
﴾٤﴿ ‫الذ ْكَر َوإِنَّا لَوُ َْلَافِظُو َن‬
ّْ ‫إِنَّا ََْنن نََّزلْنَا‬
ُ
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian. (Ch 15 V 9)

b. Guidance To Mankind as a whole and the believers.


ِِ ُّ ‫َّاس قَ ْد َجاءَتْ ُكم َّم ْو ِعظَةٌ ّْمن َّربّْ ُك ْم َو ِش َفاءٌ لّْ َما ِِف‬
َ ‫الص ُدوِر َوُى ًدى َوَر َْحَةٌ لّْْل ُم ْؤمن‬
﴾٠٧﴿ ‫ي‬ ُ ‫يَا أَيُّ َها الن‬
O mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and
guidance and mercy for the believers. ( Ch 10 V 57 )

c. As a Guidance so that we don’t say that we did not receive any book

‫ي ِمن قَ ْبلِنَا َوإِن ُكنَّا‬


ِ ْ َ‫اب َعلَ ٰى طَائَِفت‬ ِ
ُ َ‫﴾أَن تَ ُقولُوا إََِّّنَا أُن ِزَل الْكت‬٢٠٠﴿ ‫َنزلْنَاهُ ُمبَ َارٌك فَاتَّبِعُوهُ َواتَّ ُقوا لَ َعلَّ ُك ْم تُْر ََحُو َن‬
َ ‫اب أ‬
ِ
ٌ َ‫َوَىٰ َذا كت‬
‫اب لَ ُكنَّا أ َْى َد ٰى ِمْن ُه ْم ۖ فَ َق ْد َجاءَ ُكم بَيّْ نَةٌ ّْمن َّربّْ ُك ْم َوُى ًدى‬ ِ ِِ ِ ‫عن ِدر‬
ُ َ‫﴾أ َْو تَ ُقولُوا لَْو أَنَّا أُن ِزَل َعلَْي نَا الْكت‬٢٠٥﴿ ‫ي‬ َ ‫است ِه ْم لَغَافل‬
ََ َ
ٌ‫َوَر َْحَة‬
And this [Qur'an] is a Book We have revealed [which is] blessed, so follow it and fear Allah that you may
receive mercy. [We revealed it] lest you say, "The Scripture was only sent down to two groups before us,
but we were of their study unaware," Or lest you say, "If only the Scripture had been revealed to us, we
would have been better guided than they." So there has [now] come to you a clear evidence from your
Lord and a guidance and mercy. (Ch 6 Verse 155 – 156 -157)

d. Guidance to Mankind AND Removing from Darkness to light.


ِ ‫اْل ِم‬ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ‫ك لِتُخرِج الن‬ ِ
﴾٢﴿ ‫يد‬ َْ ‫َّاس م َن الظُّلُ َمات إِ ََل النُّوِر بِإ ْذن َرِّّْب ْم إِ َ َٰل صَراط الْ َع ِزي ِز‬ ِ َ ‫اب أ‬
َ َ ْ َ ‫َنزلْنَاهُ إلَْي‬ ٌ َ‫الر ۖ كت‬
Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring
mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might,
the Praiseworthy – (Ch14 V1)

ٍ َ‫َّاس وب يّْن‬
ِ َ‫ات ّْمن ا َْل َد ٰى والْ ُفرق‬ ِِ ِ
‫ان‬ ْ َ ُ َ َ َ ِ ‫ضا َن الَّذي أُن ِزَل فيو الْ ُقْرآ ُن ُى ًدى لّْلن‬
َ ‫َش ْهُر َرَم‬
The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and
clear proofs of guidance and criterion (Ch 2 V 185)

ِ ْ ‫َن ََلُم أ‬ ِ ِ َّ ‫إِ َّن ىٰ َذا الْ ُقرآ َن ي ه ِدي لِلَِِّت ِىي أَقْ وم وي بشّْر الْمؤِمنِي الَّ ِذين ي عملُو َن‬
﴾٤﴿ ‫ ٌا‬
ً ‫َجًرا َكب‬ ْ َّ ‫الصاْلَات أ‬ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ُ ُ َُ َ ُ َ َْ ْ ََ
Indeed, this Qur'an guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do
righteous deeds that they will have a great reward. (Ch 17 V9)

e. Scientific Verses to prove its authenticity that It was revealed By Almighty Creator
to Mankind as a Guidance.
ِ ِ ِ
َ َّ َ‫َسنُ ِري ِه ْم آيَاتنَا ِِف ْاْلفَاق َوِِف أَن ُفس ِه ْم َح َّ َّٰت يَتَب‬
ْ ُ‫ي ََلُ ْم أَنَّو‬
‫اْلَ ُّق‬
We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that
it is the truth. ( Ch 41 V 53 )

CREATION FROM WATER VERSE ALSO.
‫اُهَا َو َج َع ْلنَا ِم َن الْ َم ِاء ُك َّل َش ْي ٍء َحي أَفَ َال يُ ْؤِمنُو َن‬
ُ َ‫ض َكانَتَا َرتْ ًقا فَ َفتَ ْقن‬ ِ َّ ‫َن‬
َ ‫الس َم َاوات َو ْاْل َْر‬ َّ ‫ين َك َفُروا أ‬ ِ َّ
َ ‫أ ََوََلْ يََر الذ‬
Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and
We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe? (Ch 21V30)
DEVELOPMENT OF EMBRYO.
ٍ ‫﴾ ُُثَّ َج َعلْنَاهُ نُطْ َفةً ِِف قَرا ٍر َّم ِك‬٢١﴿ ‫ي‬
َ‫﴾ ُُثَّ َخلَ ْقنَا النُّطْ َفةَ َعلَ َقةً فَ َخلَ ْقنَا الْ َعلَ َقة‬٢١﴿ ‫ي‬ ٍ ‫اْلنسا َن ِمن ُس َاللٍَة ّْمن ِط‬ِ
َ َ ْ ‫َولََق ْد َخلَ ْقنَا‬
l﴾٢١﴿ ‫ي‬ ِِ ْ ‫ضغَةَ ِعظَاما فَ َكسونَا الْعِظَام َْلما ُُثَّ أَنشأْنَاه خلْ ًقا آخر ۖ فَتبارَك اللَّو أَحسن‬
َ ‫اِلَالق‬ ُ َ ْ ُ َ ََ َ َ َ ُ َ ًْ َ َْ ً ْ ‫ضغَةً فَ َخلَ ْقنَا الْ ُم‬
ْ ‫ُم‬
And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay. Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a
firm lodging. Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of
flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We
developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators. (Ch 23 V 12-14)

f. Promise from Allah for those implementing the Book


ِ َ‫ت أَرجلِ ِهم ۖ ّْمْن هم أ َُّمةٌ ُّم ْقت‬
ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِِ
ۖ ٌ‫ص َدة‬ ُْ ُ ْ ‫يل َوَما أُن ِزَل إِلَْي ِهم ّْمن َّرِّّْب ْم َْلَ َكلُوا من فَ ْوق ِه ْم َومن َُْت‬
َ ‫َولَْو أَن َُّه ْم أَقَ ُاموا الت َّْوَرا َة َو ْاْلجن‬
CH5﴾٥٥﴿ ‫َوَكثِ ٌٌ ّْمْن ُه ْم َساءَ َما يَ ْع َملُو َن‬
And if only they upheld [the law of] the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to them from their
Lord, they would have consumed [provision] from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them
are a moderate community, but many of them - evil is that which they do.

g. WARNING for those not implementing the Book and feeling embarrassed.
ِِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ
َ ‫ص ْد ِرَك َحَر ٌج ّْمْنوُ لتُنذ َر بِو َوذ ْكَر ٰى ل ْل ُم ْؤمن‬
﴾١﴿ ‫ي‬ َ ‫اب أُن ِزَل إِلَْي‬
َ ‫ك فَ َال يَ ُكن ِِف‬ ٌ َ‫﴾كت‬٢﴿ ‫املص‬
Alif, Lam, Meem, Sad. [This is] a Book revealed to you, - so let there not be in your breast distress
therefrom - that you may warn thereby and as a reminder to the believers. (Ch7V1-2)

‫يل َوَما أُن ِزَل إِلَْي ُكم ّْمن َّربّْ ُك ْم ۖ َولَيَ ِز َيد َّن َكثِ ً ٌا ّْمْن ُهم َّما أُن ِزَل‬ ِِ ِ ٍ ِ ِ
َ ‫يموا التَّ ْوَراةَ َو ْاْلجن‬
ُ ‫قُ ْل يَا أ َْى َل الْكتَاب لَ ْستُ ْم َعلَ ٰى َش ْيء َح َّ َّٰت تُق‬
ِ ِ
﴾٥٣﴿ ‫ين‬ َ ‫س َعلَى الْ َق ْوم الْ َكاف ِر‬ َ ّْ‫ك ِمن َّرب‬
َ ْ‫ك طُ ْغيَانًا َوُك ْفًرا ۖ فَ َال تَأ‬ َ ‫إِلَْي‬
Say, "O People of the Scripture, you are [standing] on nothing until you uphold [the law of] the Torah, the
Gospel, and what has been revealed to you from your Lord." And that which has been revealed to you from
your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. So do not grieve over the
disbelieving people. (Ch 5 V 68)

ِ ‫اْلِما ِر ََي ِمل أَس َفارا ۖ بِْئس مثَل الْ َقوِم الَّ ِذين َك َّذبوا بِآي‬
‫ات اللَّ ِو ۖ َواللَّوُ َال‬ ِ ِ َّ
َ ُ َ ْ ُ َ َ ً ْ ُ ْ َ ْ ‫وىا َك َمثَ ِل‬ َ ُ‫ين َُحّْلُوا الت َّْوَرا َة ُُثَّ ََلْ ََْيمل‬
َ ‫َمثَ ُل الذ‬
ِِ ِ
﴾٠﴿ ‫ي‬ َ ‫يَ ْهدي الْ َق ْوَم الظَّالم‬
The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a
donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of
Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
َّ ِ ِ ّْ ‫ول يا ر‬
ً ‫ب إ َّن قَ ْومي اِتَ ُذوا َىٰ َذا الْ ُقْرآ َن َم ْه ُج‬
﴾١٣﴿ ‫ورا‬ َ َ ُ ‫الر ُس‬
َّ ‫ال‬
َ َ‫َوق‬
And the Messenger has said, "O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur'an as [a thing]
abandoned."

IN HADITH:
‫أقواما ويضع بو آخرين‬
ً ‫ " إن اهلل يرفع ِّبذا الكتاب‬: ‫قال النِب صلى اهلل عليو وسلم‬
The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Verily, Allah elevates some people with this Qur'an and abases others." (
Muslim )
‫اب اللَّ ِو َو ُسنَّةَ نَبِيّْ ِو‬ ِ ِِ ِ ِ ُ ‫ال صلى اهلل عليو وسلم " تَرْك‬
َ َ‫ت في ُك ْم أ َْمَريْ ِن لَ ْن تَضلُّوا َما ّتََ َّسكْتُ ْم ِّب َما كت‬ َ َ َ‫ق‬
"I have left two matters with you. As long as you hold to them, you will not go the wrong way. They
are the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Prophet." (Muwatta)
h. SOME SECRETS OF THE QUR’AAN.
1. Why Suraahs are not arranged by Title by some parts in one chapter and another piece of
information in another part.
2. Abu Lahab was not a believer when the surah Al Masad was revealed but still he could not
false announce his belief to turn the Quraan false.

i. THE CHALLENGE IN THREE STAGES.


