ORDER:-

In the G.O.s 1st to 5th read above, orders were issued

revising the Pay scales of the State Government employees in the light of the
recommendations of the PRC-2015, the employees in whose case there will be a
change in the stage of the Pay due to revised master scale are permitted to
exercise revised option as per Rule-5 of APRS of Pay Rules-2010. In the
ref.6th read above Sri. K SAMBASIVA REDDY, Vocational Training , has
exercised his/her option to come over to the Telangana. Revised Scale of Pay-
2015 w.e.f., 01-07-2013.

Sri. K SAMBASIVA REDDY, Vocational Training , is drawing a pay

of Rs. 12190.00, on 01-07-2013 in the existing scale of pay of Rs.10900-300-
11200-330-12190-360-13270-390-14440-420-15700-450-17050-490-18520-530-20110-
570-21820-610-23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-31550. The pay of the
individual is fixed with reference to the Govt.orders 1st to 4th cited, as
detailed hereunder.

3 43% of Basic Pay Rs. 5242

 The pay of the individual is fixed at next stage in the Revised scale

58330-1560-63010 in the category of Vocational Training w.e.f., 01-07-2013
in the existing scale at Rs.25840.00 .

The next Annual Grade increment due on 01-02-2014 is here by sanctioned

raising pay from Rs. 25840.00 to Rs. 26600.00
The next Annual Grade increment due on 01-02-2015 is here by sanctioned
raising pay from Rs. 26600.00 to Rs. 28120.00

The individual has been appointed in SGP - 8 years scale Rs. 22460-

The next Annual Grade increment due on 01-02-2016 is here by sanctioned

raising pay from Rs. 26600.00 to Rs. 28120.00

The Revised Pay Scales shall be implemented

1) Notionally from 01-07-2013 to 01-06-2014.

2) The arrears for the month of February, 2015 shall be credited into
GPF Account.
3) The benefit of the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 shall be paid in cash
for the salary of March,
2015 payable in April, 2015.

Sri K SAMBASIVA REDDY, Vocational Training , is informed that if any

excess payments are noticed at a later date in audit due to erroneous
fixation of pay, such excess amount shall be recovered from him in lump sum
without any further notice.
