SUBJECT: “"MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING RE: A TECHNICAL

AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION AND TRANSFER OF BLOOD AND
BLOOD COMPONENTS”

This refers to the Memorandum of Understanding executed by and between

the Provincial Health Office and the Compostela Valley Provincial Hospital of
Laak, Compostela Valley Provincial Hospital of Maragusan, Compostela
Valley Provincial Hospital of Montevista and Compostela Valley Provincial
Hospital of Pantukan submitted to this office perusal and appropriate action.

Perusing the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding, this Office

finds the same to be valid in its entirety and with no legal infirmity.

Kindly refer this to the Provincial Health Office, for the subject matter
concerned is of internal nature.
