With your ASSIGNED group you will be creating a presentation in the form of a TV or radio advertisement that promotes
your resource. This project is a major assessment grade. Use https://www.eia.gov/energyexplained/ as your main
source, but you can use other sources.
In your advertisement you must:

1. Define your energy source – give basic information on what it is. (20 points)
a. Definition
b. Renewable or Nonrenewable?
c. US Energy Consumption %
d. Top 5 Producing States
e. When was it first used/invented and by whom
f. Environmental Impact
2. Tell the advantages / pros (10 points)
3. Tell the disadvantages /cons (10 points)
4. Show at least 2 visuals (20 points)
5. Clearly share the information (10 points)
6. All group members must speak (10 points)
7. Be creative and entertaining as well as informative! (20 points)

Your presentation visuals should be digital. You can put all your info on a google slide presentation, but don’t forget to
be creative while presenting it! Creativity is worth 20% of the group grade. Share your digital information with Ms. Vann