‫ب ّْممَّا نََّزلْنَا َعلَ ٰى َعْب ِدنَا فَأْتُوا بِ ُس َورٍة ّْمن ّْمثْلِ ِو‬
ٍ ْ‫َوإِن ُكنتُ ْم ِِف َري‬
And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a
surah the like thereof (Ch 2 V 23)
ِ ِ ‫ون اللَّ ِو إِن ُكنتم‬ ٍ
ِ ‫ات و ْادعوا م ِن استَطَعتُم ّْمن د‬ ِِ
﴾٢١﴿ ‫ي‬
َ ‫صادق‬
َ ُْ ُ ْ ْ َ ُ َ َ‫أ َْم يَ ُقولُو َن افْ تَ َراهُ ۖ قُ ْل فَأْتُوا بِ َع ْش ِر ُس َوٍر ّْمثْلو ُم ْفتَ َري‬
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Say, "Then bring ten surahs like it that have been invented and call
upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allah, if you should be truthful." (Ch11V13)
ِ ٍ ‫ض ُهم لِبَ ْع‬ ِ ِ ِِ ِ ِِ ِْ ‫اْلنس و‬ ِ ِ
ْ ‫قُل لَّئ ِن‬
﴾٣٣﴿ ‫ ٌا‬
ً ‫ض ظَه‬ ْ ُ ‫اْل ُّن َعلَ ٰى أَن يَأْتُوا ِبثْ ِل َىٰ َذا الْ ُقْرآن َال يَأْتُو َن ِبثْلو َولَْو َكا َن بَ ْع‬ َ ُ ِْ ‫اجتَ َم َعت‬
Say, "If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not
produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants." (Ch 17 V 88)

j. QURAAN EXPLAINING EVERYTHINGS.


ِِ ِ ٍ ِ َ‫ك الْ ِكت‬
َ ‫اب تْب يَانًا لّْ ُك ّْل َش ْيء َوُى ًدى َوَر َْحَةً َوبُ ْشَر ٰى ل ْل ُم ْسلم‬
﴾٣٤﴿ ‫ي‬ َ َ ‫َونََّزلْنَا َعلَْي‬
And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good
tidings for the Muslims (Ch 16V89)
ِ ‫ص ْلنَاه تَ ْف‬
﴾٢١﴿ ‫ص ًيال‬ ٍ
ُ َّ َ‫َوُك َّل َش ْيء ف‬
And everything We have set out in detail. (Ch 17 V 12)
ِ ِ َّ ِ ِ ِ ِ
َ ّْ‫اب يَ ْعلَ ُمو َن أَنَّوُ ُمنَ َّزٌل ّْمن َّرب‬
‫ك‬ َ َ‫اى ُم الْكت‬
ُ َ‫ين آتَ ْي ن‬
َ ‫ص ًال ۖ َوالذ‬ َ َ‫َنزَل إِلَْي ُك ُم الْكت‬
َّ ‫اب ُم َف‬ َ ‫أَفَغَْي َر اللَّو أَبْتَغي َح َك ًما َوُى َو الَّذي أ‬
﴾٢٢١﴿ ‫ين‬ ِ ِ ْ ِ‫ب‬
َ ‫اْلَ ّْق ۖ فَ َال تَ ُكونَ َّن م َن الْ ُم ْم َرت‬
[Say], "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book
explained in detail?" And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture know that it is sent down from
your Lord in truth, so never be among the doubters. (Ch 6V114)
ٍ
َ ‫اب ِمن َش ْيء ۖ ُُثَّ إِ َ َٰل َرِّّْبِ ْم َُْي‬
﴾١٣﴿ ‫شُرو َن‬ ِ َ‫َّما فَ َّرطْنَا ِِف الْ ِكت‬
We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. (Ch6V38)

8. MANKIND SAMPLE USED FOR FIRST QURANIC IMPLEMENTATION.


People of Qureish was chosen by Allah Almighty to be the first community upon whom the Quraanic
Code of conduct will be implemented as they were staying in full jaahiliyyaa state thus lost all the
mankind characteristics by killing their own children for fear of sharing needs or killing daughters or
treating ladies as last of creatures , dealing with Riba, making tawaaf nake and at the foremost
associating partners to Allah Almighty.
Note : they were the grand son of Ismaiil alyhis salaam.

After implementing the Quraan they became :


‫َّات ََْت ِري‬ ٍ ‫اج ِرين و ْاْلَنصا ِر والَّ ِذين اتَّب عوىم بِِإحس‬
ٍ ‫ان َّر ِضي اللَّو عْن هم ورضوا عْنو وأَع َّد ََلم جن‬ ِ ِ ِ َّ ‫و‬
َ ُْ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ َ ْ ُ َ ُ َ َ ْ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ َ َ ‫الساب ُقو َن ْاْل ََّولُو َن م َن الْ ُم َه‬ َ
ِ ِ ِ ‫َُتت ها ْاْلَنْهار خالِ ِد‬
﴾٢٣٣﴿ ‫يم‬ َ ‫ين ف َيها أَبَ ًدا ۖ َٰذل‬
ُ ‫ك الْ َف ْوُز الْ َعظ‬ َ َ ُ َ َ َْ
Quran Ch 9 V 100: And the first forerunners [in the faith] among the Muhajireen and the Ansar and those
who followed them with good conduct - Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him, and He
has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great
attainment.
ِ ِ ‫ك ِحزب اللَّ ِو ۖ أََال إِ َّن ِحز‬ِ
ُ ‫ب اللَّو ُى ُم الْ ُم ْفل‬
﴾١١﴿ ‫حو َن‬ َْ ُ ‫َر ِضي اللَّوُ َعْن ُه ْم َوَر‬
ُ ْ َ ‫ضوا َعْنوُ ۖ أُولَٰئ‬ َ
Quran Ch 58 V 22: Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of
Allah. Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful.

Note: no excuse to us that we cannot implement the Qur’aan and Sunna.


‫َّاس‬ ِ َ‫ال طَائَِفةٌ ِمن أ َُّم ِِت قَائِمةً بِأَم ِر اللَّ ِو الَ يضُّرىم من خ َذ ََلم أَو خالََفهم ح ََّّت يأِِْت أَمر اللَّ ِو وىم ظ‬
ِ ‫اى ُرو َن َعلَى الن‬ ُ ‫الَ تَ َز‬
ْ ُ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ ْ ُ َ ْ ُْ َ ْ َ ْ ُ ُ َ ْ َ ْ
A group of people from my Umma will continue to obey Allah's Command, and those who desert or
oppose them shall not be able to do them any harm. They will be dominating the peeple until Allah's
Command is executed (Muslim)
‫َح ُد ُى ْم لَ ْو َر ِآِن بِأ َْىلِ ِو َوَمالِِو‬ ِ َ ‫ول اللَّ ِو صلى اهلل عليو وسلم " ِم ْن أ‬
ٌ َ‫َش ّْد أ َُّم ِِت ِيل ُحبِّا ن‬
َ ‫اس يَ ُكونُو َن بَ ْعدي يَ َوُّد أ‬ َ ‫ال َر ُس‬
َ َ‫ق‬
The people most loved by me from amongst my Ummah would be those who would come after me
but everyone amongst them would have the keenest desire to catch a glimpse of me even at the cost
of his family and wealth (Muslim)
ِ َّ ِ ِ ِ ‫ال " بل أَنْ تم أ‬ ِ
‫ين ََلْ يَأْتُوا بَ ْع ُد َوأَنَا‬
َ ‫َص َحابي َوإ ْخ َواِن الذ‬ َ َ‫ول اللَّ ِو أَلَ ْسنَا إِ ْخ َوان‬
ْ ْ ُ ْ َ َ َ‫ك ق‬ َ ‫ قَالُوا يَا َر ُس‬. ‫ت إِ ْخ َوانَنَا‬
ُ ْ‫َِن قَ ْد َرأَي‬
ّْ ‫ت أ‬
ُ ‫َود ْد‬
ِ ‫اْلَ ْو‬
‫ض‬ ْ ‫فَ َرطُ ُه ْم َعلَى‬
Would that I had seen our brothers." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, are we not your brother?" He
said: "You are my Companions. My brothers are those who have not come yet. And I will reach the
Hawd before you (An Nasai)
‫ي َر ُجالً يَ ْع َملُو َن ِمثْ َل َع َملِ ِو‬ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ْ ‫ض علَى‬
ْ ‫اْلَ ْم ِر ل ْل َعام ِل في ِه ْم مثْ ُل أ‬
َ ‫َج ِر َخَْس‬
ِ ِ ِ َّ ‫الص ِِب‬
َ ٍ ‫الصْب ُر فيو مثْ ُل قَ ْب‬
ِ ِ
ْ َّ ‫فَِإ َّن م ْن َوَرائ ُك ْم أَيَّ َام‬
For ahead of you are days which will require endurance, in which showing endurance will be like
grasping live coals. The one who acts rightly during that period will have the reward of fifty men who
act as he does. He said (The hearers asked:) Messenger of Allah, the reward of fifty of them? He
replied: The reward of fifty of you.

9. HISOTRY OF ADAM ALYHIS SALAAM.


1) Creation of Adam and his wife and all soul ( bani Adam ) and then taking the covenant that Allah
swt is their Lord. (Surah 7 V 172-173)
‫ت بَِربّْ ُك ْم ۖ قَالُوا بَلَ ٰى ۖ َش ِه ْدنَا ۖ أَن تَ ُقولُوا‬ ِ ِ ِ ‫ك ِمن ب ِِّن‬
ُ ‫آد َم من ظُ ُهوِرى ْم ذُّْريَّتَ ُه ْم َوأَ ْش َه َد ُى ْم َعلَ ٰى أَن ُفس ِه ْم أَلَ ْس‬َ َ َ ُّ‫َخ َذ َرب‬ َ ‫َوإِ ْذ أ‬
‫﴾أ َْو تَ ُقولُوا إََِّّنَا أَ ْشَرَك آبَ ُاؤنَا ِمن قَ ْب ُل َوُكنَّا ذُّْريَّةً ّْمن بَ ْع ِد ِى ْم ۖ أَفَتُ ْهلِ ُكنَا ِِبَا فَ َع َل‬٢٧١﴿ ‫ي‬ ِِ ِ ِ
َ ‫يَ ْوَم الْقيَ َامة إِنَّا ُكنَّا َع ْن َىٰ َذا َغافل‬
﴾٢٧١﴿ ‫ات َولَ َعلَّ ُه ْم يَْرِج ُعو َن‬ ِ ‫صل ْاْلي‬
َ ُ ّْ ‫ك نُ َف‬
ِ
َ ‫﴾ َوَك َٰذل‬٢٧١﴿ ‫الْ ُمْب ِطلُو َن‬
And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants and
made them testify of themselves, [saying to them], "Am I not your Lord?" They said, "Yes, we have
testified." [This] - lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, "Indeed, we were of this unaware."
Or [lest] you say, "It was only that our fathers associated [others in worship] with Allah before, and we
were but descendants after them. Then would You destroy us for what the falsifiers have done?"
And thus do We [explain in] detail the verses, and perhaps they will return.

2) Ordering the angels and Ibliss who was a servant of Allah and he is from the nature of Jinn, to
make sijdah for Adam. Ibliss refused and argued with Allah swt.

