L: good afternoon, welcome to BM&L, i´m the CEO of the company and today I will be

doing the interview for the job that you applied, please take a seat.

D: nice to meet you, my name is Dina Diaz

C: and my name is Carlos Sará

L: glad to meet you both, Is this the first time you do a double interview?

C: no, it´s not my first time

D: for me, it is, it´s a bit intimidating

L: don’t worry about that, both will have the same opportunities and possibilities. What do
you think if to know you both a little better each one of you talks to me a little about
himself, let´s start with you miss Diaz

D: oh! Ok, i´m passionate about marketing, social responsibility, the environment and
investments, my entire career has been focused on helping companies achieve maximum
financial benefits. I have obtained many personal and professional achievements of which
I feel very proud, the last was my magister in digital marketing

L: that´s excellent, and you Mr. Sará?

C: i´m currently finishing a communication specialization, because I am a very passionate

person in the subject, I have excelled in all the previous jobs that I have had as one of the
best and every time I look for companies that give me more opportunities, so I am so
excited about the opportunity of this interview

L: excellent, now, how did you find out about the job vacancy? Did you know the company
before? Do you know what we do? You would be surprised how many people think that
this is a company that sells cell phones or something like that

D: I found out through a family member who works in this company, I know that you open
annual calls but I was not aware

C: I did find out about the calls through internet

D: and with respect to the company, I know that it manages different communications
channels of different companies in the country through sales

L: is a very accurate answer and taking that as a reference, the company needs you to
master a language other than english, according to your curriculum each one handles
more than one, what are they?

C: I currently master three languages, English, Spanish and French and i´m thinking of
starting mandarin
D: in my case, I know Italian perfectly since I lived for a while in that country; I speak a little
bit of Portuguese and of course Spanish and English

C: may I ask how important is it to the company to speak more than one language?

L: well, in the company you will have to speak either personally, phone or by
videoconference with many partners who so not speak our language, in cases when our
workers doesn’t speaks the language, we have a person who translates at the same time,
but for security and effectiveness issues it is much better that our workers speaks the
language.

D: in that case, what training plans does the company have? Do they give us the
opportunities to continue forming academically for the good of the company and ours?

L: of course, the company offers all the facilities, of paying for their future studies,
depending on the worker, of course. Does anyone have more questions?

C: no, I think it´s all I wanted to know

D: same for me

L: well; to finish the interview, I have one last question for each one. Why do you think that
each one of you is the right person for this job? Miss Diaz?

D: I have a lot to offer to the company, I have little experience in the work environment as
you can read in my CV, but i´m more than qualified for the position and will be growing
professionally and aspiring more and more

C: I am the right person for this job because i´m one of the best professionals that you can
hire, I have a lot of experience in this environment and one of my biggest goals has always
been to work for this company and I hope to achieve it very soon

L: that´s all I want to hear, thank you very much for being here and in the next forty-eight
