The Six Managerial Skills of Henry Fayol are the following: Physical Qualities,

Mental Qualities, Educational Qualities, Moral Qualities, Technical Qualities and Experience

It is necessary in determining the six qualities of Managerial Skills, thus there six
basis to be followed, first is the Physical Qualities, it is concern with good health, well
maintain dress and outlook and high energy level of the manager. Good health concern upon
nutrition of a human being, as they say ‘what you eat is what you are’ or ‘what you drink is
what you are’. By this quoted statement it means only one thing, good proper diet and good
proper exercise, but there are times when a human being cannot avoid eating according to its
pleasures, human being cannot avoid being drunkard each and every day. By this qualities of
the physical aspect in the Department of Public Works and Highway, 1st DEO, Region,
Maintenance Section and Construction Section, I think the result of the Plan will have a
greater possibility fall into a failure, in my experience of being a Laborer of the cited section
of the agency I am working, there are three foreman who have handle my quality and
capability of working at the field, in my observation
