POST RTP3.0
INTRODUCTION:
Hereto the policy RTP refers to Policy on deployment of Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers in
DGAQA organisation issued by HQrs DGAQA vide F NO. 3598/Adm-I/ DGAQA dtd 31 Oct
2016
The Department had been recognised as Organised department for which RTP was mandatory
requirement. The promotion, MACP and grant of NFU became more structured and timelier is
an added advantage for all post/cadres in DGAQA.
In haste or delayed manner, the decision taken in the department and approved by Ministry in
the matter of Rotational transfer has advantage as well as disadvantages.
Rotational policy has been effected from year 2017 and now 3 years had been passed.
Organisation also had faced difficulties in implementation of the same. Many of the individuals
had disturbed life, whereas very few are happy with the disturbance.
However, with timely promotions, DPC and grant of NFU/MACP all seems be happy.
To understand the subject, it is desired to take a survey across the personnel in the
organisation and then assimilate information to project the necessary amendments in line with
extant Govt Rules to enhance organisational efficiency and efficacy as a whole considering
employee as the at centre point.
REQUIREMENT:
It is required to submit the genuine answer to all the questions.
It is desired but not mandatory to submit the survey by all personnel. However, more
the response, better is the survey.
