Unit’s configuration:

“S” unit – laser transmitter (fixed position)


“M” unit – receiver (on bore bracket)
M” label should be on top side in 6h pin pos.

Start “BoreCenterLine” program.


Option:
1- New task – Clear all buffers, start from scratch
2- Continue – preserve all data in buffers, continue job or
view data stored in buffers

Set parameters:
1: Bores number (3-150)
2: Distances between bores
are equal or not
4: Measurement
configuration – number of
sensor position where data
will be taken.
In case of “3 points”
configuration it is
recommended to enter bores
diameters (3: Diam.) it improves result precision. However if diameters are not entered,
result calculation still is possible.
In case of “8 points” – result is calculated with higher precision due to averaging.

5: Set Horizontal or Vertical bores orientation. In case of Vertical – inclinometer will not
work. One should check measurement position manually.
8: Sensor data or manual data enter

Press “Start” to begin measurement.

Press [8] key to save file.

Press [0] key to go “live” mode.

Move bore # you are going


to adjust into first line by
arrow key. Then press [0] to
go “live mode”

When in bore position adjustment mode (“live mode”) Sensor


receiver pin should be in vertical (6h) position: live data
1) Fix receiver on adjusted bore – check receiver
position (relative to laser transmitter beam) by
receiver data on LCD. Common – beam should be Calculated bore
close to center of receiver’s window. center displacement
before adjustment

2) When sensor is fixed in order to move together with adjusted


bore – press [0] to enable live bore position data.

When adjustment is finished – press “Menu” and result update prompt will
appear:

Press “Yes” to save changes in bore position.
