"Beryllium": "Beryllium" bells are made up of extremely

lightweight copper which offers more direct, compact
projection. Optional on Schilke Bb, C, EblD trumpets.

Sterling Silver: Sterling silver bells are slightly thicker than

our traditional bells and offer a wider range of overtones
which creates a dark, rich tone. Optional on Schilke Bb, C,
EolD trumpets.

Bell Sizes:

o #0 - Extra I

. {3 - Larger throat Ihan #2 but with a faster taper to

the valvesection. Overall less volume than the #2
o #4 - Medium small throat for EblD instruments
o #5 - Medium small throat for G/F instruments
o #8 - Narrow throat for piccolo and G trumpets

Comments about SchrTke X Series Custorn Bb Trumpet:

Having owned a Schilke X4; 81; s-42 and now X3 | can attest
to their superior
intonation and sound. The X3 is perfect for my playing and preferred
resistance,
It has a wonderful tone and sound down low as well as plenty
of power up to the
Double c. The valves are smooth as silk and the trumpet itsself is
immaculate. I
would call it a medium weight trumpet compared to what I have prayed
and
owned with a more open blow than a medium_large bore. lt plays more
open
and bigger than the rarge bore Ny Bach that I tried out recenfly
and was going
to purchase. schirke Trumpets are hand made and they stand
behind their work.
\ ANBW always has great dears if you catch them at the right time. I bought
this
trumpet on Black Friday and saved a huge chunk of change !!l
