 Sing in rounds, back row begins, front row begins at measure 4
 Identify what a round is

Procedures
Set

 Class can you keep a beat and echo translate please?


o Go over half note rhythms, quarter note, and eight notes (ta-, ta, ta di)
 Alright class today we are going to be learning about rounds which is when a group is singing
the same song in unison but they start at different times
 Now we are going to review a minor scale because our song that we will be singing is in a minor
key.
o Sing an E4 minor scale (E is la)
 Sing Bim Bom
o What were some of the words you hear in the song that repeat themselves?
 Rote Instruction of Song
o Begin by teaching the rhythm and pitches follow after
o Teach measures 1-2
o Teach measures 3-4
 Combine these together from memory
o Teach measures 5-6
o Teach measures 7-8
 Combine these from memory
o Teach measures 9-10
o Teach measures 11-12
 Begin to chunk together until they can independently sing the song
