I. Title: LAC Session on Exam Preparation


II. Date and Venue: January 11, 2019 at Lingig National High School STE Building
III. Rationale:
In teaching and learning process, assessment and evaluation are said to be integral
components. These components will identify if the students have learned and if teaching
has been effective. Thus, a quality assessment and evaluation in the teaching-learning
process has a profound relation to learners’ performance.
It has been observed that teachers are not fully equipped with enough knowledge in
developing and preparing assessment tools and documents such as test plans, table of
specification, test questionnaire, item analysis and test bank. In relation to this, the need
to conduct learning action cell on exam preparation is essential.
IV. Objective:
This activity aims to:
1. Equip teachers with enough knowledge and skills in developing and constructing
test plans, table of specification, test questionnaire, item analysis and test bank.
2. Construct test plans, table of specification, test questionnaires, item analysis and
test bank.
