Greetings!

As per DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2016-116, introduces the MASA MASID
(Mamamayang Ayaw Sa Anomalya, Mamamayang Ayaw Sa Iligal na Droga) Program, directing
all Local Chief Executives across the country to implement and make an initiative in addressing
the long standing battle against criminality, corruption and illegal drugs.

In compliance with the order, the Provincial Local Government of Compostela Valley in
collaboration with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) ComVal will
conduct a 2-day orientation about the MASA MASID program on following schedules, to wit:
