INTEGRITY
MAINTENANCE
FORUM 2010

Capital equipment downtime can cost hundreds of

thousands of euros per day…
Are you using the most effective techniques and tools
to avoid unplanned downtime?
With pipelines acting as the life-lines for product transportation, it is essential to ensure their
reliability and safety through effective monitoring, inspection, and maintenance routines. However,
when faced with corrosion, difficult-to-inspect flexible pipes and third party damage, operators
globally risk pipeline failure and days of emergency repair work.
Join your industry peers for the must-attend pipeline event of the year to learn about new techniques and tools being
used and developed in the industry today to achieve maximum dependability of pipelines in operation. From accurate
defect assessment to corrosion control, this is the forum to share your experiences and expand your knowledge on all
aspects of pipeline integrity.

This year, look forward to the following programme highlights:

• Gain insight into flexible riser monitoring from Petrobras, the largest flexible pipeline operator in the world
• Discover tried and tested flexible pipe annulus condition assessment from Total SA
• Optimise pipeline survey routines with a new numerical tool developed by GRTgaz
• Explore the total pipeline integrity management system implemented by Petronas during an exclusive
breakfast workshop

Plus-Insights into solutions for your pipeline integrity challenges:

• Overcome flexible pipe challenges with new non-intrusive inspection tools from AGR Field Operations
• Accurately determine the presence of potential and existing corrosion with Tracerco’s Moisture Under
Corrosion/Corrosion Under Insulation method
• Make sure your pipelines are operations-ready by exploring technological developments being made by DNV
