? What is 'Pru-Partner’ ID? ??


Pru-Partner’ ID is your User Name/ID. It is your unique identification required to login and access
the IPRUTOUCH App as a distributor.

? What is ‘Pru-Partner’ Password?


‘Pru-Partner Password’ is your secret word or phrase that is required to login with your
Pru-Partner ID and access the IPRUTOUCH App as a distributor.

? What is 4-Digit PIN?


‘4-digit PIN’ is your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to login into your Pru-Partner account.
It is a combination of 4 numbers set by you to access IPRUTOUCH and is device specific. The

same PIN cannot be used to login to your Pru Partner account from a different device.

? How can I create a 4-Digit PIN to access IPRUTOUCH?


On your first login, you will get an option to set your 4-Digit-PIN.
In case you wish to set it up later, you can login using your Pru Partner credentials and set it
through the ‘Manage Account’ section.

? How can I register and login to the IPRUTOUCH App as a distributor?


Please follow the below steps to download & login to the IPRUTOUCH App.
1. Download the IPRUTOUCH app from Playstore or App Store and register as ‘Distributor’.
2. Enter your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID and AMFI Registration Number (ARN) Number.
Select ‘State’ and ‘City’ and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
3. Enter the OTP sent on your Mobile No & Email ID, and click on ‘Login’ (In case you did not receive

the OTP or want to edit details, click on ‘Re-submit’)
4. Click on ‘Login’ at the bottom left of the screen and click on ‘Register Now’

5. On entering your ARN number, your registered Mobile No. & Email ID will be pre-populated. Click
on ‘Generate OTP’ and verify your identity by entering the OTP sent on the registered contact details.
6. Choose a Username & Password that will be your Pru-Partner ID & Password and create your login.

USER ID / PASSWORD ISSUES

? I don’t remember my Pru-Partner ID / User ID, how can I recover it?


Please follow the below steps to recover your Pru-Partner ID / User ID
1. Click on ‘Login’ on the bottom left of your screen
2. Click on ‘Forgot User ID’

ACCOUNT LOCKED

? My account is locked, how do I unlock it?


Your account gets locked if you enter incorrect login details 5 times. To unlock your account, you
are requested to call our call center number (022-28586011 / 18002006666 / 1800222999) and
verify your details with the executive. On successful verification, your account will be unlocked
immediately.

? Can I add multiple users in a single device? How?

Yes, you can add multiple users in a single device. Please follow the following steps
1. For existing Pru-Partner ID and Password, click on ‘Login’ followed by ‘Login as a different user’
and enter the new credentials
2. To create an additional Pru-Partner ID and Password, click on ‘Login’, followed by ‘Login as a
different user’, followed by ‘Register Now’ and follow the steps for new user registration as
mentioned above.

NEW TRANSACTION FOR EXISTING INVESTORS

How do I initiate a Purchase (LUMPSUM) investment for my existing investor?

Please follow the below steps to initiate a Purchase transaction for your existing investors:

1. Login to your account and click on ‘Existing Investors’


2. Click on ‘My Clients’ and get a list of all your investors. You can search for them by their name,
Folio or PAN No.
3. Select the concerned investor; click on ‘Purchase’ and verify the pre-filled details of the investor.
4. Under ‘Broker Code’ your ARN code will be pre-filled and cannot be modified. You can add Sub
Broker ARN Code and/or EUIN number, if required.
5. Select payment type: One Time Mandate (OTM) or Non OTM

Case I: Payment through One Time Mandate (OTM)


In case you select OTM as the payment type, there will be a list of investor’s OTM registered banks that

you must select from. The bank name, account number and OTM limit will be displayed.

Case II: Payment not through One Time Mandate (Non OTM)
In case an investor has not registered for OTM, the OTM option will be greyed out. In such a case, the
payment will need to be made by the Investor via Netbanking, Debit card or UPI.

6. Post selection of payment type, select scheme type, scheme name, scheme option followed by
the amount to be invested.
7. Add more schemes (Optional)
You can invest in multiple schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund in a single transaction.
8. Once you click on submit, the transaction will be initiated and a communication will be sent to
the investor.

Case I: OTM Investors will receive a call on their registered Mobile Number. The investor will need

to confirm and verify the transaction for the payment to be initiated.
They will also be sent a verification link on their registered email address and mobile number that

can be validated by an OTP. The verification link will be valid for 72 hours.

Case II: Non OTM Investors will receive a link on their registered Mobile Number & Email ID. Please
ask the investor to click on the link to confirm the transaction and initiate the payment. They can do
the payment via Net Banking, Debit Card or UPI. The verification link will be valid for 72 hours.

