THAT having this date received the full amount of SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP65,000.00), Philippine Currency, from the MORTGAGOR, LITA R. MOLOD,
the said indebtedness, only the principal amount, I do hereby forever RELEASE,
DISCHARGE AND CANCEL the mortgage above-cited covering Lot No. 1006P, with ARP
No. 2000-11-037-1496.

CACULBA on December 6, 2016, signed in the presence of Barangay Captain Jaime T. Taule.

THAT having this date received the full amount of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php45,000.00), Philippine Currency, representing the full amount, from the MORTGAGOR,
SALVACION T. CACULBA, in payment of the said indebtedness, I do hereby forever RELEASE,
DISCHARGE AND CANCEL the mortgage above-cited covering Lot No. 1038, located at
Guinobatan, Bato, Catanduanes, consisting of four thousand seven hundred eighty-eight (4,788)
square meters of abaca land, covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 10638.
