Online student registration such as admission application from entrance exam

from scholarship application from are used in such cases. It is help full for

students and university or college for simplicity and easy process. Through the

online system we over come with many problems. It is time saving, money saving

,automatic process and overcame with long line is every department in which

student will get admitted.

Online student registration is the software which is helpful for student for students

as well as the department in this project, the student is facilitated by the online

system for registering students, add subjects and fee structure our student

management system deals with the various activities related to the students

Purpose

Student registration system allow students to start registration in particular course.

It functionality hole process in sort time. It also facilities multiple registration

together. It also keep all students data automatically in database. There is no need

to store data in data base and help full for student and institute.
The main purpose of SRS document is to illustrate the requirements of the project

online student registration system and is intended to help any organization to

maintain and manage its personal data .

Scope

In scope we normally toke about student data management with or without

student registration system. It overcome store student data automatically instead

off manually by this we save time and work load toward our organization such as

school, colleges, university etc. By this if we won't some editing in any student

we do it easily without any cutting .

 Overview
The main purpose of developing this software as store large students data and
easy process of registration towards students registration . It decrease time for
registration and save money . It is spicily design for easy and shortest flow of
student registration and store student data.
The student registration system has to handle records for many students and
maintenance was difficult .Though it has used an information system it was
totally manual. Hence these is a need to upgrade the system with a computer
based information system which is online student registration system.
