Dear Dr. Camigla:

Good day!

In connection with the filing of candidacy for College Supreme Student Council election for the
school year 2019-2020, I would like to inform your good office that only one party was able to
file their Certificate of Candidacy.

As the College SSC Coordinator, I would like to ask your permission to allow us to still have an
election process which allows the candidates to gain at least 50% plus 1 votes of the total college
population in order to declared winner.

Attach is the line-up of the official candidates for election which will be held on March 24, 2019.
