Student 1:

I am happy to be associated with the Brand LMA. I learn something every day in
my leadership Development Programmes conducted by different faculty
members. Me and my classmates interact and share our learning’s. One of my
favorite LDP session is Advertisement Reviews, because as a future Business
Development manager I have to be in touch with the market trends and these
sessions help me to learn more in this field.

Student 2:

The kind of exposure LMA provides is outstanding. We are trained on current

corporate management techniques through Corporate lecturers, who are leaders
in their respective field. Every week I get a chance to meet these leaders in my
class room. This is how I can feel corporate life, know more about their culture
and expectations they have from future managers like me. We get soo exited to
meet them and learn from them every week.

Student 3:

LMA is a great platform to make Corporate Leaders and aspirants like us come
together and know more about each other. Guests who visit us bring the updated
market information that will be useful for our growth and also tell us about their
expectations. We come to know about their work atmosphere, about their
professional life, challenges outside that I have to be ready with. These
interactions make students get prepared for outside world challenges in a
smoother way. I thank LMA to give us the opportunity to interact with the
corporate world and learn about them sitting at our campus

Pre Placement Training is given in all aspects such as Presentation skills, General
knowledge, Soft Skills and different concepts in management Trainings. These
Trainings are conducted post our syllabus sessions every day to ensure that we are
confident not only in our syllabus but in our personality and management skills.

Student 5

I got huge exposure with the review and trends sessions of our Leadership
development programme. We research and interact about market trends in HR,
Finance and Marketing fields. This makes us to give time for ourselves to get
updated week by week and learn new concepts every week. We talk about
success stories of different companies and successful personalities. Our
management helps us to learn practical concepts through variety of management
activities

Student 6

I have seen improvement in myself, the way I speak and present myself just in few
months I spent in LMA. This is all because of Presentation skills and Soft Skills
sessions our faculty conduct on regular basis. As we all know, just studies will not
ensure that we are ready for new challenges and I believe that these basic skills
give a good push towards our dream goal as a fresher.

Student 7

At campus, we participate in many management and LDP activities to improve our

creative and leadership skills. Fun games, research assessments help us in gaining
knowledge on practical concepts of management. Designing Ads, observing
marketing strategies of a company, interviewing HR’s of different companies,
reviewing products are some of the amazing ways we learn management concepts
in our campus.
Student 8

We get trained on attitude and personality through soft skills trainings and fun
activities. I enjoy a lot in soft skills trainings. We also go through English and
Personality assessments by certified trainers and that’s how I know about myself.
My trainers at LMA support us to cope up with our area of improvement and give
feedback and tips to get through challenges I face in campus.

Student 9

Its not just studies, I also spend time in our sports area to reenergize myself on a
lazy day. I like this place a lot and I spend time even after my sessions at campus..
playing games and completing assignments with friends. Its not just studies its all
about spending time for myself and enjoy my college days. Our college
Infrastructure is the best, There are many indoor games like Chess, caroms TT. I
enjoy being part of LMA

Lecture points:

LMA teaching methodologies are marvelous. These work on individual student

and their skills and aim stage by stage development.

Leadership development programme is an initiation of LMA which is a