? How do I initiate a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) transaction for my existing investor
Please follow the below steps to initiate a SIP transaction for your existing investors:

1. Login to your account and click on ‘Existing Investors’


2. Further click on ‘My Clients’ and get a list of all your investors. You can search for them by their
name, Folio or PAN No.
3. Select the concerned investor, scroll to the right, select ‘SIP’ and verify the pre-filled details of
the investor.
4. Under ‘Broker Code’ your ARN code will be pre-filled and cannot be modified. You can add Sub
Broker ARN Code and/or EUIN number, if required.
5. Select payment type: One Time Mandate (OTM) or Non OTM

Case I: Payment through One Time Mandate (OTM)
In case you select OTM as the payment type, there will be a list of investor’s OTM registered banks
that you must select from. The bank name, account number and OTM limit will be displayed.

Case II: Payment not through One Time Mandate (Non OTM)
In case an investor has not registered for OTM, the OTM option will be greyed out. In such a case,
the payment will need to be made by the Investor via Netbanking, Debit card or UPI.

6. Post selection of payment type, select the scheme type, name and option followed by the SIP
frequency, debit date and SIP start and end month.

7. Enter the SIP ‘Amount’ to be debited as per the set frequency.
8. Top Up Details’ (Optional)
Your SIP Investment grows regularly like your income through SIP ‘Top Up’ feature to achieve
your financial goals faster.
You can enter your desired Top-Up amount or Percentage and the Top Up frequency (Yearly or
Half Yearly).
The Top Up feature can be limited (capped) to a certain amount or till a specified date.
9. Add more schemes (Optional)
You can invest in multiple schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund in a single transaction.
10. Once you click on submit, the transaction will be initiated and a communication will be sent
to the investor.

Case I: OTM Investors will receive a call on their registered Mobile Number. The investor will need to
confirm and verify the transaction for the payment to be initiated.
They will also be sent a verification link on their registered email address and mobile number that can
be validated by an OTP. The verification link will be valid for 72 hours.

Case II: Non OTM Investors will receive a Unique Registration Number (URN) to their registered
mobile number & email address. They will need to register the URN number with ICICI Prudential
Mutual Fund as a biller under the BillPay section through their bank’s Internet Banking service along
with the full SIP amount to avoid transaction failure in the future.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure smooth processing of the SIP, please ensure the URN should be
registered with the bank account linked with the folio number before 15 days of first SIP installment

? How do I initiate a SWITCH transaction for my existing investor?


Please follow the below steps to initiate a SWITCH transaction for your investors
1. Login to your account and click on ‘Existing Investors’
2. Further click on ‘My Clients’ and get a list of all your investors. You can search for them by their
name, Folio or PAN No.
3. Select the concerned investor, scroll to the right, select ‘Switch’ and verify the pre-filled details
of the investor.
4. Under ‘Broker Code’ your ARN code will be pre-filled and cannot be modified. You can add Sub
Broker ARN Code and/or EUIN number, if required.
5. Select the type and name of the scheme you want to switch your funds from.
Note: Your investor needs to hold an existing investment in one of the schemes to switch.
Currently, you can only switch between select ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund schemes.
Applicable for select schemes only.

6. Select the type and name of the scheme you want to switch to. You can switch by amount,
units (few or all)
7. Select the transaction type – One Time Mandate (OTM) or Non OTM and click on submit to
initiate the transaction.

? How do I initiate a Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) transaction for my existing investor?
Please follow the below steps to initiate an STP transaction for your existing investors
1. Login to your account and click on ‘Existing Investors’
2. Further click on ‘My Clients’ and get a list of all your investors. You can search for them by their
name, Folio or PAN No.
3. Select the concerned investor, scroll to the right, select ‘STP’ and verify the pre-filled details of
the investor.

4. Under ‘Broker Code’ your ARN code will be pre-filled and cannot be modified. You have
an option to add Sub Broker ARN Code and/or EUIN number, if required.

5. Select the type and name of the scheme you want to initiate STP from and the frequency at
which the transfer needs to be done.
Note: Your investor needs to hold an existing investment to initiate an STP. Currently, an STP
can be done only within select ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund schemes.
6. Select the scheme type, scheme name and scheme option that you want at the receiving end
of the STP.
7. Enter the ‘STP Amount’ and no. of installments and click on submit to initiate the transaction.
8. Investor will receive a link on their registered Mobile Number & Email ID. Please ask the investor
to click on the verification link sent to their registered email address and mobile number and
validate it through an OTP. The verification link will be valid for 72 hours.

