July 2017 to Till Date: Subaya Construction Company Ltd as Site Engineer
Project: Sewage Treatment Plant at Karaikudi
Responsibilities
 Responsible for day to day site work, follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or
subcontractor to ensure that work.
 Work carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule
Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design/ Rectification etc.
 Calculation of bar bending schedule for construction.
 Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.
Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the junior
engineers/Contractors and/or Sub-Contractor’s Representatives.
 Assist in the quality and safety audit. Identify and highlight possible risk on project.
 Calculation of bar bending schedule for construction.
 Support in finalization of Billing Break ups, Bill Certification etc.
 Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the contractor.
 Special concentration in the production of concrete works, steel works etc.
 Generate all types of Architectural, Civil drawings for various types of buildings using CAD.
 Modeling of building using Revit Architecture.

 Generate all types of Architectural, Civil drawings for various types of residential buildings.
 Involved in the daily site supervision activity includes site inspection, drawings, and
documentation correspondence, conducting field testing for materials like Sand, Cement,
Bricks & Concrete, Etc.,
 Involved in the Preliminary Site Survey, Preliminary Site marking and Estimating BOQ for
Entire Project.
