HOW TO RETRIEVE LICENSE FROM DELTAV DONGLE AND HOW TO LOAD IT USING HASPHL

My license already expired, this procedure is for tutorial only.

Below activity is tested in Virtual Machine Windows XP SP3 DeltaV 10.3
It only successful in Windows XP only.

1. Plug in your Dongle then run wathcit then type DONGLEDRIVER to ensure the machine can it.

2. Run HASPHL2007.exe

3. Go to Driver tab -> Install Driver

4. Go to Emulator Tab -> Start Service

5. Go to Dumper Tab, press Refresh button until you see something in HASP/HL Dongles box.

6. Now press Dump, it will took about 30 minutes or more.

7. Once it finished, it will generate bin file.

8. You will find hl630A.bin file in same folder with your HASPHL2007.exe

9. Move the bin file to EDGE folder then run edgehasp.exe

10. Go to HASP HL tab

11. Browse the bin file that you generated before.

12. Browse directory where you want to put it and give it name then press Save button. I prefer put it in same folder
as edge directory.

13. Press Solve button and wait until it show message as below. This process should be done in seconds.

14. Now you have the DNG file (dump file)

Now we are finish to retrieve the dump file.

 How to load DNG file using HASP.

1. The service should be started.

2. Go to Dongles tab. Load dump then browse your DNG file.

3. Go back to Emulator tab, you should see a lot of alphanumeric character in License box.

4. Now run WATCHIT then type DONGLEDRIVER,

You should be able see your SYSTEM ID number.

5. If you want to make the license autorun every time you start the machine. Go to Driver tab then select
automatic start and save state.
