I am looking after the various affiliation bodies work viz. IET, IE(I) and ICI and others,

therefore I request you to kindly allot me a printer dedicated for this purpose. In coming

weeks, various events are to be organized and I am facing day in and day out issue for

printouts.

As new printers have been procured by the University recently, I request you to kindly

allot me a new printer so that I need not knock the doors of various offices for printouts.
