(formerly Light Network) owned and managed by Zoe Broadcasting Network, Inc. (ZBNI), are offering
you our MEDIA PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE, in FULL EXCHANGE DEAL ARRANGEMENT to help
promote your event over our TV platform nationwide and through our online LIVE streaming worldwide.
You may choose any of the following promotional tools below and in exchange as an organizer, is the
cross promotion you can provide for our channel.

LIGHT TV shall commit the following: (please choose)

1. Television Ad placement*
- 70 Ad spots which can be spread at least two (2) weeks only prior the event
Placement: On Light TV Channel 33 only
A. Worth of Media Mileage: P1,512,000 for 30sec TV Ad
(P21,600/spot / required ASC Permit for corporate & campus events)
No ASC permit for all religious and NGO events secured with ASC exemption
permits.

B. Worth of Media Mileage: P972,000 for 9 sec TV ad
(P6,480/spot / no ASC permit needed)

2. Online Promotion**
Materials Needed:
a. Official Press Release - article/description of the event (max. of 1800 words) with
mention: “LIGHT TV – God’s Channel of Blessings” as official media/event partner
b. Official Poster Ad - with LIGHT TV logo billed as media/event Partner (no other
sponsor/media logo/s shall be included in the poster other than LIGHT TV’s logo)
c. Official caption and/or with hashtags – which will be published with the ad in
our social media page (max of 200 words and 2 hashtags)
Placement: “LIGHT TV – God’s Channel of Blessings” Official Facebook Fan Page with
(222,000+ followers (www.facebook.com/LightTVGCOB)
Worth of Media Mileage: P50,000

3. **Segment feature – this is subject for News & Public Affairs team’s approval &
availability
2 to 5 minutes PR news item about the event (NEWS ADVANCER)
Partner provides Token & food for the news team & assisted access of the event
Worth of media mileage: P150,000
In return, the ORGANIZER shall commit the following:
A. DURING EVENT:
• LIGHT TV Video Playback
o 4 Times before the event start
o 1 time during the program
• Live acknowledgement after video playback with the spiel:
“LIGHT TV – God’s Channel of Blessings!

• Placement of two (2) LIGHT TV roll-up banner/standee in prominent area within the venue
• Inclusion of LIGHT TV flyers on Registration Kit
• Booth Allocation (minimum of 3 meters x 3 meters)
• 10 to 20 minutes Company Presentation on stage/activity area (inclusive of raffle game)

B. Complimentary Tickets/Passes/kits
• complimentary tickets/ seats / race kits for LIGHT TV staff (including VIPs)
• complimentary ticket / seats / race kits as prize for online promotion
• complimentary seats for Light TV Online Media Group for blog-posts

C. PROMOTIONAL EFFORTS: LIGHT TV billed as media partner

• Company logo inclusion in all promotional materials
(Including all print ads, TV ad, OOH Ad, online ad)
• Company mention in all audio publicity i.e. radio ad
• Placement of company logo with hyperlink of company website and/or social media on partner’s
online platform

D. REPORT
• Database of the attendees, participants of the event including name, company/school/church
name, contact details such as mobile & email address.
• Summary of media mileage/value of the promotional efforts for Light TV as mentioned in the
media partnership package
• Documentation in photo/video, screenshots/links, print ads, & audio where Light TV’s logo
appeared or mentioned.
• Submitted documents in PDF File & soft copy of image-video format via USB/CD or Email.
Your event is important to us. That’s why we are open for media partnership. The above mention terms
& conditions are still negotiable fitting to the event’s requirement and beneficial for both parties in
promotion and awareness.
