Program Overview
• Project Localize in Omaha is an educational program
facilitated by No More Empty Pots in collaboration with
Lexicon of Sustainability that helps classrooms identify
and promote sustainable economic, cultural and social
progress in their communities. Students learn about
their own local food system. The students create
information artworks illustrating what sustainability looks
like in their backyards; and share their findings with their
communities.
