LETTER OF JOINING AND AGREEMENT
Dear, HARE RAM DUBEY
With Reference to your application and subsequent interviews you had with us, we are pleased to
appoint you for the said post of “ELECTRICIAN” as per the following terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PROBATION PERIOD:
You shall be on Probation for a period of 3 (Three) Months. During the probation period, the company is
at liberty to terminate your services at any time without payment of any compensation or notice or
assigning any reason. On completion of the initial 3 months probation period if no letter of confirmation
is issued to you, it will be deemed that your probation period has been extended for a further period of
3 (Three) Months.
NOTICE OF TERMINATION DURING PROBATION/TERMINATION
During Probation/ Confirmation, if you wish to resign from the company, you may do so by giving 30
days notice in writing or 30 days wages in lieu of the required notice. You shall NOT leave the services of
the company WITHOUT proper acceptance of the resignation from the Management. The Management
shall be competent to accept your prospective resignation and relieve you from the services with
immediate effect. Your Resignation shall be effective as soon as it is accepted by the management. And
your Full and Final Settlement will be cleared by the company after 45 days of the resignation or
Termination date. And in case if you are terminated by the company against your malafide intention,
then company will hold all your dues and payment regarding your employment. And company has the
right to take Legal Action against the loss occurred due to your negligence or Malafide Intentions.
ANNUAL LEAVES & HOLIDAYS
You shall be entitled to take leaves as per the company’s Rules and Leaves Policies in practice at any
given point of time.
Public Holidays: As per Singapore public holidays declaration.
Extra Remuneration: For any day you work on a Public Holiday you will be paid extra above your normal
wage rates. The Employee is not entitled to payment if the public holiday falls on a day they do not
normally works.
SHIFTS, SCHEDULES & BREAK TIMINGS:
As you will be working for a Multi National Corporation (MNC) , you will be working in Fixed Shift. The
Shift will be of 9 Hrs including Half an Hour Break. But You Should be Flexible for any time as in the
future the company may extend/change the shift or may involve into new process or Technologies.
You’ll be informed about the change in your shift timings as per the Business Requirements.
PERFORMANCE REVIEW
Your Performance will be reviewed after 45 Days from the commencement of Training Programme. Next
review to be conducted after 3 Months and on each subsequent thereafter.
DEPOSITION OF SALARY
You are hereby informed that Amount of 10 days salary will be deducted from your first month salary as
a deposit amount by the company. This Amount will be transferred to your account at the time , when
you give the proper notice/resignation as per company rules.
PUNCTUALITY & REGULARITY
The Punctuality and Regularity in attending to work and devotion to Duty is a normal expectation, which
you will always adhere to and set good example for others to follow. During your employment with us,
you shall not engage directly or indirectly in any trade, business, or occupation WITHOUT the prior
written permission/consent of the company.
DEROGATORY STATEMENT
In the event of you making derogatory or Defamatory Statements regarding the Company, and member
or staff or Any Clients of the Company, while in the service of the company, Disciplinary Actions will be
taken for gross misconduct. Any Such statement made after terminating your employment with the
company may result in further Legal Action.
ALTERATION TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT
From Time to time it may be necessary to amend or vary the terms and conditions of your Employment.
Written notice will be given to you of any such changes. Acceptance of changes of terms and conditions
so made will be assumed unless you inform the director/s of the company in writing of your objection
within one calendar month of notification of any change.
LOCATION/TRANSFERS
Since, you will be working in a Multi National Organization; hence your initial place of posting will be
Singapore. But in the future, depending upon business requirement you may be Transferred to Other
Locations such as Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand etc.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS TO THE EMPLOYER
 Arrive at Work on time.

