Figure 1A shows the live specimen in the hay infusion under HPO. Its internal
structures were seen vividly its part that projects itself the cilia can be seen. In Fig. 1B
where the bacteria under hay infusion was seen under the LPO, its over all foundation
can be seen.

pelicle, and mitochondria can be seen. In Fig. 4B where the Amoeba sp. was seen
under the LPO, Not much of the internal structures were seen..
