Reflection

This is my final project regarding self-publishing. In this project, students will

be able to choose anything that they want to do which reflect themselves. Thus, I
chose to make a banoffee cup. The reason behind my decision is I am a person
who's addicted and love cooking and baking foods. I always stay at home and do it
when I am free. Moreover, my mother usually teaches me how to cook or bake
numerous foods.

When I am making a banoffee, I learned various things. I know that there are a
lot of things that I did not know before; it is surprising me. Firstly, I just know how
to make a basic banoffee; I know instructions and ingredients but I need to search
for the proportion of each ingredient since I know that I did not know.
Nevertheless, while I am searching, I found many things that I did not know before
such as boiling caramel for a long time causing a burning smell, there are more
than a way to make a banoffee, people can use Oreo instead of cracker, and
banoffee did not need to be freeze before serving. In addition, the first time that I
made a banoffee; the taste of caramel that I made was not good. Thus, I decided to
buy caramel from the shop. I took 4 hours for making my first banoffee, but in the
second time, I took only 2 hours since I know how to make it and I used caramel
and whipping cream that I brought from the shop. After that, I took my banoffee to
my friends, my parents, and others to taste them. They all said it tastes pretty
good.

This final project is very interesting for me; I got various information from
this project. It related to ESLOS in STRATEGIC LEARNERS by reflecting on our
learning and how our mistakes help us to improve, ARTICULATE COMMUNICATORS
by using technology and media to clarify, explain, and state our ideas as I chose to
do a video presentation.