 Work to the Best of your Ability.
 Always be Soft Spoken
 Respect your Employer, Colleagues and Clients.
 Take Care of your Employer’s Property.
 Follow your Employer’s Reasonable and Lawful Instruction.
 Obey Safety Rules.
 Not discriminate or harass others in the workplace.
 If you face any difficulty, Contact the Manager or Sr. Staff of your Team.
 After Shift Completion, Don’t leave premises without hand over & sending daily report to
Supervisor/ Manager.
 No Personal Gossips allowed in the office.
 Don’t leave your seat as well as roam in the office without any reason.
 Use of Mobile in the Office is prohibited (Except for Official Purpose).
GENERAL & OTHERS
You will observe and adhere to the rules and regulation of the company as maybe applicable from time
to time.
1. You must take care of your employer’s Access Card, which should not be misused, if
it is found so, then you will be liable to disciplinary actions up to Dismissal.
2. You will inform the company in writing about any change in your Residential
Address. In absence of such information all communication sent to you on the
last address given by you to the company shall be delivered to be deemed to
have been served to you.
3. You shall not except without the previous sanction of the Management, by writing
to any person (Including a Co Employee) or by Communicating to Newspaper,
Journals or Books or by Speech or Discussion or in Any manner DISCLOSE or CAUSE
to be Disclosed any information or Document relating to the activities of the
Company or its subsidiaries.
4. You shall not except in the ordinary course of Duties, give or Cause to be given to
any person any advice on matters relating to the activities of the Company or its
subsidiaries.

5. In Case, if you take leave/late arrival for Medical reason or sick leave, whether it
belongs to yourself or your family member, then you require to submit the relevant
document (Dr. Prescription, Medical Certificate) to HR/Accounts/Admin Department
at the time of re joining after leave.
6. You shall NOT Disclose or Cause to be Disclose to any person any SECRET PROCESS,
KNOW HOW, COST OF PRODUCTION of any or all of the Products/ Services of the
company or its subsidiaries or any Information regarding settlement of Claims by
the company in or out of the courts or any other information, Knowledge or
Matters of trade or Business Secrets or Employees Salaries & their Personal details
of the company or its subsidiaries.
7. You shall not carry with or Cause to be carried outside the office/factory premises
any papers, books, drawings, photographs, instruments, documents or any other
property of the company or its subsidiaries, notes or copy thereof.
8. The Company may make such rules and regulation and lay down procedures as
may be deemed necessary for the implementation of your terms and conditions of
employment as stated in this letter with due intimation to you and the same will be
binding upon you.
9. You are being given two days to read & perusal this joining Letter & Agreement.
And it is assumed that you sign it after agreeing all the terms and conditions of this
appointment letter/ agreement.
10. All Correspondence and letters addressed to you or by you or by the company
including press and others such copies of correspondence, all vouchers, books
including all notebooks, etc belonging to the company circulars which shall come
into your possession in the course of employment shall be absolute property of the
company and you shall at any time during the service or termination thereof the
services of the company for any reason whatsoever deliver up the same to the
company on demand and without claiming any lieu thereon.
11. You shall not disclose, under any circumstances, your salary or the terms and
conditions of your employment or the salary or terms or conditions of any other
person or employee of the company that by whatever manner may come into your
knowledge, to any employees of this organization or to any other
person/firm/company/legal entity whatsoever.

NOTE:
If the above mentioned Rules & Regulations are not followed by you. Then Warning letter will be issued
to you twice and after that you will be terminated from the services without any further notice as per
company policy.
** If any controversy or Dispute arises between the company and employee in performance.
Interpretation of Application of this Appointment letter, involving any matter, employer-
employee disputes, any disputes to be covered under labor law, or any dispute of civil nature.
Thus , same shall be submitted for Arbitration, Single Arbitrator to be nominated with the
Mutual Consent of both the parties, whose decision shall be Final under the provisions of Indian
Arbitration & Conciliations Acts 1996 and or binding arbitration pursuant to the Rules of
Arbitration as promulgated by the International Chamber of Commerce conducted in English
Language with the venue to be Singapore, India any or all disputes arising out of this agreement
shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore**