? How do I initiate a REDEEM transaction for my existing investor?


Please follow the below steps to initiate redeem transaction for your investors
1. Login to your account and click on ‘Existing Investors’
2. Further click on ‘My Clients’ and get a list of all your investors. You can search for them by their
name, Folio or PAN No.

3. Select the concerned investor, scroll to the right, select ‘Redeem’ and verify the pre-filled details
of the investor.
4. Under ‘Broker Code’ your ARN code will be pre-filled and cannot be modified. You can add Sub
Broker ARN Code and/or EUIN number, if required.
5. Select the type and name of the scheme you want to initiate the redeem transaction on
6. Select transaction type – OTM or Non OTM
7. Select registered bank account where you want the amount to be credited. You can redeem by
amount or units (few or all)
8. Click on submit to confirm the details and initiate a redemption transaction.

? How do I initiate a new ROLLOVER transaction for my existing investor?


Please follow the below steps to initiate Rollover transaction for your investors
1. Login to your account and click on ‘Existing Investors’
2. Further click on ‘My Clients’ and get a list of all your investors. You can search for them by their
name, Folio or PAN No.
3. Select the concerned investor, scroll to the right, select ‘Rollover’ and verify the pre-filled details
of the investor.

4. Under ‘Broker Code’ your ARN code will be pre-filled and cannot be modified. You have an
option to add Sub Broker ARN Code and/or EUIN number, if required.

5. Select the Scheme type and name to initiate the Rollover transaction. All units allotted in the
existing fund will be eligible for Rollover.
Note: The Rollover transaction will be initiated on date of Maturity of the Fund.
6. Click on submit to confirm the details and initiate/schedule the transaction.

Case I: OTM Investors will receive a call on their registered Mobile Number. The investor will need
to confirm and verify the transaction for it to be initiated.
They will also be sent a verification link on their registered email address and mobile number that
can be validated by an OTP. The verification link will be valid for 72 hours.

Case II: Non OTM Investors will receive a link on their registered Mobile Number & Email ID. Please
ask the investor to click on the verification link sent to their registered email address and mobile
number and validate it through an OTP. The verification link will be valid for 72 hours.

? SIP Ceased –
List of all the Investors in your portfolio who have stopped or cancelled their SIPs can be viewed.
A distributor has an option to ‘Restart’ the SIPs and call these Investors directly from within the
App (call charges apply).
Please follow the following steps to view and restart the SIPs
1. Enter your 4-Digit PIN to login and click on ‘My Briefcase’, followed by a click on ‘Opportunities’
2. Click on ‘SIP Ceased’ - You will get a list of all investors who have stopped/cancelled the SIPs.
You can also search a particular investor by his Name, Folio or PAN No.)
3. Post confirmation from your investor, you can restart the SIP with just one click on the ‘restart’ button.

Note: You can call the Investor from within the app by clicking on the ‘ ’ icon
4. On clicking ‘Restart’, the concerned investor’s details will display on the screen with your Broker
Code pre-filled. You may enter a Sub Broker Code and/or EUIN, if required.

List of all the Investors in your portfolio who have completed their SIPs can be viewed. A
distributor has an option to ‘Restart’ the SIPs or even call the Investor directly from within the
App (call charges apply).
Please follow the following steps to view and renew and restart the SIPs
1. Enter your 4-Digit PIN to login and click on ‘My Briefcase’, followed by a click on
‘Opportunities’
2. Click on ‘SIP Not Renewed’ - you will get a list of all investors whose SIPs have ended. You can
also search a particular investor by his Name, Folio or PAN No.)
3. Post confirmation from your investor, you can restart the SIP with just one click on the ‘restart’
button.
Note: You can call the Investor from within the app by clicking on the ‘ ’ icon
4. On clicking ‘Restart’, the concerned investor’s details will display on the screen with your Broker
Code pre-filled. You may enter a Sub Broker Code and/or EUIN, if required.

Please follow the following steps to view and start SIPs for Lumpsum only investors
1. Enter your 4-Digit PIN to login and click on ‘My Briefcase’, followed by a click on
‘Opportuni ties’
2. Click on ‘Lumpsum only investors’ - You will get a list of all investors who hold only Lumpsum
investments with you. (You can also search a particular investor by his Name, Folio or PAN No.)
3. Post confirmation from your investor, you can start a SIP with just one click on the ‘SIP’
button.
Note: You can call the Investor from within the app by clicking on the ‘ ’ icon
4. On clicking ‘Restart’, the concerned investor’s details will display on the screen with your
Broker Code pre-filled. You may enter a Sub Broker Code and/or EUIN, if required.
