You must have a balanced diet:
 Accompany the meals with salad.
 You must avoid packaged products.
 Drink at least 1 liters of water a day.

You must do physical activity.

 You do exercises at least 15 minutes a day, especially stretching (legs, arms, neck, waist,
back, fingers).
 Avoid using elevators and escalators, if you lower or raise a few floors.
 Practice a sport at least.

You must have a positive attitude and socialization.

 Share time with your loved ones, as is the food.
 Rest for at least 6 hours at night.
 Join as a volunteer a group that works for the common interest.
 Keep in touch and share moment with your family, friends and the community in which
you live.
Medical health:
 Visit your dentist at least once a year.
 Perform medical checkups, in a prudential manner.

I have not traveled abroad. I had three occasions to travel but they did not materialize. The first
was to travel to Scotland to study environmental law. The second to Chile, to participate in the
South American event of climate change 2005. And, the third was to Santa Marta - Colombia, to
vacation.
The country that I would like to know is France, because I love its art, concerts of classical music,
opera, ballet. The beautiful landscapes, architecture, gastronomy, the variety of wines to
combine the meals. Of course, also the magic and fantasy of the theme parks of Disney.
