Group case analysis

Instructions:
1. Each group will have 6 students. (List on the next page)
2. A case has to be analysed and written with the following components: (Each group
member to take up one component)
(a) Summary
(b) Case analysis
(c) Problem(s) in the case
(d) Alternative solutions
(e) The most appropriate solution in the short term and long term
(f) HR concepts relevant to the case (theoretical)
3. Submit the Assignment in handwriting with each member’s contribution in
his/her own handwriting. Also make a powerpoint with the above given
subheadings (Point 2) and submit a hardcopy of the ppt along with the
handwritten assignment.
4. Marks are allotted for both individual contribution and team work.
