SUBJECT : RECOMMENDATION FOR FACILITATORS OF TE3 JERSON

APULI AND TE3 RONALYN BAQUIRAN

1. Reference: This pertains to the ongoing training to Newly Hired Traffic Enforcers
of Basic Traffic Management Course 2018.

2. The undersigned recommends TE3 Jerson Apuli and TE3 Ronalyn Baquiran, both
a traffic enforcer, as facilitators.

3. TE3 Apuli is an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a

reservist at the Armed Forces of the Philippines. His training experience particularly in the
conduct of Drills and Ceremonies, Rank Inspection and Physical Fitness Program is needed to
assists our Training Staff.

4. TE3 Baquiran on the other hand, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in

Information Technology and a Penology Officer Eligible. Her skills in technology operation
and handling help relay technical work and information to co-facilitators in a quick and
accessible way.

5. Attached are pertinent documents to support their qualifications as Facilitators.
