Pricing
All prices shown on Kitaco price list or on this site are subject to change without prior notice, either
written or oral. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

Disclaimer
Kitaco Engineering Corporation makes every effort to ensure that all material contained within this website
and instruction are accurate and accept no liability for any loss resulting from the use of this information
or in respect of any omissions or errors on the website.

Order Confirmation
Kitaco Engineering Corporation deals in parts for motorcycles of Japanese origin
as well as Kitaco original parts for racing and on the street.
We send order confirmation sheet after taking orders. Once order is confirmed,
we do not accept cancellation or change of items to avoid order and shipping errors.
Please let us have your concrete inquiry including part numbers, quantities when ordering.

Payment Terms
All your orders must be pre-paid in Japanese Yen before delivery.
Payments must be made by direct bank transfer to Kitaco Engineering

ALL of the commissions through banks are paid by buyers.

Freight Policy
All orders will be shipped by couriers such as EMS, FedEx, DHL & UPS with conditions of
EX WORKS. If you have preference or requests, please inform us on your purchase order.
Order should be sent within 2 weeks after funds to be received, if they are in stock at Kitaco.

Shipping Errors
Please advise our Trading Division of all shipping errors, including incomplete items.
All shipping error claims will be disallowed if not notified within a week of receipt of goods.

Product Claim
From time to time, we may request that you return certain items to us for inspection.
Please do not scrap any items until we confirm it is okay to do so. Please e-mail

Merchandise Returns :
Return authorization required. Contact Trading Division and request an authorization number.
Returns and cancellation will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods
All goods are complete, properly packed and in good condition when shipped. Claims for
lost or damaged goods must be made with the freight carrier. Insurance is a must for recipients.

Warranty
All components carry a limited warranty against structural failure during the first 6-month
period that follows the INVOICE date.

Notice that due to the nature of their use, racing parts such as big bore kit, big carburetor kit, mufflers and so on
do not carry any warranty.
Kitaco Engineering Corporation reserves the right to refuse warranty on products
where misuse or abuse is determined.

Consequential Damages
KITACO Engineering Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages
with the reasons of :

Adding new components to your motorcycle (especially to the engine, suspension or braking system)
may radically alter the acceleration, deceleration, handling and braking characteristics of your
motorcycle. You will need to ensure that all parts are installed and properly torqued per
the instructions supplied with the part or to the motorcycle manufacturer's original specifications.
You will need to test the motorcycle with the new part(s) on level ground, at low speed,
without any other vehicles or obstacles nearby, to ensure that it is working properly. You will also need
to periodically recheck, adjust or replace the parts, as may be necessary depending on the terrain, use,
mileage, and rider input. You will need to consult the instructions supplied with the part,
or the motorcycle manufacturers original specifications, for further details. You acknowledge that failure to
properly install, maintain, or familiarize yourself with the new part's use, and proper operation,
may result in damage to the motorcycle, and/or a loss of control, resulting in serious injury or death.

You will follow all applicable traffic laws and legal guidelines, and wear appropriate safety equipment
(as required by law) when using Kitaco parts.

If you have any questions about the installation or proper operation of the new parts,
Ask mechanics / someone who has knowledge before riding or using the part.

Local Laws and Regulations

It is not possible for KITACO Engineering Corporation to be aware of or understand all regional,
national and local laws and regulations. We believe it is the importer's responsibility to ensure
that products imported are in compliance with local mandates. Kitaco Engineering Corporation
has undertaken no liability to ensure such compliance unless specifically authorized in writing.
