Article (1): PARTIES

Article (2): Subject of the Convention

2.1 Organizing the collective gums, coordination and activity of the first party and thesecond party,
which works in the same field.

2.2 The parties working in the field of humanitarian assistance work in partnership with the laws
and regulation , and in addition to this protocol in order to achieve the purpose stipulated in
theinternal regulations
2.3 The mutual good intentions and mutual dialogue that guarantee the most productive work in
order to meet the requirements stipulated in this contract,and the two sides must communicate with
each other and fulfill the contract between them.

Article (3) : Rights and Duties

3.1 Within the scope of this contract, the first party shall represent the members of the board of
directors and the outhorized person to be designated by such persons. The second party shall also be
represented by the members of the board of directors and the authorized person designated by such
persons.

3.2 If one of the parties to this agreement open branches or representatives in the contract , it will
also link these newly opened units.

3.3 The Second Party shall coordinate and cooperate with the First Party in carrying out the
activities and projects within the limits of the area in which they operate, in addition to the activities
and projects to be crried out outside the boundaries of the Area.

3.4 The first party and the second party may cooperate and coordinate with more than one legal
person in the same area.

3.5 The First Party is not responsible for any formal or informal problems that may arise in activities
to be performed on behalf of the First Party without obtaining the written permission of the First
Party.

3.6 The parties declare ,accept and undertake that all activities coordinate within the scope of
protocol shall be in conformity with criteria of the First Party.

3.7 Each party shall inform the other party in writing of its wishes regarding the conduct of activities
, coordination and organization.

Article (4) : Duration and Termination of the Contract

The memorandum of Understanding has been held indefinitely since the date of signature, and the
First Party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally at any time after the second party has
been notified in writing.
Article(5) :Notifictions
The notification address of the Parties is the location indicated in Article 1 , and if the changes to
these addresses are not notified 15 days ago, the received communications shall be considered valid
and notified.

Article(6) : The criminal condition

The First Party shall notify the Second Party if it carries out any act not accordance with this Contract.
In the event of repetition of such acts and acts and the intentional breaches of the Contract, the First
Party shall have the right to convict the Second Party and to declare the matter formally.

Article (7) : Final judgments and signatures

7.1 The contract is a memorandum of cooperation between the parties , and to ensure that the
parties below are working in a more healthy, coordinated, planning and robust manner. The contract
may not be terminated or revoked in the event of a change in the administrative and legal power of
either party.

7.2 This contract shall consist of seven articles , and it has been prepared , read and signed by the
two parties on the date……./……/ 2019
