 Helped develop/edit the Alarm Management Philosophy. This official document outlined the specifics of what Alarm
Management was, it's importance, and how it will impact the Selkirk site.
 Harvested and analyzed 59 weeks’ worth of alarm data. This data will serve as the baseline for all Key Performance
Indicators regarding Alarm Management in the future.
 Lead Resin Control Room lighting project. Poor lighting can lead to sleep problems, headaches, and eye strain. Lower
color temperature and CRI also induce inactivity and decrease productivity. I applied OSHA standards and vetting
companies to install the most effective lighting design for our biggest control room.
