My weaknesses as a student:
1. I get stressed easily which can sometimes affect my performance in a certain task.
2. There are times when I get very unmotivated which also affects my performance.
3. I have times when I can get distracted during discussions.

My strengths as a student:
1. I always try to do my best most especially if I enjoy the task or the subject itself.
2. I work well with most of my classmates.

My request/s to my teacher:
1. I hope that she can adjust or accept any suggestions that we think will work best for
the class.
2. I also hope that she can be patient whenever the class commits a mistake.
3. That she can be understanding, and open-minded to many opinions.

My learning goal/s for the subject:

1. To be able to apply the lessons even after graduating
2. To be able to enjoy learning the lessons as much as possible.
