RESPONSIBILITIES:
Surface Treatment :
- Defined scope and responsibility for quality in paint shop as per process standards and procedures.
- Identified the quality gates for paint shop process to control the products as per Customer specifications and
requirements.
- Manpower planning for the quality gates and their training process.
- Preparation of paint Inspection standards/Visual Aids/Checklists in line with Customer Specs and requirements.
- Established testing procedures along with respective supplier for inspection of process parameters of PT, ED,
Sealer, and Topcoat process, EMT, Booth dust count particle and Lux Value.
- Audited all stages as per PFC (Process flow sheet) given by ME and ensured the requirements fulfilment.
- Lead PFMEA CFT team and prepared PFMEA for the critical process of paint shop based on PFC.
- Identifying defects and preparation of inward test report for the incoming raw material and equipment’s.
- Inspecting the equipment’s with reference to the drawings received from the Customer.
- In process inspection and final inspection conducted of the parts.
- Identify manufacturing issues and ensure solutions are implemented and rectified.
- Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
- Have end-to-end responsibility for the quality from beginning to the end of the delivery