ِ ِ ِِ ِ ِ ِ ِ
َ ‫استَكْبَ َر َوَكا َن م َن الْ َكاف ِر‬
} )34( ‫ين‬ ْ ‫يس أَََب َو‬
َ ‫ْلد َم فَ َس َج ُدوا إال إبْل‬ ْ ‫َوإِ ْذ قُ ْلنَا ل ْل َمالئ َكة‬
َ ‫اس ُج ُدوا‬
And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for
Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers. Ch 2 V 34

3) the reason for refusing is ( he is better than Adam, takabbur and fakhr )

ٍ ‫ال أَنَا َخْي ر ِمْنوُ َخلَ ْقتَِِّن ِم ْن نَا ٍر و َخلَ ْقتَوُ ِم ْن ِط‬
‫) }اْلعراف‬12( ‫ي‬ َ ُ‫ك أَال تَ ْس ُج َد إِ ْذ أ ََم ْرت‬
َ َ‫ك ق‬ َ ‫ال َما َمنَ َع‬
َ َ‫ق‬
َ ٌ
[Allah] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?" [Satan] said, "I am
better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay."

4) Asking for delay of punishment from Allah to misguide human being and was given upto Day of
Judgment. Ibliss will use everything to misguide human being and enemity starts being human
being and Shaytaan.
‫) }ص‬81( ‫ت الْ َم ْعلُ ِوم‬
ِ ْ‫) إِ ََل ي وِم الْوق‬80( ‫َّك ِمن الْمْنظَ ِرين‬
َ َْ َ ُ َ َ ‫ال فَإن‬
ِ َ َ‫) ق‬79( ‫ب فَأَنْ ِظرِِن إِ ََل ي وِم ي ْب َعثُو َن‬
ُ َْ ْ ّْ ‫ال َر‬ َ َ‫{ ق‬
He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." [Allah] said, "So indeed, you
are of those reprieved Until the Day of the time well-known."

‫ك َو َشا ِرْك ُه ْم ِِف ْاْل َْم َو ِال َو ْاْل َْوَال ِد َو ِع ْد ُى ْم َوَما يَعِ ُد ُى ُم‬ ِ ِ ِ‫واست ْف ِزز م ِن استطَعت ِمْن هم بِصوتِك وأَجلِب علَي ِهم ِِبيل‬
َ ‫ك َوَرجل‬
َ َْ ْ ْ َ ْ ْ َ َ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ
ِ
) ‫ ( اْلسراء‬64( ‫ورا‬ً ‫الشَّْيطَا ُن إَّال غُ ُر‬
And incite [to senselessness] whoever you can among them with your voice and assault them with
your horses and foot soldiers and become a partner in their wealth and their children and promise
them." But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
5) Not be able with servants of Allah swt and if ever some one follow him ibliss and his followers will
be to hell ( Jahannam )
‫) االسراء‬65( ‫ك َوكِ ًيال‬ ِ ِ َّ ِ
َ ّْ‫ك َعلَْي ِه ْم ُس ْلطَا ٌن َوَك َفى بَِرب‬
َ َ‫س ل‬
َ ‫إن عبَادي لَْي‬
Indeed, over My [believing] servants there is for you no authority. And sufficient is your Lord as
Disposer of affairs

ِ ِ َ ‫ال ا ْذىب فَمن تَبِع‬


(‫ اْلسراء‬63( ‫ورا‬ َ ‫ك مْن ُه ْم فَإ َّن َج َهن‬
ً ُ‫َّم َجَزا ُؤُك ْم َجَزاءً َم ْوف‬ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َ‫ق‬
[Allah] said, "Go, for whoever of them follows you, indeed Hell will be the recompense of you - an
ample recompense.

6) Sending of Adam and His wife to paradise and warning from Allah not to approach the Tree and
that Satan is your enemy be careful.
35) ‫(البقرة‬ ‫من الظاملي‬
َ ‫حيث شئتما وال تَقربا ىذه الشجرَة فتكونا‬
ُ ‫غدا‬
ً ‫اسكن أنت وزوجك اْلنة وُكال منها َر‬
ْ ‫آدم‬
ُ ‫وقلنا يا‬
And we said, "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and]
abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers

7) Satan uses his way and cheating to misguide Adam and his Wife, they listened to his false advice
and they became nude and then Allah swt taught them some words to ask forgiveness and they
were forgiven and sent to this world ( dunya )
ِ ْ ‫َّجرِة إَِّال أَ ْن تَ ُكونَا َملَ َك‬
‫ي‬ ِِ َ َ‫ي َعْن ُه َما ِم ْن َس ْوآَِتِِ َما َوق‬ ِ ِ ِ
َ َ ‫ال َما نَ َها ُك َما َربُّ ُك َما َع ْن َىذه الش‬ َ ‫ي ََلَُما َما ُوور‬
َ ‫س ََلَُما الشَّْيطَا ُن ليُْبد‬
َ ‫فَ َو ْس َو‬
ِِ ِ ِ ِ ْ ‫أَو تَ ُكونَا ِمن‬
) 21/20 ‫) اْلعراف‬21( ‫ي‬ َ ‫اَسَ ُه َما إِ ِّْن لَ ُك َما لَم َن النَّاصح‬
َ َ‫) َوق‬20( ‫ين‬ َ ‫اِلَالد‬ َ ْ
But Satan whispered to them to make apparent to them that which was concealed from them of their
private parts. He said, "Your Lord did not forbid you this tree except that you become angels or
become of the immortal And he swore [by Allah] to them, "Indeed, I am to you from among the
sincere advisors."

ٍ ‫اِلُْل ِد وم ْل‬ َ َ‫س إِلَْي ِو الشَّْيطَا ُن ق‬


‫)طو‬120( ‫ك َال يَْب لَى‬ ُ َ ْ ِ‫ك َعلَى َش َجَرة‬
َ ُّ‫ال يَا آَ َد ُم َى ْل أ َُدل‬ َ ‫فَ َو ْس َو‬
Then Satan whispered to him; he said, "O Adam, shall I direct you to the tree of eternity and
possession that will not deteriorate?"
‫) البقرة‬37( ‫يم‬ ٍ ‫فَت لَقَّى آَدم ِمن ربِّْو َكلِم‬
ِ َّ ‫ات فَتَاب علَي ِو إِنَّو ىو الت ََّّواب‬
ُ ‫الرح‬ ُ َُ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ ْ َُ َ
Then Adam received from his Lord [some] words, and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is He
who is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful

ِ ْ ‫قَاال ربَّنَا ظَلَمنَا أَنْ ُفسنَا وإِ ْن ََل تَ ْغ ِفر لَنَا وتَرَحَْنَا لَنَ ُكونَ َّن ِمن‬
23 ‫االعراف‬
َ ‫اِلَاس ِر‬
‫ين‬ َ َْ ْ ْ َ َ ْ َ
They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon
us, we will surely be among the losers

)24‫(االعراف‬ ٍ ‫ض ُمستَ َقّّر وَمتَاعٌ إِ ََل ِح‬


‫ي‬ ِ ٍ ‫ض ُك ْم لِبَ ْع‬
َ ْ ِ ‫ض َع ُد ّّو َولَ ُك ْم ِف ْاْل َْر‬ ُ ‫ال ْاىبِطُوا بَ ْع‬
َ َ‫ق‬
[Allah] said, "Descend, being to one another enemies. And for you on the earth is a place of
settlement and enjoyment for a time

8) Generation of Adam starts , with his children up satan starts working on the children of Adam there
were some pious and some not pious, but all were making ibadaah only to Allah swt, Then when
the time of sacrifice came one of the Adam’s son sacrifice was accepted and the other was not
accepted as Allah swt accepts only from the pious ( Muttaqoun) But satan was working hard to
misguide human being and the Ummah of insaan was still one even they were disobeying Allah
swt and they were still praying to one Ilaah Allah swt.
‫ال إََِّّنَا يَتَ َقبَّ ُل اللَّوُ ِم َن‬
َ َ‫َّك ق‬ َ َ‫َح ِد ُِهَا َوََلْ يُتَ َقبَّ ْل ِم َن ْاْلَ َخ ِر ق‬
َ ‫ال َْلَقْ تُلَن‬ ِ ِ ْ ِ‫واتْل َعلَْي ِهم نَبأَ ابِّْن آَ َد َم ب‬
َ ‫اْلَ ّْق إ ْذ قَ َّربَا قُ ْربَانًا فَتُ ُقبّْ َل م ْن أ‬ َْ َ ْ ُ َ
‫)املائدة‬27( ‫ي‬ ِ
َ ‫الْ ُمتَّق‬
And recite to them the story of Adam's two sons( Haabil and Qaabil) , in truth, when they both offered
a sacrifice [to Allah], and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other. Said
[the latter], "I will surely kill you." Said [the former], "Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous
[who fear Him].
9) After 10 centuries according to the tafseer of Ibn Abbass r.a. who is the Mufassir of Quran Children
of Adam was going astray and 5 dai’s ( pious person calling people to Allah) died, so satan came
and advise the people who were now very far from Allah swt to put a memorial in the place of
sitting of these 5 pious person so that they can remember these people but not to pray to them. (
these were very far from Allah swt and they very disobedient so they accepted the advice (trick) of
satan and after these people died after a long time satan came back to the children and grand-
children of these people and inform them that your fathers and forefathers used to pray to these 5
status and they accepted so now there was division in the ummah of human being and they started
to pray to other than Allah swt and it is mention in the tafseer of surah Baqarah verse 213. So
Allah swt sent the first Rassool Nooh a.s to bring back the MUSLIM OF ADAM A.S AND HIS SONS
BACK TO THE RIGHT PATH AND THE NAME OF THE 5 PIOUS PERSON WHO WAS PRAYED BY THE
CHILDREN OF ADAM IS MENTIONED IN THE SURAH NOOH A.S. This means that they were muslim
and the make shirk with Allah swt and Nooh a.s was sent to bring them back to the ibadaah of
Allah swt alone.
‫اختَ لَ ُفوا فِ ِيو عن‬
ْ ‫يما‬
ِ ِ ‫اْل ّْق لِيح ُكم ب ي الن‬
َ ‫َّاس ف‬ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َْ ِ‫اب ب‬
ِ
َ َ‫ين َوأَنْ َزَل َم َع ُه ُم الْكت‬ِِ َ ّْ‫ث اللَّوُ النَّبِي‬
َ ‫ي ُمبَ ّْش ِر‬
َ ‫ين َوُمْنذر‬
ِ ‫َكا َن النَّاس أ َُّمةً و‬
َ ‫اح َد ًة فَبَ َع‬ َ ُ
‫ فبعث اهلل النبيي مبشرين ومنذرين‬،‫ فاختلفوا‬،‫ كلهم على شريعة من اْلق‬،‫ كان بي نوح وآدم عشرة قرون‬:‫ قال‬،‫ابن عباس‬

Mankind was [of] one religion [before their deviation]; then Allah sent the prophets as bringers of
good tidings and warners and sent down with them the Scripture in truth to judge between the people
concerning that in which they differed )‫(ابن كثٍر‬

ِِ ِ ِ ِ
َ ‫ي إَِّال‬
‫ض َالًال‬ َ ‫َضلُّوا َكث ً ٌا َوَال تَ ِزد الظَّالم‬
َ ‫) َوقَ ْد أ‬23( ‫وق َونَ ْسًرا‬
َ ُ‫وث َويَع‬ ً ‫َوقَالُوا َال تَ َذ ُر َّن آََلتَ ُك ْم َوَال تَ َذ ُر َّن َوِّدا َوَال ُس َو‬
َ ُ‫اعا َوَال يَغ‬
And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr )24(

