to enjoy their moments with their family and friends even their loved ones and most especially with
their co-workers during rest days.

Our business is located at Robinsons Novaliches, Quirino Highway, Barangay Pasong Putik,
Novaliches, Quezon City. The said location is a commercial space and surrounded by condos,
malls, schools and various establishment that may consider as our competitors. As for its flood
susceptibility rate based on the data that we’ve got in the city hall of Quezon City it is flood free.
It is operated by Robinsons Land Corporation. Robinsons Malls, for the past three decades
has maintained a legacy of world-class standards in terms of design, facilities and services.

We consider our location as one of our advantages for its accessibility. Through this,
opportunities such as having customers outside our location will be encouraged resulting to increase
of sales. It also adds up that our chosen location is with a low flood risk, making it more ideal and
profitable.

Geographic

Based on our location which is located at Quirino Highway, Brgy. Pasong Putik,
Novaliches,1118 Quezon City which is near with the landmarks like; SM Fairview and
Fairview Terraces, which also near with the condominiums and villages.

 Age

Based on the survey that we had, 90% of respondents whose age is


ranging from 18-60 years old and 10% of the remaining respondents which are
61 years old and above, concludes that 18 – 60 years old has the highest
possibility that will come to our restaurant.
 Income level

According to the result of the survey that we’ve conducted, our possible
customers’ income level will fall on to Income Class B and C which have the
capacity to avail the products we offer.

Behavioral

In the stated question in the survey, 97% of respondents said that they consider
the ambiance or the theme of the place while 3% says that they didn’t consider the
ambiance.

Also, the result of how the customers discover new restaurant says that, 38.50%
of respondents says they discover through Social Media which concludes that as of these
days customer relies to what they see in Social Media.

Psychographic

Based on the result of the survey, the pricing strategy we used was depending on
the lifestyle of the customer. We consider the customer preference and interests which
satisfies the hunger of the customers.
