Summary
We carry out overlay welding by PTAW, GTAW, SMAW & OFW with specialized in stellite hard facing
and machining works for various industries. We are doing fabrication welding for various equipment
which belongs to oil&gas, railway & agriculture.

We have qualified WPS/PQR/WPQ for various materials with third party approval.
we are providing our products and services to valve manufacturers ( i.e : L&T Valves, Flow serve
controls India Pvt Ltd, Velan Valves, Circor, Schuf, MIL Controls, Koso Fluid controls, Ampo valves,
Valvitalia, Flow link systems and others ) in supplying and labour works of various internal parts
like seat ring, Plug, disc, stem with disc with stellite hard facing , full machining condition as per our
customer requirements .

We also make components like wear ring and impeller ring to engineered pump manufacturing
industries like Flowserve & ITT.

Apart from overlay welding we do fabrication jobs like Valve body welding with expander/reducer with
Radiographic quality meeting the requirements of various codes.

We are specialized with materials like CS, SS, Nickel base alloys and low alloy steel welding.

> I was working as a Deputy manager-QA welding in Flowserve valve Division, Bengaluru. My
primary work here was qualifying new welding procedure for various materials like Carbon
steel, Low alloy steel, stainless steel, Nickel base alloys like Monol 400, Monol K500, Inconol 625,
Inconol 718, Incoloy 825, hastealloy, etc and hardfacing/CRA overlay welding.

> Study the welding related standard and specification concerned with project.Ensure welding is
carried out as per approved procedure and project requirements.

> Preparation of WPS and qualifying the same as per specified codes and standards.To obtain
WPS /PQR approval with TPI inspection within one month from the request date.

> Preparation of PQR and getting approval of the same.

> To take corrective actions on NCRs on welding, heat treatment and special processes. Work
closely with welding dept inhouse and outside who is doing welding on components and heat
treatment shop to reduce the rejection.

> Preparation of work instruction for weld shop and train the welders. Monitoring the welding quality
of all welded components produced inhouse and in vendor place.

are in compliance with applicable Codes and Standards requirements.

> Review the drawings and preparing the weldmaps for production.

> Preparing the heattreatment procedure based on the requirement given in Engineering drawings
and codes.

> Reviewing and approving the HT chart, submit to the AI for his review and acceptance.

> Arranging calibration of welding equipments, HT recorders, Thermocouples and electrode and
flux baking ovens.