ْ ‫ب بِ َد ْوَم ِة‬
‫اْلَْن َد ِل َوأ ََّما‬ ٍ ‫ت لِ َك ْل‬ ٍ ُ‫ت ِِف قَ ْوِم ن‬
ْ َ‫وح ِِف الْ َعَر ِب بَ ْع ُد أ ََّما َودّّ َكان‬ ْ َ‫ت ْاْل َْوثَا ُن الَِِّت َكان‬
ِ ٍ َّ‫عن اب ِن عب‬
َ ‫اس َرض َي اللَّوُ َعْن ُه َما‬
ْ ‫ص َار‬ َ ْ َْ
ِ َ‫وق فَ َكان‬ ُ ُ‫ف ِعْن َد َسبٍَإ َوأ ََّما يَع‬ ِ ‫اْلو‬ ِ ٍ ِ ٍ ِ َ‫سواع َكانَت َِل َذي ٍل وأ ََّما ي غوث فَ َكان‬
‫ت‬ْ َ‫ت َلَ ْم َدا َن َوأ ََّما نَ ْسٌر فَ َكان‬ْ ْ َْ ‫ت ل ُمَراد ُُثَّ لبَِِّن غُطَْيف ب‬ ْ ُ َُ َ ْ ُ ْ ٌ َُ
‫صبُوا إِ ََل ََمَالِ ِس ِه ْم الَِِّت‬
ِ ْ‫وح فَلَ َّما ىلَ ُكوا أَوحى الشَّيطَا ُن إِ ََل قَوِم ِهم أَ ْن ان‬
ْ ْ ْ َْ َ ٍ ُ‫ي ِم ْن قَ ْوِم ن‬ ِِ ‫ْلِِمي ر ِْل ِل ِذي الْ َك َال ِع أ ََْساء ِرج ٍال‬
َ ‫صاْل‬ َ َ َُ ََ ْ
ِ ِ
)0294 ‫ت ( البخاري‬ َ ِ‫ك أُولَئ‬
ْ ‫ك َوتَنَ َّس َخ الْع ْل ُم عُبِ َد‬ َ َ‫ََسَائِ ِه ْم فَ َف َعلُوا فَلَ ْم تُ ْعبَ ْد َح ََّّت إِ َذا َىل‬
ْ ‫وىا بِأ‬ َ ْ‫َكانُوا ََْيل ُسو َن أَن‬
َ ُّ‫صابًا َو ََس‬
10) So this small and brief story explains us clearly why we Muslim brothers we should learn about
imaan , its meaning , the meaing of Lailaha illAllah , the things that make this imaan and this
Kalimah void or null same as the Children and grand-children of Adam a.s. did.

10. Why to Learn over ( ‫)ال اله اال هللا‬.


1) The Prophet peace be upon him said: Any one who testifies there is nothing worthy of
worship except Allah He is unique nothing is associated to him and Muhammad is His servant and
messenger and Issa is His servant and messenger and His word given to Maryam and a spirit from
Him and that Jannah is true and Jahannam is true, Allah will enter him to Jannah on the what he has
as actions.
ِ ِ َّ ‫َن ُحم َّم ًدا عب ُده ورسولُو وأ‬ َ ‫ال َصلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَيْ ِو َو َسلَّ َم َم ْن َش ِه َد أَ ْن َال إِلَ َو إَِّال اللَّوُ َو ْح َدهُ َال َش ِر‬
ُ‫يسى َعْب ُد اللَّو َوَر ُسولُو‬
َ ‫َن ع‬ َ ُ ُ َ َ ُ َْ َ َّ ‫يك لَوُ َوأ‬ َ َ‫ق‬
) ‫كا َن ِم ْن الْ َع َم ِل ( رواه البخاري ومسلم‬ ْ ُ‫َّار َح ّّق أ َْد َخلَوُ اللَّو‬
َ ‫اْلَنَّةَ َعلَى َما‬ ْ ‫وح ِمْنوُ َو‬ ِ َ ‫وَكلِمتُوُ أَلْ َق‬
ُ ‫اْلَنَّةُ َح ّّق َوالن‬ ٌ ‫اىا إ ََل َم ْرَََي َوُر‬ َ َ
"If anyone testifies that None has the right to be worshipped but Allah Alone Who has no partners,
and that Muhammad is His Slave and His Apostle, and that Jesus is Allah's Slave and His Apostle and
His Word which He bestowed on Mary and a Spirit created by Him, and that Paradise is true, and Hell
is true, Allah will admit him into Paradise with the deeds which he had done

So if a Christian becomes a muslim and he still believe that Issa is Allah, everybody will accept that his
kalmia at tawheed is null so this will be the same situation with a muslim who did anything that is
opposite to the kalmia at tawheed.

2) We are learning about kalmia at tawheed if ever a test is given to us we will know whether a
failure will have a direct effect on our kalmia at tawheed. Hudhaifa ibn al yamman he says that people
used to ask the Prophet about good things and I use to ask him about bad things so that I can protect
myself if it appears.
‫َسأَلُوُ َع ْن الشَّّْر ََمَافَ َة أَ ْن يُ ْد ِرَك ِِّن‬
ْ‫تأ‬ ْ ‫ول اللَّ ِو َصلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو َو َسلَّ َم َع ْن‬
ُ ‫اِلَِْ ٌ َوُكْن‬ َ ‫َّاس يَ ْسأَلُو َن َر ُس‬
ُ ‫ول َكا َن الن‬
ِ ‫ح َذي َف َة بن الْيم‬
ُ ‫ان يَ ُق‬ ََ َ ْ ْ ُ
The people used to ask Allah's Apostle about the good but I used to ask him about the evil lest I
should be overtaken by them. (Bukhari)

3) All prophets were sent to teach people about kalimat at tawheed.


ِ ‫اعب ُد‬ ِ ِ ِِ ِ ِ ٍ ِ َ ِ‫وما أَرس ْلنَا ِمن قَبل‬
‫)االنبيا‬25( ‫ون‬ ُ ْ َ‫ك م ْن َر ُسول إَّال نُوحي إلَْيو أَنَّوُ َال إلَوَ إَّال أَنَا ف‬ ْ ْ َ ْ ََ
And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity
except Me, so worship Me

ِ ‫ولََق ْد ب عثْ نَا ِِف ُك ّْل أ َُّم ٍة رس ًوال أ َِن ْاعب ُدوا اللَّو و‬
َ ُ‫اجتَنبُوا الطَّاغ‬
) 36 ‫وت (النحل‬ ْ ََ ُ َُ ََ َ
And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allah and avoid Taghut
ِ ِ ِ ِ ِِ َّ ‫صى بِِو نُوحا والَّ ِذي أَوحي نا إِلَيك وما و‬
َّ ‫ع لَ ُك ْم ِم َن الدّْي ِن َما َو‬
)13‫ّْين (الشورى‬ ُ ‫يسى أَ ْن أَق‬
َ ‫يموا الد‬ َ ‫وسى َوع‬
َ ‫يم َوُم‬
َ ‫صْي نَا بو إبْ َراى‬ َ َ َ َ ْ ََْ ْ َ ً َ ‫َشَر‬
He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to
you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus - to establish the
religion and not be divided therein

4) The ahlul kitaab who believe in their Prophet were Muslim and then they changed the
teachings of their Prophet, so we Muslim if we will change the teaching of our Prophet our result will
be the same. Our ilaah and their ilaah is one but they broke their kalmia at tawheed.
‫ين ظَلَ ُموا ِمْن ُه ْم َوقُولُوا آَ َمنَّا بِالَّ ِذي أُنْ ِزَل إِلَْي نَا َوأُنْ ِزَل إِلَْي ُك ْم َوإِ ََلُنَا َوإِ ََلُ ُك ْم‬ ِ َّ َِّ ِ ِ َ‫وَال َُتَ ِادلُوا أ َْىل الْ ِكت‬
ْ ‫اب إَِّال بِالَِِّت ى َي أ‬
َ ‫َح َس ُن إال الذ‬ َ َ
) ‫)العنكبوت‬46( ‫سلِ ُمو َن‬ ِ
ْ ‫َواح ٌد َوََْن ُن لَوُ ُم‬
And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who
commit injustice among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and
revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him

5) The Quraan says most of the people will believe but they will still be mushrik.
‫)يوسف‬106( ‫َوَما يُ ْؤِم ُن أَ ْكثَ ُرُى ْم بِاللَّ ِو إَِّال َوُى ْم ُم ْش ِرُكو َن‬

And most of them believe not in Allah except while they associate others with Him.

6) First order in Quran is to pray only to Allah and first things which the Quran forbids is shirk.
‫) البقرة‬22( ‫) فَ َال ََْت َعلُوا لِلَّ ِو أَنْ َد ًادا َوأَنْتُ ْم تَ ْعلَ ُمو َن‬21( ‫ين ِم ْن قَ ْبلِ ُك ْم لَ َعلَّ ُك ْم تَتَّ ُقو َن‬ ِ َّ ِ َّ
َ ‫َّاس ْاعبُ ُدوا َربَّ ُك ُم الذي َخلَ َق ُك ْم َوالذ‬
ُ ‫يَا أَيُّ َها الن‬
O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become

righteous . So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him
7) Ibrahim a.s. who is the father of teaching monotheism (tawheed ) He is making dua to Allah
swt to protect him and his children not to pray to idols.
ِ ِ ِ َ َ‫وإِ ْذ ق‬
‫)ابراىيم‬35( ‫َصنَ َام‬ َّ َِ‫اجنُْب ِِّن َوب‬
ْ ‫ِّن أَ ْن نَ ْعبُ َد ْاْل‬ ْ ‫اج َع ْل َىٰ َذا الْبَ لَ َد آمنًا َو‬
ْ ‫ب‬ّْ ‫يم َر‬
ُ ‫ال إبْ َراى‬ َ
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this city [Makkah] secure and
keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols

8) Allah swt is giving his mahboob Muhammad s.a.w severe warning not to make shirk
subhanallah. And if you make shirk all your good actions will be void.
ِ ْ ‫ك ولَتَ ُكونَ َّن ِمن‬ ِ َ ِ‫ك وإِ ََل الَّ ِذين ِمن قَبل‬ ِ ِ
﴾٥٠﴿
َ ‫اِلَاس ِر‬
‫ين‬ َ َ ‫ك لَئ ْن أَ ْشَرْك‬
َ َ ُ‫ت لَيَ ْحبَطَ َّن َع َمل‬ ْ َ َ َ ‫َولََق ْد أُوح َي إلَْي‬
And it was already revealed to you and to those before you that if you should associate [anything] with Allah,
your work would surely become worthless, and you would surely be among the losers
َ ِ‫ك ُى َدى اللَّ ِو يَ ْه ِدي بِِو َمن يَ َشاءُ ِم ْن ِعبَ ِاد ِه ۖ َولَ ْو أَ ْشَرُكوا َْلَب‬
﴾٣٣﴿ ‫ط َعْن ُهم َّما َكانُوا يَ ْع َملُو َن‬ ِ
َ ‫َٰذل‬
That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whomever He wills of His servants. But if they had
associated others with Allah, then worthless for them would be whatever they were doing. Ch6V88
11.THE MEANING OF LA ILAHA ILALLAH
‫ال إلو إال اهلل‬
la is no ilah is anything which is worshipped ( ma’boud )

illa is except Allah is Allah subhanahou wa ta alaa.

We have a litteral meaning which means there is no ilah except Allah .

In the Quraan we have many places talking about ilaah that people offer their prayers to them.

In Surah swaad verse 5.

