Abstract

Jobs Expertise a budding recruitment solution firm. They provide permanent recruitment workforce
solutions for all domain expert industries. They leverage deep industry and functional expertise to
help clients transform their highest-value talent requirement and improve business performance.

They have built a deeper talent pool to provide our clients access to the people they need, faster.
Jobs Expertise effectively assess and develop skills, keeping their associates ahead of the curve, so
they can get the jobs done each and every time.

I worked with the Marketing Department of Jobs Expertise as a Digital Marketing Intern for their
New Firm (AnExpertise) which they started in January 2017.

My Job was to firstly write appropriate Content for each and every pages of their website
(AnExpertise).
Once I have written all the Content for the Website in Backend, my next task was to improve the
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of (AnExpertise) On-Page optimization by finding relevant
keywords and adding it into the HTML code of the website.

Lastly I created all the social media pages/accounts for the company (Facebook page, Instagram
page, Twitter Account, YouTube Channel, and LinkedIn Business Page) and started promoting the
website by writing various articles/blogs, creating videos, broachers etc. and many more.

I Learned Different Marketing Technologies like On-Page and Off-Page Optimization, Content
Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Use and Implementation of Google
Analytics, Search Engine Marketing, and many more.

I also learned what it is like to work in Professional environment. Many Issues occurred while
working for Jobs Expertise like Requirements being changed, time constraints and co-worker’s
issues but at the end the project/ my taks was completed on time.

There was No Specific Team under which I worked as the company was small.
I was the very 1st Marketing Intern in the Company apart from this the company had hired a Developer to
Existing System/Theory:

As this (AnExpertise) was a Startup by Co-Founder of Jobs Expertise I was the very 1 st Marketing Intern for
the Company so there was no before.

(About AnExpertise): AnExpertise is a budding corporate training and In-house training firm. They leverage
deep industry and functional expertise to help clients to transform their highest-value talent requirement and
improve business performance.
Their training program helps in improving individual performance, team performance and hence essentially
the business performance of the organization. The training program can be customized based on the
requirements of the organization.
A formidable team of over 50 qualified professionals, 2 training locations in Pune, and strong associations
with Global Technology Leaders such as Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Demand Shore, Dassault Systems, IBM, Tech
Mahindra, TATA Consultancy Services etc. are undoubtedly their core strengths. Learners also get to receive a
verified certification from their Institute.

2.3 Work Proposal:

 Backend: I have written all the content for the website from the scratch. The whole process was
something like this:

 Finding Relevant Keywords: One Big challenge which I faced during this internship was to
find Relevant and Precise Keywords which will be inserted in the keywords tag in the html
code. I successfully found 100+ Major Keywords for this website and inserted it accordingly.
 Connecting Social Media to Website: I connected all the Social media Accounts (Facebook,
twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube) by inserting all links in their respective Icons.
 Added Visitors Count: As the Developer was not aware I recommended him to put a visitor’s
count on the websites homepage, so that we come to know how many times our website is
being visited by people.
 Quick Enquiry Form: Lastly I also suggested a Quick Enquiry Form Section in the Website
through which interested candidates can ask/enquire about different courses and fees structure.
This section was successfully implemented.

 Front End: View and Design of this website was made by my Co-Intern (Anadi Ranjan). I helped
him with suggesting a lot of changes like adding different slide show effects using bootstrap, font and
size of the text was discussed mutually and implemented accordingly, proper position of Images was
guided by me and lastly helped him in removing unnecessary code and data from the back end which
affected the front end.
 3 Scope of Work

3.1 Objective:

In this whole section I would like to divide each of my projects objective into 5 Modules:

1. Content Writing: I have written all the Content for this website.
2. Website Designing: I have Designed a very few and minute changes for the website.
3. SEO of the Website: I have implemented both On Page and Off Page Optimization in this Website.
4. Social Media Marketing: As we all know Social Media plays a very Important Role when it comes to
marketing so, for this website I have created all the social media accounts i.e. Facebook page, Instagram
page, twitter page, LinkedIn page and YouTube channel and promoted all the services they provided
online.
5. Email Marketing: Sending Bulk Emails to interested candidates and convincing them to join the
company.
6. Mobile Marketing: Sending SMS to candidates and other people which consist of any discount from
the company.
7. Video Marketing: Creating Educational videos and uploading it on YouTube.
8. Making Attractive Broachers and Pamphlets Online via (Canva) to attract audiences towards the
company.

