Bagalamukhi sadhana
Bagalamukhi is one of devis forms. She represents the female potent force. Bagla/vagala means
bridle or to control. Vagal has become bagla. The face which the hypnotic power to control all.
There is a Sanskrit verse : “ bakaare baaruni devi, gakaare siddhida smritha, lakaare prithvi chaiba
chaithanya prakirthitha, that means – ba is one who is filled with intoxicating mood to vanquish
the demon. Ga is she who grants all kinds of divine powers or siddhi and success to us. La –
sustaining power in the world and consciousness herself. You can find more about her in
Rudrayamala tantra, a section called bagalamukhi tantra. And her story is in swatantra tantra.
Once a daitya called madanasura, who attained vaksiddhi and misused it to harm others and
killing people . when people prayed Vishnu to protect them, Vishnu went to sourashtra and did
tapas to please Tripura sundari on the bank of haridra sarovar ( which is in datia ,M.P) . pleased
by vishnu’s tapas devi emerged from haridra sarovar as bagalamukhi. She fought with
madanasura , pulled his tongue and broke his skull with her club.
All the materials used to do this sadhana should be yellow. Your clothes, flowers, neivedya and
fruits etc. if you are using japamala, it should be turmeric beads or yellow beads.
Viniyogaha: asya shri bagalamukhi mantrasya, naarada rishihi, brihathi chandaha, bagalamukhi
devatha, shatrunaam sthambanaarthe jape viniyogah.
Dhyanam :
For sadhana use this mantra ONLY (no need of anga and karanyasa) after Dhyana shloka start
this mantra. Chant 108 times.
Chinnamastha sadhana
Chinnamasta means severed head. She is also called prachanda chandika and vajrayogini. She
symbolizes both sexual control and sexual energy. She gives life and takes also. Amarathva and
naasha. She is the symbol of kundalini awakening. She is the embodiment of sacrifice. If times
comes she is ready to chop her own head to feed her children. Another meaning is when you
severe the idea of ego or self identity, you will attain moksha or you will be able to feed others
with your spiritual energy. The sexual pose depicts the fusion with the divine consciousness. Not
physical sex.

Om bhairavaya rishaye namaha mukhe

Om aam khadgaaya hreem hreem phat hrudayaaya swaha
Om eem sukhadgaaya hreem hreem phat shirase swaha

Om yem paashaaya hreem hreem phat kavachaaya swaha
Om oum ankushaaya hreem hreem phat netratrayaaya swaha

Dhyaanam
mantram =om shreem hreem hreem vajravairochaniyai hreem hreem phat swaaha
4 lakh mantrajapa, After that 10% homa with palasha pushpa or bhel pushpa.