Did He ( Muhammad peace be upon him) make the aaliha ( plural of ilaah ) one

ِ ِ
ٌ ‫َج َع َل ْاْلَلَةَ إِلَٰ ًها َواح ًدا ۖ إِ َّن َىٰ َذا لَ َش ْيءٌ ُع َج‬
﴾٠﴿ ‫اب‬ َ‫أ‬
Has he made the gods [only] one God? Indeed, this is a curious thing (Ch38v5)

ِ ‫﴾ وي ُقولُو َن أَئِنَّا لَتَا ِرُكو ِآَلتِنَا لِ َش‬١٠﴿ ‫إِنَّهم َكانُوا إِذَا قِيل ََلم َال إِلَٰو إَِّال اللَّ و يستَكِِْبو َن‬
ٍ ُ‫اع ٍر ََّْمن‬
﴾١٥﴿ ‫ون‬ َ ََ ُ َُْ َ ُْ َ ُْ
Indeed they, when it was said to them, "There is no deity but Allah," were arrogant. And were saying,
"Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?" Ch37 v 35-36)

So we have many ilaah but the Quraan says they are Baatil and only Allah swt. Is the true Ilaah. Allay
swt.says that to whoevers they are offering their prayers are batil ilaah and Allah is the true Ilaah.

)62( ٌ ُ ِ‫َن اللَّ َو ُى َو الْ َعلِ ُّي الْ َكب‬ ِ ‫َن ما ي ْدعو َن ِمن دونِِو ىو الْب‬
َّ ‫اط ُل َوأ‬َ َ ُ ُ ْ ُ َ َ َّ ‫اْلَ ُّق َوأ‬ َّ ‫ك بِأ‬
ْ ‫َن اللَّوَ ُى َو‬ ِ
َ ‫َذل‬
That is because Allah is the Truth, and that which they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and
because Allah is the Most High, the Grand. (ch22 v 62)

) ‫) (لقمان‬30( ٌ ُ ِ‫َن اللَّوَ ُى َو الْ َعلِ ُّي الْ َكب‬ ِ ‫َن ما ي ْدعو َن ِمن دونِِو الْب‬
َّ ‫اط ُل َوأ‬َ ُ ْ ُ َ َ َّ ‫اْلَ ُّق َوأ‬ َّ ‫ك بِأ‬
ْ ‫َن اللَّوَ ُى َو‬ ِ
َ ‫َذل‬
That is because Allah is the Truth, and that what they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and
because Allah is the Most High, the Grand. (Ch 31 v 30)

So from this the oulama concludes that the true meaning of Lailaha illallah is: There is no true ilaah
except Allah swt.

‫ال معبود بحق اال اهلل‬


After knowing the true meaning of our kalmia now we will see that our kalmia has two main pillars in
it.

1) Rejecting ( inkaar ) 2) Accepting ( iqraar )


Rejecting any other illaah. Accepting only Allah s.w.t.

This reality is explain in the following verse.

) 256 ‫( البقرة‬ ِ ُ‫فَمن ي ْك ُفر بِالطَّاغ‬


‫وت َويُ ْؤِم ْن بِاللَّ ِو‬ ْ َ َْ
So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold
with no break in it

So the kalmia has two arkaan one to reject all ILAAH and then to Accept only Allah swt as ilaah.

Some examples of ilaah ( things that people offer their ibadaah to them) : sun, moon, rocks, trees,
shaitwaan, Isaa a.s. Maryam, Muhammad peace be upon him, Ali r.a. Hussein r.a., pious people like
Abdul Qadir Jilani r.a. etc……

Ilaah has 2 groups:

1) only Ilaah that is people make them ilaah but they did not approve it.
2) Twaghout ( people prayed to them and they are satisfied to it or they invite people to pray to
them like shaytwaan etc….)
) ‫المعبود ( الو‬

) ‫الباطل ( غير هللا‬ ‫الحق هللا‬

‫طاغوت‬ ‫اله فقط‬


)satisfied( )being prayed only (

12.WHAT IS WORSHIP (IBAADAH)


We have 2 kinds of ibadaah :

1) ibadaah batwina ( invisible , that the heart does )


2) ibadaah zwahira ( visible , that done by the body and the tongue )
) ‫ عبادة قلبية (باطنة ) و عبادة اللسان والجوارح ( ظاهرة‬: ‫العبادة قسمان‬
To make ibadaah we should have 2 things:

1) ikhlass ‫اإلخالص‬
2) Following the Prophet peace be upon him ‫متابعت النبً صلى هللا علٍه وسلم‬
‫أنواع العبادة‬
‫ظاهرة‬ ‫الصالة‬ ‫ظاهرة‬ ‫) الدعاء‬1
‫ظاهرة‬ ‫الحج‬ ‫ظاهرة‬ ‫) الزكاة‬2
‫باطنة‬ ‫التوكل‬ ‫باطنة‬ ‫) الخوف‬3
‫باطنة‬ ‫الرغبة‬ ‫باطنة‬ ‫) الرجاء‬4
‫باطنة‬ ‫الخشية‬ ‫باطنة‬ ‫) الرهبة‬5
‫باطنة \ ظاهرة‬ ‫التوبة‬ ‫باطنة \ ظاهرة‬ ‫) اإلنابة‬6
‫باطنة \ ظاهرة‬ ‫) اإلستعانة‬7
‫باطنة \ ظاهرة‬ ‫) اإلستعاذة‬8
‫باطنة \ ظاهرة‬ ‫) اإلستغاثة‬9
‫ظاهرة‬ ‫الذبح‬ ‫ظاهرة‬ ‫) النذر‬11
These are some of the visible and the invisible ibadaah that we should direct them only to Allah
swt. This is the meaning of ikhlass in ibadah as said in surah Albayinnah verse

For an ibadaah to be valid and have power in the sight of Allah swt it should have these pillars
together.

Al mahabah ( ‫ ) المحبة‬Love We make ibadaah with love for Allah swt .

Al zul ( ‫ ) الذل‬Humility We make ibaddah with humility to Allah swt . ( Al khushoo ) as He has
power over everything and He is Rabbul alamiin.

Al khawf ( ‫ ) الخوف‬Fear We make ibadaah with fear to Allah swt (for what He has as punishment )

Al rajah. ( ‫ ) الرجاء‬hope We make ibadaah with full hope for what Allah has to give to His servants
and for His forgiveness and what reward he prepared for His servants.

Allah Almighty describes his Messengers in these words:

‫) اْلنبياء‬90( ‫ي‬ ِِ ِ ْ ‫إِنَّهم َكانُوا يسا ِرعو َن ِِف‬


َ ‫اِلَْي َرات َويَ ْدعُونَنَا َر َغبًا َوَرَىبًا َوَكانُوا لَنَا َخاشع‬ ُ َُ ُْ
Indeed, they used to hasten to good deeds and supplicate Us in hope and fear, and they were to Us
humbly submissive

13.OBJECTIVES AND MEANS. ( Mechanism of submission)


After understanding all these previous slides regarding the Meaning of Worship and the different types
of worship that we have, now we will see the difference between Objective and Means.
Creation with fitra and characteristics, then objective and then code of conduct.
Allah subhanahou wa ta’alaa has clearly explained to us our objective and has instituted means at
different level and criticality.
Once the word Pillar ( ‫ واجب‬- ‫ فرض‬- ‫ ) اركان‬then the importance and benefit is higher to mankind in
relation to the realization of your objective.
In the same way once the words ( ‫ شرك‬- ‫ نفاق‬- ‫ )كفر‬are mentioned , it indicates the danger that it
constitute to mankind in realizing his objective as Allah did not emphasize on Rules and Do’s and
Donts or worships except for the benefit of mankind as clearly mentioned in the hadith Qudsi in Sahih
Muslim where Rasouloullah peace be upon him said:
ِ ِ ِ ‫آخرُكم وإِنْس ُكم وِجنَّ ُكم َكانُوا َعلَى أَتْ َقى قَ ْل‬
‫ك ِِف ُم ْل ِكي َشْيئًا يَا‬ َ ‫ب َر ُج ٍل َواح ٍد ِمْن ُك ْم َما َز َاد ذَل‬ ِ َّ ‫يَا ِعبَ ِادي لَ ْو أ‬
ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ ‫َن أ ََّولَ ُك ْم َو‬
‫ك ِم ْن ُم ْل ِكي َشْيئًا‬ ِ ‫اح ٍد ما نَ َق‬ ِ ِ ‫آخرُكم وإِنْس ُكم وِجنَّ ُكم َكانُوا َعلَى أَفْ َج ِر قَ ْل‬
ِ َّ ‫ِعبَ ِادي لَ ْو أ‬
َ ‫ص ذَل‬ َ َ ‫ب َر ُج ٍل َو‬ ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ ‫َن أ ََّولَ ُك ْم َو‬
O My servants, even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and even the whole of human
race of yours, and that of jinns even, become (equal in) God-conscious like the heart of a single
person amongst you, nothing would add to My Power. O My servants, even if the first amongst you
and the last amongst you and the whole human race of yours and that of the Jinns too in unison
become the most wicked (all beating) like the heart of a single person, it would cause no loss to My
Power. ( hadith Qudsi in Muslim)
The plan of shaytaan is to make us miss our target even after helping us to do good actions.
What we have to understood is WHAT IS OUR OBJECTIVE IN THIS LIFE.
Once this understanding gets into our heart our whole body shall react accordingly.
Event of Moosa alyhis salaam and the magicians.
( information – conviction – action – enmity – auto satisfaction )
‫ أال وىى‬:‫ وإذا فسدت فسد اْلسد كلو‬،‫ أال وإن ىف اْلسد مضغة إذا صلحت صلح اْلسد كلو‬،‫أال وإن َحى اهلل حمارمو‬
‫القلب‬
Verily, there is a piece of flesh in the body, if it is healthy, the whole body is healthy, and if it is
corrupt, the whole body is corrupt. Verily, it is the heart." ( Bukhari )

Worship can also be divided into two kinds as per a different perspective:
1. Ibaadah in itself
2. Permissible action with intention.
Here only that a person shall succeed in ( ‫)تحقٍك العبودٌت التامت هلل‬
﴾٢٥١﴿ ‫ي‬ ِ ّْ ‫قُل إِ َّن ص َالِِت ونُس ِكي وَْحمياي وممََ ِاِت لِلَّ ِو ر‬
َ ‫ب الْ َعالَم‬َ ََ َ َ ُ َ َ ْ
Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the
worlds.

When we analyze the Sunnah of Rasouloullah and His teachings we can cleary see how He taught us
to attach and cling ourself and depend on Rabbul Aalaameen.
Dua for sleeping, clothing, waking up, eating, azaan, going outside, on travel. Etc…..
14.THE MEANING AND IMPLICATIONS OF MUHAMMAD SALLAHU ALAYHI
WASALAM
FROM THE QUR’AAN.
)31( ‫يم‬ ِ ‫قُل إِ ْن ُكْنتُم ُُِتبُّو َن اللَّو فَاتَّبِع ِوِن َُيبِب ُكم اللَّو وي ْغ ِفر لَ ُكم ذُنُوب ُكم واللَّو َغ ُف‬
ٌ ‫ور َرح‬
ٌ ُ َ ْ َ ْ ْ ََ ُ ُ ْ ْ ُ َ ْ ْ
Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive
you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." Ch 3.

َّ ‫السبُ َل فَتَ َفَّر َق بِ ُك ْم َع ْن َسبِيلِ ِو َذلِ ُك ْم َو‬


)153( ‫صا ُك ْم بِِو لَ َعلَّ ُك ْم تَتَّ ُقو َن‬ ُّ ‫يما فَاتَّبِعُوهُ َوَال تَتَّبِعُوا‬ ِ ِ ِ َّ ‫َوأ‬
ً ‫َن َى َذا صَراطي ُم ْستَق‬
And, [moreover], this is My path, which is straight, so follow it; and do not follow [other] ways, for
you will be separated from His way. This has He instructed you that you may become righteous.Ch 6.