3.2 Technology and Associated Platforms:

Software:

 Backend: HTML 5, CSS, BOOTSTRAP, PHP, MYSQL


 Front End: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Canva.
 4 Feasibility Analysis

4.1 Objective:

The Objective of this feasibility study was to understand whether the following project was
possible to complete within given certain circumstances. A good feasibility study will show the
strength and deficits before the project is planned or budgeted for. In this we did two types of
feasibility study namely, Technical Feasibility Study and Resource Feasibility Study.

4.2 Types of Feasibility Done:

 Technical Feasibility: The reason to undergo technical feasibility study is to ensure that the company
have the technological resources to undertake the project? Are the processes and procedures conducive
to project success?

 Backend: To run the project on the server, it should have enough memory to run the processes and
must have memory in database to hold the data which company had so company decided to host the
application on its server only.

 Frontend: To host the website, it didn’t had too many requirements to host it so it was easy to host on
the company servers and was giving no issues while testing.

o Resource Feasibility: The reason to do resource feasibility was to know that does the company have
enough resources, what resources will be required, what facilities will be required for the project, etc.

o Backend: For the backend of this project, resources were the no. of candidates who enquired about
AnExpertise through the Website. Content was available in AnExpertise’s database so there was no
problem in getting that from the database.

o Frontend: As my job was just to write content and little bit of html coding in the website all the
resources were already in place but still doing a resource feasibility study was helpful. To complete my
task, I needed information about all the existing events in which I was assisted by the Project Manager.

5.1 Introduction:

In this we followed standard architecture which is explained using ER Diagram.

 6 Implementation

1.1 Theoretical Implementation:

 Backend: The Full Backend was done by my Co-worker (intern) Anadi, I also have to ensure that
everything was working before and after making any changes which was a tough task.

 Frontend: Working on creating frontend for the project was not very tough as I have worked with
HTML5 and CSS but this was just on a bigger scale. First, I created a rough design for the
website and then worked that on the code. I had to learn bootstrap but with the help of co-worker,
it was quicker to complete the job.

 7 Testing

As I was an intern in the company, the Project Manager decided that I would not do the testing myself as I
might miss out some important cases in the process.

 8 Conclusion

During this internship I have learnt a lot of things which have helped me grow as a professional.
It was my first time working in a company environment which exposed me to the industry and educated me on
how things are done in the industry. I learnt that planning and documentation are one of the key aspects of the
whole development process and that they can never be ignored, working on our own we mostly ignore the
documentation and planning as it is long and time consuming but in reality, it actually saves time. I learnt
many new techniques in marketing notably how to do SEO of a particular website and rank it globally against
competitors. I developed many new skills like how to write a market professionally and how to work when a
deadline is given.

Being responsible for a whole website is something which has changed my perspective on the whole
marketing process of any website. I also got a chance to do feasibility study, hence I did Technical Feasibility
Study and Resource Feasibility Study.

Last but not the least I got a chance to work with an amazing team of well-groomed and highly experienced
professional who welcomed me with open arms and taught me how to think in the right way and reach to the
solution rather than telling me the solution.

 9 Future Scope

The project which I created can be expanded with many more entities and functionalities like payment,
canceling a booking and refunding the amount. HT meetups can also be added to this project which will show
general meetups around the area. For platform expansion, this project can be launched on Android or iOS
stores.
