From SAP Easy access open transaction CV01N

 Document type in the respected field & Press enter or select Icon creates.

When you create a new version, you see the character 00 in the field Version. If you delete
the 00 or enter your own number, your entry is ignored. The new version number is assigned
automatically according to the version increment defined.

 You see the automatically assigned version number on the Create Document:
Basic Data screen in the Version field.

 Now in the Initial Screen, Enter the document description.

 You can create a simple document structure by assigning the document to the
superior document by entering in the field.

 Now select the original icon to upload the document, while selecting the icon
enter the status description in the pop up window.

 By default document status will be ‘WORK REQUEST’.

 This Status should be achieved before changing the status toSai

‘RELEASED’.

Transaction Code CV02N

 From SAP Easy access open transaction CV02N

 In the Initial screen, enter the Document name, type & version.

 Now you change the uploaded document or status of the document.

 Select the status & change it to ARCHEIVED.

 The status will only allow you change to status Achieve because without status
ARCHEIVED, Release is not possible.

 Select document and click on save button