)21( ‫ُس َوةٌ َح َسنَةٌ لِ َم ْن َكا َن يَ ْر ُجو اللَّوَ َوالْيَ ْوَم ْاْل ِخَر َوذَ َكَر اللَّوَ َكثِ ً ٌا‬ ِ ِ
ْ ‫لََق ْد َكا َن لَ ُك ْم ِِف َر ُسول اللَّو أ‬
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose
hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often. Ch 33.

(7) ‫ول فَ ُخ ُذوهُ َوَما نَ َها ُك ْم َعْنوُ فَانْتَ ُهوا‬


ُ ‫الر ُس‬
َّ ‫َوَما آتَا ُك ُم‬
And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you -refrain from. 59

‫ض َالًال‬ ِ ‫اِلِيَ َرةُ ِم ْن أ َْم ِرِى ْم َوَم ْن يَ ْع‬


َ ‫ص اللَّوَ َوَر ُسولَوُ فَ َق ْد‬
َ ‫ض َّل‬ ْ ‫ضى اللَّوُ َوَر ُسولُوُ أ َْمًرا أَ ْن يَ ُكو َن ََلُ ُم‬ ٍِ ِ ِ
َ َ‫َوَما َكا َن ل ُم ْؤم ٍن َوَال ُم ْؤمنَة إِ َذا ق‬
)36( ‫ُمبِينًا‬

It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a
matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah
and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error. Ch 33

ِ ِ ِ ِ َ ‫فَ َال وربّْك َال ي ؤِمنو َن ح ََّّت َُي ّْكم‬


ً ‫ت َويُ َسلّْ ُموا تَ ْسل‬
)65( ‫يما‬ َ َ‫يما َش َجَر بَْي نَ ُه ْم ُُثَّ َال ََِي ُدوا ِِف أَنْ ُفس ِه ْم َحَر ًجا ممَّا ق‬
َ ‫ضْي‬ َ ‫وك ف‬ ُ َ َ ُ ُْ َ ََ
But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge
concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no
discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission. Ch 4.

ِ ُ‫يدو َن أَ ْن ي تحا َكموا إِ ََل الطَّاغ‬


‫وت َوقَ ْد أ ُِم ُروا أَ ْن يَ ْك ُف ُروا‬ ِ ِ َّ ِ
ُ َ ََ ُ ‫ك يُِر‬َ ‫ك َوَما أُنْ ِزَل ِم ْن قَ ْبل‬َ ‫ين يَ ْز ُع ُمو َن أَن َُّه ْم َآمنُوا ِِبَا أُنْ ِزَل إِلَْي‬
َ ‫أَ ََلْ تَ َر إ ََل الذ‬
ِِ ِ َّ ‫) وإِذَا قِيل ََلم تَعالَوا إِ ََل ما أَنْزَل اللَّو وإِ ََل‬60( ‫يدا‬
‫صدُّو َن‬ُ َ‫ي ي‬ َ ‫ت الْ ُمنَافق‬ َ ْ‫الر ُسول َرأَي‬ َ ُ َ َ ْ َ ُْ َ َ ً ِ‫ض َالًال بَع‬ ِ
َ ‫يد الشَّْيطَا ُن أَ ْن يُضلَّ ُه ْم‬ ُ ‫بِِو َويُِر‬
)61( ‫ودا‬ ً ‫ص ُد‬
ُ ‫ك‬ َ ‫َعْن‬
Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad],
and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were
commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray. And when it is said to them, "Come
to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger," you see the hypocrites turning away from you in
aversion. Ch 4.
FROM THE SUNNAH.
‫س فِ ِيو فَ ُه َو َرّّد‬ ِ ِ َ ‫َح َد‬
َ ‫ث ِف أ َْمرنَا َى َذا َما لَْي‬
ِ
ْ ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْيو َو َسلَّ َم َم ْن أ‬
ِ ُ ‫ال رس‬
َ ‫ول اللَّو‬ ُ َ َ َ‫ق‬
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said, “He who innovates something in this matter of ours (i.e., Islam)
that is not of it will have it rejected ( Bukhari)

‫اع ِِّن َد َخ َل‬ َ َ‫ول اللَّ ِو َوَم ْن يَأْ ََب ق‬


َ َ‫ال َم ْن أَط‬ َ ‫اْلَنَّةَ إَِّال َم ْن أ َََب قَالُوا يَا َر ُس‬ َ َ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو َو َسلَّ َم ق‬
ْ ‫ال ُك ُّل أ َُّم ِِت يَ ْد ُخلُو َن‬ ِ َ ‫َن رس‬
َ ‫ول اللَّو‬ ُ َ َّ ‫أ‬
‫ص ِاِن فَ َق ْد أ َََب‬
َ ‫اْلَنَّةَ َوَم ْن َع‬
ْ
"Everyone of my Ummah will enter Jannah except those who refuse". He was asked: "Who will
refuse?" He (PBUH) said, "Whoever obeys me, shall enter Jannah, and whosoever disobeys me,
refuses to (enter Jannah)". ( Bukhari)

‫ وعظنا رسول اهلل صلى اهلل عليو و سلم موعظة ذرفت منو اْلعي ووجلت منو القلوب قلنا‬: ‫عرباض بن سارية السلمي يقول‬
‫ ( لقد تركتكم على البيضاء ليلها كنهارىا ال يزيع عنها بعدي إال‬: ‫ يا رسول اهلل ىذه موعظة مودع فما تعهد إلينا ؟ قال‬:
‫ىالك ومن يعش منكم فس ٌى اختالفا كث ٌا فعليكم ِبا عرفتم من سنِت وسنة اِللفاء الراشدين‬

"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) delivered a moving speech to us which made our eyes flow with tears
and made our hearts melt. We said: 'O Messenger of Allah. This is a speech of farewell. What did you
enjoin upon us?' He said: 'I am leaving you upon a (path of) brightness whose night is like its day. No
one will deviate from it after I am gone but one who is doomed. Whoever among you lives will see
great conflict. I urge you to adhere to what you know of my Sunnah and the path of the Rightly-
Guided Caliphs, ( Ibn Maajah )

‫ َوَما ِى َي‬: ‫ قَالُوا‬، ‫اح َد ًة‬


ِ ‫الث وسبعِي فِرقَةً ُكلُّهم ِِف النَّا ِر إَِّالو‬
َ
ٍ ِِ ِ ِ
ْ ُ ْ َ ْ َ َ َ‫ تَ ْف َرت ُق َىذه اْل َُّمةُ َعلَى ث‬: ‫صلَّى اهللُ َعلَْيو َو َسلَّ َم‬
ِ ُ ‫ال رس‬
َ ‫ول اهلل‬ ُ َ َ َ‫ق‬
‫َص َح ِاِب الرتمذي‬ ِ َ ‫تِْل‬
ْ ‫ َما أَنَا َعلَْيو الْيَ ْوَم َوأ‬: ‫ال‬ َ َ‫ك الْ ُف ْرقَةُ ؟ ق‬
My Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All of them are in the Fire Except one sect." He said:
"And which is it O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "What I am upon and my Companions.

‫اب اللَّ ِو َو ُسنَّةَ نَبِيّْ ِو‬ ِ ِِ ِ ِ ‫ تَرْك‬: ‫قال رسول اهللِ صلى اهلل عليو وسلم‬
َ َ‫ت في ُك ْم أ َْمَريْ ِن لَ ْن تَضلُّوا َما ّتََ َّسكْتُ ْم ِّب َما كت‬
ُ َ َُ
I have left two matters with you. As long as you hold to them, you will not go the wrong way. They
are the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Prophet (Muatta)

15.MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT HADITH PILLARS OF ISLAM.

‫‪4.‬‬ ‫‪Performing Haj.‬‬
‫‪5.‬‬ ‫‪Fasting in the month of Ramadan.‬‬
‫‪ .1‬شهادة ان ال الو اال اهلل وان محمد عبده ورسولو‬
‫‪ .2‬اقامة الصالة‬
‫‪ .3‬ايتاء الزكاة‬
‫‪ .4‬حج البيت‬
‫‪ .5‬صوم رمضان‬

‫‪16.‬‬ ‫‪SOME ADVICES FOR OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS‬‬

‫ال ِلَدَيَةَ َوأ ْ‬ ‫ب َعْنوُ َّ ْ ُ‬ ‫فَ َزَّملُوهُ َح ََّّت َذ َى َ‬
‫ين‬ ‫يث وتَح ِمل الْ َك َّل وتَ ْك ِسب الْم ْع ُدوم وتَ ْق ِري الضَّي َ ِ‬ ‫الرِحم وتَص ُد ُق ال ِ‬ ‫ك لَتَ ِ‬ ‫يك اللَّوُ أَبَ ًدا فَ َواللَّ ِو إِنَّ َ‬‫يُ ْخ ِز َ‬

‫ط ِبِِثْ ِل ما ِجْئ ِِ َِّ ِ‬ ‫ال نَ َع ْم ََلْ يَأْ ِت َر ُجل قَ ُّ‬ ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو َو َسلَّ َم أ ََوَمُْ ِرِج َّي ُى ْم قَ َ‬ ‫ال رس ُ ِ‬
‫ك‬‫ي َوإِ ْن يُ ْد ِرْك ِِّن يَ ْوُم َ‬ ‫ت بو إال عُود َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ٌ‬ ‫ول اللَّو َ‬ ‫فَ َق َ َ ُ‬
‫ِف َوفَتَ َر الْ َو ْح ُي (البخاري)‬ ‫ب َوَرقَةُ أَ ْن تُ ُو َّْ‬ ‫صًرا ُم َؤزًَّرا ُُثَّ ََلْ يَْن َش ْ‬ ‫أَنْ ُ‬
‫ص ْرَك نَ ْ‬

‫‪Allah's Apostle returned with the Inspiration, his neck muscles twitching with terror till he entered‬‬
‫‪upon Khadija and said, "Cover me! Cover me!" They covered him till his fear was over and then he‬‬
‫‪said, "O Khadija, what is wrong with me?" Then he told her everything that had happened and said, 'I‬‬
‫‪fear that something may happen to me." Khadija said, 'Never! But have the glad tidings, for by Allah,‬‬
‫‪Allah will never disgrace you as you keep good reactions with your Kith and kin, speak the‬‬
truth, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guest generously and assist the
deserving, calamity afflicted ones." Khadija then accompanied him to (her cousin) Waraqa bin
Naufal bin Asad bin `Abdul `Uzza bin Qusai. Waraqa was the son of her paternal uncle, i.e., her
father's brother, who during the Pre-Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the Arabic
writing and used to write of the Gospels in Arabic as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an
old man and had lost his eyesight. Khadija said to him, "O my cousin! Listen to the story of your

Allah will never disgrace you


 You keep good relations to your kit and kin
 You speak the truth
 You help, support and carry the burden and weak person
 You entertain a guest generously
 You assist those stricken by test of Allah or afflicted people

b. Sacrifice
1. Some people selling their own self to get the Satisfaction of Allah Almighty.
)207( ‫وف بِالْعِبَ ِاد‬ ِ ‫َّاس من ي ْش ِري نَ ْفسو ابتِغَاء مرض‬
ٌ ُ‫ات اللَّ ِو َواللَّوُ َرء‬ َ َْ َ ْ ُ َ

َ ْ َ ِ ‫َوم َن الن‬
And of the people is he who sells himself, seeking means to the approval of Allah. And Allah is
kind to [His] servants. ( Ch 2 v 207)
2. If you support Allah He will support you and if you approach him one pace he will approach
you 10 feet.

