Duties & Responsibilities:

 Inspection of work site on daily basis and report to HSE Manager.

 Inspection of firefighting equipment’s and submission of report to HSE manager.

 Monthly inspection of tools and equipment’s to ensure that color code is done.

 Daily inspection of Transport, Construction Equipment and Lifting Tackles.

 Verify/Recommend of HSE aspects in construction methods statements and Risk Assessment.

 Conducting emergency evacuation drill.

 Preparation of daily safety report and follow up Advising on statutory requirements regarding safety.

 Ensure that LOTO is done before start of work to avoid accident.

 Coordinate with the sub contractor’s safety department from time to time regarding safety matters.

 Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedure in job site and preventive steps to avoid recurrence.

 Attending tool box meeting of sub-contractors to assure that they are discussing safety procedure.

 Ensure that sub-contractors are following up the client’s PTW procedure and inspect them on daily Basis.

 Understand the requirements of client in order to carry out all safety activities.

 Discussing the latest mistakes done by the workers and giving them awareness to avoid Accidents and near
misses.

 Inspect the worksite daily to correct unsafe methods and conditions.

 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly safety reports and forward to the concerned loss prevention
 Department for review and necessary action.

 Properly planning for workers and its safe performance using necessary Guards, Barriers, Barricades

And warning tapes, signs etc.

 To ensure all workers having personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 Chat that the equipment’s and tools are maintained in good operating condition.

 Assist in scaffolding inspection, work permit requirement, housekeeping etc.

 Understand the requirements of client in order to carry out all safety activities.

 Conduct the Tool Box Talk, to remind about safety rules and regulation at job site.

 Check and monitor all necessary equipment and material using at site.

 Report incidents of injury, Emergency & Organize training requirements for all workers.