ْ ّْ‫ص ْرُك ْم َويُثَب‬ ُ ‫ين َآمنُوا إِ ْن تَْن‬
ُ ‫ص ُروا اللَّوَ يَْن‬ َ ‫يَا أَيُّ َها الذ‬
O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.
‫ص ُرُك ْم ِم ْن بَ ْع ِدهِ َو َعلَى اللَّ ِو فَ ْليَتَ َوَّك ِل الْ ُم ْؤِمنُو َن‬ ِ
ُ ‫ب لَ ُك ْم َوإِ ْن ََيْ ُذلْ ُك ْم فَ َم ْن ذَا الَّذي يَْن‬
ِ َّ ُ ‫إِ ْن يَْن‬
َ ‫ص ْرُك ُم اللوُ فَ َال َغال‬
If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there
that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely (Ch3 v160)

َّ ‫ي أَنْ ُف َس ُه ْم َوأ َْم َوا ََلُ ْم بِأ‬ ِِ ِ


) 111 ‫(التوبت‬ َ‫اْلَنَّة‬
ْ ‫َن ََلُ ُم‬ َ ‫إ َّن اللَّوَ ا ْشتَ َرى م َن الْ ُم ْؤمن‬
Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange]
for that they will have Paradise

‫َصبَ َرُى ْم َعلَى النَّا ِر‬ ِ

َ ‫ك الذ‬َ
Those are the ones who have exchanged guidance for error and forgiveness for punishment.
How patient they are in pursuit of the Fire!

ً‫أَتَ ِاِن ُيَْ ِشي أَتَْيتُوُ َى ْرَولَة‬
‫‪'If My slave comes nearer to me for a span, I go nearer to him for a cubit; and if he comes nearer to‬‬
‫‪Me for a cubit, I go nearer to him for the span of outstretched arms; and if he comes to Me walking, I‬‬

‫يَ ْسأَلُِِّن فَأ ُْع ِطيَوُ َم ْن يَ ْستَ ْغ ِف ُرِِن فَأَ ْغ ِفَر لَو (البخاري)‬
‫‪Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the‬‬
‫‪last third of the night remains, saying: "Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to‬‬
‫‪invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me, so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking‬‬
‫"?‪My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him‬‬
‫)‪3. Example of this sacrifice (Suhaib ibn Sinan‬‬

‫أن صهيبا حي أراد اَلجرة اَل املدينة قال لو كفار قريش ‪ :‬أتيتنا صعلوكا فكثر مالك عندنا وبلغت ما بلغت ُث تريد أن ِترج‬
‫بنفسك ومالك واهلل ال يكون ذلك فقال َلم ‪ :‬أرأيتم إن أعطيتكم مايل أِتلون سبيلي ؟ فقالوا ‪ :‬نعم فقال ‪ :‬أشهدكم أِن قد‬

َ ‫ٌّى ََلَا فَتَ َق‬ َ ‫ فَ َف َعلُوا َح ََّّت َجاءَت ْامَرأَةٌ َوَم َع َها‬.‫يل لَوُ اقْ تَح ْم‬ َ ‫ أ َْو ق‬.‫ََحُوهُ ف َيها‬ ْ َ ْ ْ َ ْ ْ َ َ َ‫ّْ ٌا َن َوق‬ َ ‫َضَرَم الن‬
ْ ‫َوأ‬
ِ ‫ال ََلا الْغُالَم يا أ َُّم ِو اصِ ِِبى فَِإن‬ ِ
.» ‫اْلَ ّْق‬
ْ ‫َّك َعلَى‬ ْ َُ َ َ ‫أَ ْن تَ َق َع ف َيها فَ َق‬
There lived a king before you and he had a (court) magician. As he (the magician) grew old, he said
to the king: I have grown old, send some young boy to me so that I should teach him magic. He (the
king) sent to him a young man so that he should train him (in magic). And on his way (to the
magician) he (the young man) found a monk sitting there. He (the young man) listened to his (the
monk's) talk and was impressed by it. It became his habit that on his way to the magician he met the
monk and set there and he came to the magician (late). He (the magician) beat him because of delay.
He made a complaint of that to the monk and he said to him: When you feel afraid of the magician,
say: Members of my family had detained me. And when you feel afraid of your family you should say:
The magician had detained me. It so happened that there came a huge beast (of prey) and it blocked
the way of the people, and he (the young boy) said: I will come to know today whether the magician
is superior or the monk is superior. He picked up a stone and said: O Allah, if the affair of the monk is
dearer to Thee than the affair of the magician, cause death to this animal so that the people should
be able to move about freely. He threw that stone towards it and killed it and the people began to
move about (on the path freely). He (the young man) then came to that monk and Informed him and
the monk said: Sonny, today you are superior to me. Your affair has come to a stage where I find that
you would be soon put to a trial, and in case you are put to a trial don't give my clue. That young man
began to treat the blind and those suffering from leprosy and he in fact began to cure people from (all
kinds) of illness. When a companion of the king who had gone blind heard about him, he came to him
with numerous gifts and said: If you cure me all these things collected together here would be yours.
Be said: I myself do not cure anyone. It is Allah Who cures and if you affirm faith in Allah, I shall also
supplicate Allah to cure you. He affirmed his faith in Allah and Allah cured him and he came to the
king and sat by his side as he used to sit before. The king said to him: Who restored your eyesight?
He said: My Lord. Thereupon he said: It means that your Lord is One besides me. He said: My Lord
and your Lord is Allah, so he (the king) took hold of him and tormented him till he gave a clue of that
boy. The young man was thus summoned and the king said to him: O boy, it has been conveyed to
me that you have become so much proficient in your magic that you cure the blind and those
suffering from leprosy and you do such and such things. Thereupon he said: I do not cure anyone; it
is Allah Who cures, and he (the king) took hold of him and began to torment him. So he gave a clue
of the monk. The monk was thus summoned and it was said to him: You should turn back from your
religion. He, however, refused to do so. He (ordered) for a saw to be brought (and when it was done)
he (the king) placed it in the middle of his head and tore it into parts till a part fell down. Then the
courtier of the king was brought and it was said to him: Turn back from your religion. Arid he refused
to do so, and the saw was placed in the midst of his head and it was torn till a part fell down. Then
that young boy was brought and it was said to him: Turn back from your religion. He refused to do so
and he was handed over to a group of his courtiers. And he 'said to them: Take him to such and such
mountain; make him climb up that mountain and when you reach its top (ask him to renounce his
faith) but if he refuses to do so, then throw him (down the mountain). So they took him and made
him climb up the mountain and he said: O Allah, save me from them (in any way) Thou likest and the
mountain began to quake and they all fell down and that person came walking to the king. The king
said to him: What has happened to your companions? He said: Allah has saved me from them. He
again handed him to some of his courtiers and said: Take him and carry him in a small boat and when
you reach the middle of the ocean (ask him to renounce) his religion, but if he does not renounce his
religion throw him (into the water). So they took him and he said: O Allah, save me from them and
what they want to do. It was quite soon that the boat turned over and they were drowned and he
came walking to the king, and the king said to him: What has happened to your companions? He said:
Allah has saved me from them, and he said to the king: You cannot kill me until you do what I ask
you to do. And he said: What is that? He said: You should gather people in a plain and hang me by
the trunk (of a tree). Then take hold of an arrow from the quiver and say: In the name of Allah, the
Lord of the young boy; then shoot an arrow and if you do that then you would be able to kill me. So
he (the king) called the people in an open plain and tied him (the boy) to the trunk of a tree, then he
took hold of an arrow from his quiver and then placed the arrow in the bow and then said: In the
name of Allah, the Lord of the young boy; he then shot an arrow and it bit his temple. He (the boy)
placed his hands upon the temple where the arrow had bit him and he died and the people said: We
affirm our faith in the Lord of this young man, we affirm our faith in the Lord of this young man, we
affirm our faith in the Lord of this young man. The courtiers came to the king and it was said to him:
Do you see that Allah has actually done what you aimed at averting. They (the people) have affirmed
their faith in the Lord. He (the king) commanded ditches to be dug at important points in the path.
When these ditches were dug, and the fire was lit in them it was said (to the people): He who would
not turn back from his (boy's) religion would be thrown in the fire or it would be said to them to jump
in that. (The people courted death but did not renounce religion) till a woman came with her child and
she felt hesitant in jumping into the fire and the child said to her: 0 mother, endure (this ordeal) for it
is the Truth. (Muslim)

c. Creating your relation and connection with Allah and continual improvement
Some examples only:
1. Permanent contact with Qur'aan
2. Reading of Bukhari and Musilm.
3. Performing Salatul Shorooq at least one’s a week for people working.
4. Tahajjud prayer.
5. On Friday, trying our best to get the hour where dua is accepted.
6. Praying witr.
7. Fasting at least three days per month.
8. Praying at least two rakaat of Doha.
9. Learning the formulas for each event from Hisnul Muslim.
10. Reading of Seerah from Rahiiqul Makhtoum.

‫‪Indeed, [O Muhammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He‬‬

‫‪And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration of Our command. You did not know what is the‬‬
‫‪Book or [what is] faith, but We have made it a light by which We guide whom We will of Our‬‬
‫‪servants. And indeed, [O Muhammad], you guide to a straight path‬‬

‫اْلَ ُّق ِمن َّربّْ ُك ْم ۖ فَ َمن َشاءَ فَ ْليُ ْؤِمن َوَمن َشاءَ فَ ْليَ ْك ُف ْر‬
‫َوقُ ِل ْ‬
‫‪And say, "The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills - let him believe; and whoever wills - let‬‬
‫)‪him disbelieve (Ch 18 V 29‬‬

‫ورا ﴿‪﴾١‬‬ ‫ِ ِ‬ ‫السبِ ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ ِ‬ ‫اْلنسا َن ِمن نُّطْ َف ٍة أَم َش ٍ ِ ِ‬

Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him
hearing and seeing Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful (Ch76)

ُ‫َّت َعلَْي ِو الض ََّاللَة‬ ِ ِ


ْ ‫فَمْن ُهم َّم ْن َى َدى اللَّ وُ َومْن ُهم َّم ْن َحق‬
And among them were those whom Allah guided, and among them were those upon whom error was
[deservedly] decreed

‫ول اللَّوُ تَ َع َاَل أَنَا ِعْن َد ظَ ّْن َعْب ِدي ِِب َوأَنَا َم َعوُ إِذَا ذَ َكَرِِن فَِإ ْن ذَ َكَرِِن ِِف نَ ْف ِس ِو ذَ َك ْرتُوُ ِِف نَ ْف ِسي‬
ُ ‫صلَّى اللَّوُ َعلَْي ِو َو َسلَّ َم يَ ُق‬ ُّ ِ‫ال الن‬
َ ‫َِّب‬ َ َ‫ق‬
‫اعا َوإِ ْن‬ ِ ِ ََّ ِ‫يل بِ ِش ٍِب تَ َقَّربت إِلَي ِو ِذراعا وإِ ْن تَ َقَّرب إ‬ ِ ‫وإِ ْن ذَ َكرِِن ِِف م ٍََل ذَ َكرتُوُ ِِف م ٍََل َخ ٍْ ٌ ِمْن ُهم وإِ ْن تَ َقَّر‬
ً َ‫ت إِلَْيو ب‬ ُ ْ‫اعا تَ َقَّرب‬
ً ‫يل ذ َر‬ َ َ ً َ ْ ُ ْ ْ ََّ ‫ب إ‬ َ َْ َ ْ َ َ َ
ً‫أَتَ ِاِن ُيَْ ِشي أَتَْيتُوُ َى ْرَولَة‬
'If My slave comes nearer to me for a span, I go nearer to him for a cubit; and if he comes nearer to
Me for a cubit, I go nearer to him for the span of outstretched arms; and if he comes to Me walking, I
go to him running (Bukhari)

‫ال " َما‬ َ ‫ َح ََّّت نَِف َد َما ِعْن َدهُ فَ َق‬،‫اى ْم‬ ُ َ‫ ُُثَّ َسأَلُوهُ فَأ َْعط‬،‫اى ْم‬ ُ َ‫ول اللَّو صلى اهلل عليو وسلم فَأ َْعط‬
ِ َ ‫َن نَاسا ِمن اْلَنْصا ِر سأَلُوا رس‬
َُ َ َ َ ً َّ ‫أ‬
‫ َوَما أ ُْع ِط َي‬،ُ‫صبّْ ْرهُ اللَّو‬ ِِ ِ ْ ‫ ومن يستَ ع ِف‬،‫ي ُكو ُن ِعْن ِدي ِمن خ ٍ ٌ فَلَن أ ََّد ِخره عْن ُكم‬
َ َ‫ َوَم ْن يَت‬،ُ‫ َوَم ْن يَ ْستَ ْغ ِن يُ ْغنو اللَّو‬،ُ‫ف يُعفَّوُ اللَّو‬

Some Ansari persons asked for (something) from Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) and he gave them. They
again asked him for (something) and he again gave them. And then they asked him and he gave them
again till all that was with him finished. And then he said "If I had anything. I would not keep it away
from you. (Remember) Whoever abstains from asking others, Allah will make him contented, and
whoever tries to make himself self-sufficient, Allah will make him self-sufficient. And whoever remains
patient, Allah will make him patient. Nobody can be given a blessing better and greater than patience

e. The Principles of Dawa (preaching) as explained in Qur'aan.


‫ض َّل َعن َسبِيلِ ِو ۖ َوُى َو‬ ِ
َ ‫ك ُى َو أ َْعلَ ُم ِبَن‬
ِ ِ ِ ْ ‫اْلِكْم ِة والْمو ِعظَِة‬
ْ ‫اْلَ َسنَة ۖ َو َجاد َْلُم بِالَِِّت ى َي أ‬
َ َّ‫َح َس ُن ۖ إِ َّن َرب‬ َْ َ َ ْ ‫ك ب‬
ِ َ ّْ‫ْادعُ إِ َ َٰل سبِ ِيل رب‬
َ َ
﴾٢١٠﴿ ‫ين‬ ِ ِ
َ ‫أ َْعلَ ُم بالْ ُم ْهتَد‬
Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is
best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of
who is [rightly] guided (Ch16v125)

‫ين ظَلَ ُموا ِمْن ُه ْم َوقُولُوا آَ َمنَّا بِالَّ ِذي أُنْ ِزَل إِلَْي نَا َوأُنْ ِزَل إِلَْي ُك ْم َوإِ ََلُنَا َوإِ ََلُ ُك ْم‬ ِ َّ َِّ ِ ِ َ‫وَال َُتَ ِادلُوا أ َْىل الْ ِكت‬
ْ ‫اب إَِّال بِالَِِّت ى َي أ‬
َ ‫َح َس ُن إال الذ‬ َ َ
) ‫)العنكبوت‬46( ‫سلِ ُمو َن‬ ِ
ْ ‫َواح ٌد َوََْن ُن لَوُ ُم‬
And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who
commit injustice among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and
revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him

‫وى ْم إِلَْي ِو ِعبَ َادةُ اللَّ ِو فَِإ َذا‬ ٍ َ‫َّك تَ ْق َدم َعلَى قَوٍم أ َْى ِل كِت‬ َ َ‫ث ُم َعا ًذا َر ِض َي اللَّوُ َعْنوُ َعلَى الْيَ َم ِن ق‬
ُ ُ‫اب فَ ْليَ ُك ْن أ ََّو َل َما تَ ْدع‬ ْ ُ َ ‫ال إِن‬ َ ‫لَ َّما بَ َع‬
‫ض َعلَْي ِه ْم َزَكا ًة ِم ْن‬ َّ ‫َخِ ِْبُى ْم أ‬ ِ ِ ٍ َّ ‫َخِ ِْبُى ْم أ‬
َ ‫َن اللَّوَ فَ َر‬ ْ ‫صلَ َوات ِِف يَ ْوم ِه ْم َولَْي لَت ِه ْم فَِإ َذا فَ َعلُوا فَأ‬
َ ‫س‬ ِ َ ‫َن اللَّ َو قَ ْد فَر‬
َ َْ‫ض َعلَْيه ْم َخ‬ َ ْ ‫َعَرفُوا اللَّوَ فَأ‬
)‫أ َْم َواَلِِ ْم َوتَُرُّد َعلَى فُ َقَرائِ ِه ْم فَِإذَا أَطَاعُوا ِِّبَا فَ ُخ ْذ ِمْن ُه ْم َوتَ َو َّق َكَرائِ َم أ َْم َو ِال النَّاس (البخاري‬
Verily you would reach a community of the people of the Book, the very first thing to which you
should call them is the worship of Allah, may His Glory be Magnificent, and when they become fully
aware of Allah, instruct them that He has enjoined five prayers on them during the day and the night,
and when they begin observing it, then instruct them that verily Allah has made Zakat obligatory for
them which would be collected from the wealthy amongst them and distributed to their needy ones,
and when they submit to it, then collect it from them and avoid (the temptation) of selecting the best
(items) of their riches

f. Main Deviation.
 Trinity- one God in three personailty
 Deity of Jesus- is considered an essential doctrine and is a central non-negotiable belief within
Christianity. Also known as the "divinity of Christ,"
 Crucifixion- is a form of slow and painful execution in which the victim is tied or nailed to a large
wooden cross and left to hang until dead. It is principally known from antiquity, but remains in occasional
use in some countries. The crucifixion of Jesus is a central event in Christianity, and the crucifix is the main
religious symbol for many churches.
 Son of God- Christianity Believes that the Son of God.

g. Misconception of word ”GOD” –ELOI ELOI LAMA SABACHTANI

Indeed, I am Allah. There is no deity except Me, so worship Me and establish prayer for My
remembrance.
﴾٢١﴿ ‫الص َالةَ لِ ِذ ْك ِري‬
َّ ‫اعبُ ْدِِن َوأَقِ ِم‬
ْ َ‫إِن َِِّّن أَنَا اللَّوُ َال إِلَٰوَ إَِّال أَنَا ف‬
The world God is being used to keep in barrier in between non Arabic Christian and jews as Proper
noun cannot be translated in any language.
Thus while watching any Christian Mass in an Arabic country the word used is "Allah" and none else.

﴾١﴿ ‫ّْين‬ َّ ً ِ‫اعبُ ِد اللَّوَ َمُْل‬ ْ ِ‫اب ب‬ ِ َ ‫إِنَّا أَنزلْنَا إِلَي‬


َ ‫صا لوُ الد‬ ْ َ‫اْلَ ّْق ف‬ َ َ‫ك الْكت‬ ْ َ
Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book, [O Muhammad], in truth. So worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him
in religion (Ch39V2)
h. Some critical points and frequently ask questions.
1. If Mohammad peace be upon him was not a Messenger he would never have put rules and regulations but
he would have accepted anything that will please the people in order to follow him.
2. How is it possible for someone that cannot read and write to bring such an un-challenged book "Qur'aan"
and so precise teaching about every aspects of life "sunna"
3. How is it possible that despite all the mistakes Muslims do commit in their belief, transactions, character but
still Islam is the most progressive religion everywhere.
4. How is it possible that after 1435 years still all his teachings are being implemented but individuals not to
mention the wrong implementation as a nation wise.
5. If asked regarding the permission to marry a people of the book lady but not vice versa, so our example
shall be so easy :
This was commanded by Allah , and if it was our decision we could have changed it but not when revealed
by Allah.
6. What do we lose in implementing the Sayings of Allah in the Qur'aan and those of the Messenger in the
Sunna? Win Win situation.

i. Measurement of our Belief and result.

1. Simple question : Can we measure our imaan level or we have to wait on the day of judgment to
know it? Answer: on the day of judgment it will be too late to know it, so Allah Almighty has set
in Quraan some verses as parameter to situate ourself and as well as the Messeger of Allah has also
explained in ahaadith some parameters in order for us to evaluate ourselves, to repent and make
corrective actions to those mistakes in order not to reccur.
ِ َّ ِ ِ ِ ْ َ‫ت قُلُوبُ ُهم وإِ َذا تُلِي‬ ِ ِ ِ َّ ِ
َ ‫﴾ الذ‬١﴿ ‫ت َعلَْيه ْم آيَاتُوُ َز َادتْ ُه ْم إُيَانًا َو َعلَ ٰى َرِّّْب ْم يَتَ َوَّكلُو َن‬
‫ين‬ َْ ْ َ‫ين إِ َذا ذُكَر اللَّوُ َوجل‬ َِّ
َ ‫إَّنَا الْ ُم ْؤمنُو َن الذ‬
ِ ِ ِ َّ ‫ي ِقيمو َن‬
) ‫حقِّا (االنفال‬ َ ِ‫﴾ أُولَٰئ‬١﴿ ‫اى ْم يُنف ُقو َن‬
َ ‫ك ُى ُم الْ ُم ْؤمنُو َن‬ ُ َ‫الص َال َة َوممَّا َرَزقْ ن‬ ُ ُ
The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts become fearful, and when His
verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely The ones who
establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend Those are the believers, truly

‫السَّر ِاء َوالضََّّر ِاء‬


َّ ‫ين يُ ِنف ُقو َن ِِف‬ ِ َّ
َ ‫﴾ الذ‬٢١١﴿ ‫ي‬
ِ ِ ‫السماوات و ْاْلَرض أ ُِعد‬
َ ‫َّت ل ْل ُمتَّق‬
ْ ُ ْ َ ُ َ َ َّ ‫ض َها‬
ٍ ِ
ُ ‫َو َسا ِر ُعوا إِ َ َٰل َم ْغفَرٍة ّْمن َّربّْ ُك ْم َو َجنَّة َعْر‬
﴾134﴿ ‫ي‬ ِِ ُّ ‫َّاس ۖ َواللَّوُ َُِي‬
ِ ‫ي َع ِن الن‬ ِ ِِ
َ ‫ب الْ ُم ْحسن‬ َ ‫ي الْغَْي َظ َوالْ َعاف‬ َ ‫َوالْ َكاظم‬
And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared
for the righteous Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger
and who pardon the people - and Allah loves the doers of good (Aale Imraan 133-134)

َ َ َ‫ص ْد ِرهِ ثَال‬ ُ ‫الْ ُم ْسل ُم أ‬
ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ
ُ ‫َخاهُ الْ ُم ْسل َم ُك ُّل الْ ُم ْسل ِم َعلَى الْ ُم ْسل ِم َحَر ٌام َد ُموُ َوَمالُوُ َوع ْر‬
ُ‫ضو‬ َ ‫الشَّّْر أَ ْن ََْيقَر أ‬
A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down
upon him. The piety is here, (and while saying so) he pointed towards his chest thrice. It is a serious
evil for a Muslim that he should look down upon his brother Muslim. All things of a Muslim are
inviolable for his brother in faith: his blood, his wealth and his honor
‫الْ ُم ْسلِ ُم َم ْن َسلِ َم الْ ُم ْسلِ ُمو َن ِم ْن لِ َسانِِو َويَ ِد ِه‬
A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue or his hands (Bukhari)
‫‪j.‬‬ ‫‪Taqwaa (Piety) its levels and benefits.‬‬
‫‪Two levels of Taqwaa.‬‬

‫‪2. Specific Test in fields in which your life is engage in.‬‬
